This review is based on my experience with the Seth Held, the salesman. I was very tired after having traveled and spent many hour that day at different dealerships looking at various options. Seth greeted be immediately with a big smile and a very friendly attitude. I was interested in a preowned vehicle I saw in the parking lot. He treated me with such class and respect that you would have thought I was purchasing one of their $80,000+ cars. He was knowledgable, personable, without any of the typical car salesman pushy, obnoxious ways. He was eager to sell me the car, but did not put me under any unwanted pressure I felt at other dealers. He was so amazing I plan on recommending him to all my friends. While I didn't end up purchasing the car I went to see, I plan on going back in a few ears for my next car.Car shopping would be a pleasant experience if all salesman acted in the positive manner that Seth Held did. Crown should feel very lucky to have such a great person on their team
