I TOOK MY 2004 MERCEDES-BENZ ML500 HERE AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK MYFRONT BBUMPER HAD 3 CRACKS AN DEEP SCRATCHES THAT WAS DARK AN WHN I WENT TO WASH IT I NOTICED THIS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME IT COULD HAVE HAPPENED IN THE CAR WASH. THIS PLACE IS NOT HONEST THEY LIE AN I WOULDNT TRUST MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN

Recently shopping for our first Mercedes, I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was a bit intimidated initially. Surrounded by vehicles on the showroom floor nearing $170k, how important of a customer was I going to be looking to purchase a small $42k SUV? In short time I was introduced to Melisa Greenberg at Crown and all my fears were laid to rest. I was treated as well, if not better than the fella looking at the AMG GT-S. Melisa listened to what I was looking for, was very knowledgeable with the product, down to earth and went well above and beyond my expectations. Not only did I receive the deal I was looking for, Melisa drove my lease turn-in to another dealership! We look forward to our next Mercedes purchase with Melisa.

Stephen Revard helped me with the purchase of a new SUV last week. He was very knowledgeable about the options available for the car and took the time to thoroughly present them to me. He worked hard to find discounts outside the dealership and pursued them to bring the deal together. After the purchase, he took the time to describe features of the car, in as much detail as I was interested.

Due to my own limited availability, I didn t inquire about some details of the features, as I felt comfortable that I could ask them at a more convenient time later, based on my past experience with Stephen. He had sold me two additional new cars in the past 12 years, and each time he had made himself available, even several months after the sale, to tell me how best I could benefit from different features in the car.

We went to Crown Mercedes on September 23rd to purchase ML 350, and Jeremy Ellis helped us with everything. He even send us email with car fax report and high definition picture before we went to dealer. He is very knowledgeable and the process was smoth and quick. We went to Crown Mercedes little after 4:00PM and drove ML home at 7:00PM. All paper work was done very quick. I would reccomend all my friends and family to go to him for their next car purchase.

I am the queen for getting nails in my tires. Shengqian Saguisi is always on top of it for me. It is kind of a joke between us. He is so easy to talk to. When I call for help, if he is away from his desk, he calls me back within minutes. When the repair is done, he loves to tell me what I ran over this time. He is just a fantastic person and has awesome customer service. The entire place has great people. Always asking if there is anything they can help me with. great place. If you are not driving a Mercedes, you're not driving the best.

Financing, let's face it, isn't all that interesting, nor is it how anyone usually wants to spend their time - however, by spending the time I did with Melissa, I received the best deal possible with the most efficient use of my time! Outstanding service center. I take my 2014, C class here for service every 10,000 miles. I bought it used (also here), for a fraction of the price of most other cars that are usually in for service at the same time... and I am treated with the same level of respect as those customers. I regularly competitively quote service at other shops and have found the pricing here surprisingly fair for a dealer. Shen Saguisi has been my service adviser the last few years and does a fantastic job. I know cars pretty well... they have never tried to add something unnecessary to my service ticket; they've even helped out with minor things for free on occasion.

I was definitely hesitant with my most recent car purchase in general, as I was planning to leave my long-time loyalty to Acura. In my search for the next level of luxury, I decided to stop into Crown Eurocars on a whim and met Frank Salierno. Frank was not only wonderful to work with, but also worked hard to resolve any concerns I had. And, he never once bad-mouthed another manufacturer or my current brand (Acura)-this was a common occurrence with other sales people at other dealerships.

When it came time to take possession of my custom build, Frank had me send all my documentation in ahead of time so that the time in the dealership signing paperwork would be minimal. I m a very busy person so I really appreciated this consideration.

David Kohler showed tremendous sense of urgency when trying to solve the ongoing alignment problem with my 2010 c300. He showed genuine concern and got many different people involved in the service department to look at my vehicle. Although my problem was not resolved during my visit, I believe Dave Kohler went above and beyond to try to find a solution.

Pretty pain free way to have work done on your car. Took a while, but there was a loaner car for me so it didn't really matter. Good customer service.
