What an AMAZING car buying experience!!! Melisa Greenberg was our Sales Professional & from the moment we first stepped onto the lot, in the rain, she came right out to greet us, LISTENED to what we were saying - NO PRESSURE - and made us feel like friends, discussing what we liked and what we wanted. While my husband surprised me with the purchase (as I thought we were just going back to test drive the car again), and he and Melisa had already completed the sale and worked together to make it a big surprise - with big red bow and all - the process was seamless!! In the 50 years I ve been on this earth, I ve never experienced such a wonderful, comfortable (HUGE when making a big purchase), and easy car buying experience!! The entire staff we encountered at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH made us feel warm, welcome and part of the extended family!!
