We have dealt with Crown Mercedes-Benz for the past 10 years. We have purchased three vehicles and have had them serviced at your service center. Always satisfied 100%. We have dealt mainly with SHEN and he has always set everything up for us. He is very efficient, professional and quite knowledgeable about what is needed to be done. He always follows-up with a call and answers any questions that we might have and to make sure we are satisfied. He represents your company in a very good manner, and an asset to Benz family. Finally it is not fair not to give credit to "SETH KINNIARD", service director. We know him back from 2002, when he was the service advisor... He is always cheerful and goes to max to fulfill customer expectations. Hats off to CROWN overall.
