My first contact was with Bill Stevenson through phone work through email and telephone conversation which drew us to Crown. When we went to drive the car he was busy with another client so we dealt with Konstantin Chumak for further details and test drive! He was very thorough but no high pressure and worked out a great deal. When we returned to pick up the car Bill was so much help explaining the vehicle!
