I Took my car in with a misfire problem, after 3 hours of diagnostics and a $475 diagnostic fee, they told me it needs a couple of coil packs, an injector and a manifold and the bill will be $3500, I paid the $475 diagnostic fees and took the car to another service shop, they found the problem was an injector wire that they tested with a small test light called noid tester that one can buy almost at any auto part store for $10. It makes me wonder, Do they at crown Mercedes really not know how to test cars or they just never heard of testing an injector wire for pulse would help the diagnostic prior to decision of big repair bill?! Or is it all about $$
