I recently purchased a 2015 C300 and was extremely pleased with the service at Crown. Doug Horner was very professional and knowledgeable about all the features on the car and kept it very simple. I felt that he knew everything there was to know about the car and was helpful getting me acquainted with it. He really took the time to help me customize every feature. He was easy to get along with and very personable. He even cleaned my car while I was waiting which I thought was a nice personal touch.

I also worked with Matt Frazier for all the finances and paperwork and he made a boring task fun. We had some laughs and he made things very simple and easy to understand. I felt he spent the proper amount of time looking everything over and explaining things to me. Very professional and nice to work with just like Doug.

I highly recommend using Doug in the future, he will find the perfect car for you and it will be a great, easy buying experience. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to Doug!
