Stephen Revard is my Sales Advisor and he sees to it that all of my concerns were met. He even suggested better alternatives and options for our European Delivery. He personally advised us to take the AMG Tour at Affalterbach. He even took care of setting up all the schedules for the Mercedes factory Tour and AMG Tour. He handled all transactions professionally but in a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely recommend Stephen and I will, for sure, will be a life long customer.

08 R350 purchased in Aug 2014: Low score due to receiving a lemon of a vehicle. $2000 to fix the sunroof that quit working as I drove off the lot. They covered labor if I paid for parts. Then car started smoking. Oil leak at back of cam dripping on exhaust. Crown would not return my call regarding this, so I took it to Fort Wayne MB dealer. On top of oil leak, the power steering reservoir was leaking, a cam position sensor needs replaced, and they stated that the engine is whining. The engine was whining when we bought it. I thought that is how it is supposed to sound as Crown said the vehicle was fully inspected. Apparently all the pulleys (2 idler and an AC compressor) were going bad. This is another $1300.

To sum this reveiw up: Crown sold us a used vehicle that has given me plenty of reasons to never buy another Mercedes again. I paid asking price which was full market value. This was not a steal or a deal so I expected everthing to work. They have girls on staff as pretty faces instead of knowledge staff to help with any issues. Fort Wayne was worth the drive very knowledgeable and direct.

I recently bought a 2015 C300. The car is amazing. It is a piece of art both inside and out. Additionally, it is both the faster car I've ever own from 0 to 60 and the most fuel efficient. I routinely get 32+ mpg on my commute to work!

Every Crown employee I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My sales person, Melisa Greenberg, truly went the extra mile! She made sure I knew everything about both the car and the dealership. The level of service at Crown is a very pleasant surprise compared to what I'm used to.

This is clearly one of the best dealership experience I've ever had. My sales consultant is Bill Stevenson. Bill is very patient and showed me every aspect of the car. This dealership is not like other high end dealerships where you find arrogant salesman. I am only 27 and I was looking for a current model of S-Class after becoming tired of Lexus for several years. I had bad experience before in other dealerships where they naturally ignored me because I looked too young to be able to afford a MB, let alone an S-class, but this is not the case here. They treated all customers equally and with respect. I didn't end up buying the car from them but that's more of a personal choice. I after all decided to drive my Lexus for one more year then I will trade it in. No doubt in the future if I want to get a MB, I will come to them.

Konstantin Chumak at this dealership is amazingly efficient. I am a physician and I only had 30 minutes to evaluate a car that day. Konstantin was highly respectful of my time and answered all questions and after 27 minutes we made a deal. the car was at another location and had to be delievered the following day. All the commitments that Konstantin made were kept.

Michael Lyons was the consultant for my recent service appointments at Crown. Nobody expects to have to have their new car repaired within the first few months of ownership. I purchased a GLC300 and experienced a minor issue with some interior trim and then two flat tires! Through it all, Mike made sure I was well taken care of with a loaner car and updated on what had to be done with each incident.
I had an almost flat tire (12 psi) between work events on a Saturday afternoon. I texted Mike to see if he could do something to help me out. He made sure they had my tire in stock and assured me that if I could arrive at least 90 minutes before the service department closed, they could put a new tire on my car. I was in and out with a new tire in record time. The technician who put the tire on also came out to the waiting area and spoke with me. Mike really came through for me that day and I appreciate it.
Again, having a few minor problems with a new car could be very irritating. Mike s friendly personality combined with his efficiency made the issues much easier to deal with. I ve actually dealt with Mike more than any other person at Crown during the first few months of ownership. He is a good representative for the dealership and I appreciate his professionalism. Took my car to Germain Easton to schedule a service that had to do with a recall. Talk about terrible customer service! Thought I d give them a second chance so I called to schedule a service a week later, nobody even picked up the phone. Decided to take my friends up on going to Crown Dublin and I was in and out with a courtesy car in 10 min. They fixed my C300 as well as replaced a headlight that was out for free!! I will have all my maintenance issues dealt with here from now on! It s the little things that matter! Thanks Crown!!
