I brought my 300 Class Mercedes to Todd Johnson for regular service. Todd had already picked out my loaner and had everything perfectly set up for a positive experience. He knew that I was looking ahead to possibly buy a Mercedes from the same customer who previously owned my current car, Todd was very instrumental in showing me the likenesses and new features of the newer car and I appreciated his ease in making the experience positive. He was prompt in letting me know about the additional work that needed to be done with the beginning of an oil leak and everything was resolved within 24 hrs. I definitely recommend anyone who wants a first class experience to work with Todd Johnson and Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. I am currently in my third Mercedes and look forward to more.
Yesterday David Kohler helped me. Once again, the engine light went on and David got me into a loaner right away and took care of the problem. I am very satisfied with Crown Mercedes-Benz service and look forward to continuing.
