Alex was extremely helpful from the very first conversation we had with him over the phone. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to find out what issues we were experiencing and gave us detailed advice as to what to do with our van before we brought it in for service.

Also, Charlie, the shuttle driver, was extremely friendly and made sure I made it to work on time. My experience with this Kia dealership is the best one I've had with any Kia dealership thus far. I've already mentioned this to several people. We will definitely consider coming back to Crown Kia.

This was the best purchasing/leasing experience I could have ever asked for. I signed all the leasing paperwork in about 15 minutes. Ken Stuart was recommended to me by parents, both of whom had worked with him before to purchase their own cars. I can't say enough nice things about Ken-- he worked hard to give me a very competitive deal on my new car, but even more than that, he went the extra mile to find the last car with the options I wanted on this side of the country. Apparently the model in the color I wanted was not easy to find, but he was still able to have one shipped here within a week. Working with him was extremely easy, and I can say that I am entirely certain I'll be working with him again once my lease was up.

I would like to recommend David Kohler to anyone who takes his car to Crown Mercedes in Columbus OH. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the service needed. I would highly recommend to work with him.

Todd Johnson... i dont disagree, updates are necessary in any service. Being left in limbo is not fun for anyone. But when you look at maintenance packages and prepaid plans, its not the dealerships fault that YOU didnt read the fine print. You bought a luxury car with luxury cost for maintenance and repairs. Loaners are a privilege at a dealership, they are not something that you are just entitled to...and here in lies the problem. You think the service department should bend and flex to your wants and needs. Think of the service department as the hospital for cars, just because you show up to the hospital with a stab wound to the leg doesnt mean you get right into the doctor... you still wait your turn! It sounds like you dont understand the process and want to slam a dealership because of it. If you cant stand the dealer, id suggest learning to fix it yourself with your own loaner car.

I don t understand why there s so many good reviews about the sales. Whoever the rude lady that sits on the left of the entrance of the main showroom needs to be fired. I don t understand how she has a job here with her attitude. I was interested in buying a special car from Crown, not anymore.

I had a service issue and Tim Tassell was very helpful and resolved it quickly.

I went in person to Crown Mercedes on July 20, 2017 when my 2009 C300 would not start. Told simply to call roadside assistance and have the car towed to Crown, which I immediately did. I called to inquire over the next two days and my phone calls were never returned. So after there was no follow up from them, I again went back to the dealership in person. They didn't even know the car was there even though Mercedes arranged the tow and I called Crown to make sure they knew the car was on the way. While parked at the dealership, property was taken out of the car. After finally completing the repair I got home to find out the hood would not open, so I had to go back to the dealership to have the initial repair corrected. Even that service was incomplete as parts were left in the trunk. I told them I would finish it myself at home. Several days, two unnecessary trips and hours wasted with not even a simple apology. Horrible customer service experience!

***UPDATE***

After back and forth exchanges with Crown I received a call personally from President and GM Marc Wigler. We discussed the customer service issues and reached an amicable resolution and my invoice was partially refunded. I appreciated the ability for my concerns to be heard and resolved. Thank you Mr. Wigler.

I am adding a star because of Mr. Wigler and the effort that he made to hear me out regarding the poor customer service that we had received from the Parts & Service Department. He acknowledged that the customer service that we'd received was unacceptable.

Went in right at opening on a Sunday and meet by Tom Gerhardt with a smile. I explained I had only an hour before I had to run off to a kid's event and Tom literally ran to fetch the keys for a test drive while filling out paperwork as well. We went on a short drive and I gave my offer. Based on my internet research I thought I was close but we couldn't close the deal. I returned later the same day and tried again, even having Tom stay late but again couldn't quite get the deal done. The next day I sent in some more comparison offers and we eventually struck a deal. Tom really was patient with me and really went the value added extra mile. Would definitely recommend these guys - ask for Tom! Have never used there service department.

We met Mr. Andrew Ruck at Crown Mercedes-Bebz and brought our first Mercedes-Benz few weeks ago. We are really happy about the purchase. Mr. Ruck was extremely helpful and professional. He worked around our schedules and had the all the paper work ready before we got there to pick up the car. So we didn't have wait around :) We highly recommend Mr. Ruck if you want to shop for a nice car.

I was so impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initial meeting after the dealership had closed for the night. After I had explained what I was looking for CJ was an expert in recommending the exact car I was looking for. I was originally set on the C300. With his expertise and professionalism he was able to recommend the right vehicle to fit my exact budget, style, and image. The vehicle was a E350 2010. I was able to get everything I was looking for with more room at approxitmately the same price.

When it was time to sign paper work, CJ greeted me with popcorn and a coloring book for my grandson. When I met with the finance manager, CJ was right there to answer any questions that arose.
I found the finance manager (Ashley) to be very knowledgeable and was able to get me thru the process with out making me feel humiliated for not being the expert that she was.

After the sale CJ has been terrific in following up with me about questions or concerns that I may of had. To have follow up after the sale is most impressive and is where most Dealerships drop the ball.

In conclusion I highly recommend CJ and Crown! If your in the market for a car, Crown is the Dealership and CJ is the best! My experience was top notch, just like the Mercedes that I purchased. Great job to CJ. Because of CJ., I will be referring others to him and buying in the future.

I bought a used 300GLC with very low miles. Total buying experience was as painless as I have ever experienced. Jeremy was very good to work with as was everyone I met in the dealership. Jeremy took the time to show all the vehicle s bells and whistles as well as have the patience to show me until I understood how the function(s)worked. CJ was able to secure a competitive finance deal in short notice. Jeremy also dropped the car off for me in the Toledo area once the sale was completed. This is the type of service one remembers. I was out of town on the 22nd of January 2019 when I had an appointment for an A check on our 2014 GLK diesel so I asked my daughter to take the car in for me. Dave took great care of her and of my GLK. He suggested several additional repairs including a 4 wheel alignment that I wanted but forgot to tell my daughter. It was as though he knew what I wanted done and working through my daughter, he scheduled them. I had a discount card that was not presented at the time of billing. I came into this dealership not really considering purchasing a vehicle but more along the lines to wash my C 240 Mercedes. An hour later I was in the office talking with CJ Sexton who was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was absolutely astonished by the level of service from my sales consultant CJ Sexton who sold me E550. . Not only did they offer me the best price for the car, but I was treated very well.

I recently purchased a 2014 C300 from Stephen Revard. Stephen was extremely helpful and patient during the purchase process even though I showed up very late in the day. The dealership was closing by the time we finished the transaction but Stephen never showed any inclination of wanting to shoo me out as we transferred things from my old car to the new.

I worked with David for my Mercedes service and he was fabulous! Although it is a bit pricey, you definitely get what you pay for! The service was thorough, timely and a loaner car was given to me without any hesitation. As a young female, I sometimes get slack from car service areas about getting a loaner, this was not the case with Dave. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Shen Saguisi did a fine job of scheduling and followup. The car was ready when claimed and the service was done as stated especially the cleanup.

I had an early morning appointment., 7:30 AM. I was greeted promptly by the concierge and directed to David Kohler's office where the paperwork was made out and the loaner car keys were waiting for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

When the car was done I received a call from David Kohler who also mentioned two other repairs that needed attention. I picked up the car with no wait and found it to be washed and ready to go.

Wow! I had a GREAT experience with buying my new car at Crown Mercedes! Doug Horner was my salesperson and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! I've always been the type of person that is fearful of stepping into a showroom.....I just don't want to be pushed, prodded and then bothered by alot of calls & e-mails. Doug was incredibly informative (he knows his stuff) and very low key....if you want to avoid a pushy car salesman experience....contact him! The finance guy was nice and all of the managers & other staff members were friendly and approachable. I'm loving my GLK and believe me...after the service I have received and the great deal I was offered...I will be returning to Crown Mercedes when it's time to buy another car!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Dustin Holland at Crown Eurocars. I was a little nervous going into the process since this is the first "luxury" car I have purchased, but Dustin made the process very enjoyable. My wife and I did a test drive a few weeks prior to actually purchasing and Dustin spent t least 1.5 hours with us answering questions about the different models and trim packages, explaining all of the features of the C300 and then on the test drive itself. He followed up with an email the next day with a car that met our criteria, but never called or pressured us in any way. It was great, as I don't like to feel like I am being given the "hard sell". After test driving a couple of other brands, we cam back to Crown a few weeks after the test drive and Dustin helped us find the perfect car in inventory for us. The negotiation, financing, trade-in of my old car and delivery was all easy and efficient. When I picked up my car the next day, it was beautifully detailed and waiting for me on the showroom floor. Dating spent about an hour (that's all the time I had or he would have spent more) helping me link my iPhone, set up radio presets, etc. He even emailed me a little later in the evening letting me know I had left our garage door opener in my old car and that he had it in his office for me. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Dustin and Crown to anyone looking for a Mercedes. My wife is already asking when she can get an SUV from Crown!

I had the worst experience with Sam Oltromonto he lied to me about the 2010 GL550 I was told the front tires and Brake Pads got replaced , one month later the light on the screen Brake Wear called Sam and asked him about that you told me the Pads was changed at the time you changed the Tires his exact words was take it to other shop and get it checked , I took it to other shop and the Pads was old and not new as I was told called Sam again and he said nothing he can do about it very disappointed I will never do business with this man OR Crown in Dublin again he is liar just want to make a sale Bad Business I end up paying for it out of packet .

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel VanMeter and she was very helpful. She explained every detail of the car I planned on buying and was also very enthusiastic. I had to use a cosigner in the process of buying a car due to being only 18 years old and having no credit score, but she made the process easy. The only bad thing throughout the process was all the paper signing, but that was beyond anyone's control. She even followed up with me two days after to see if everything was fine with the car. I will be returning here again when I want another car.

..Prior to my arriving he had everything noted that needed done, including checking to see IF I could qualify for any discounts....which I did!
..He further efficiently confirmed my information and need, then immediately led me to the service assistant for my no fee loaner car.
..I needed an extra day in the loaner car because of my schedule and Shen politely stated, "no problem"...can't do wrong here either.
..Prior to my returning he confirmed by text and by telephone that the bill was correct and upon my arrival at the dealership had my car in the inside service pickup, shiny as new!

Stephen is very knowledgeable, friendly and always goes out f his way to get what you want. He even came to our home to program our garage door opener after many failed attempts by myself. He always explains everything about your new vehicle and makes sure you are completely satisfied. The service I receive from the maintenance department is outstanding too.
