Dave Kohler,is my service advisor.He is a real professional at what he does.When I take my car in for service ,he accommodate me by having a loaner vehicle for me,so that I don't have to take off from work.I just pick up my car the next day.He explains what the problem with your vehicle where it is very easy to understand.He has excellent communication skills.He treats you like a family member.I would refer friends and family to Crowns Mercedes of Dublin,Ohio service department and ask for service advisor Dave Kohler.
