I have been taking my car to Crown for the past three years for service and I have had an excellent experience with Dave as my service contact. He has always been responsive and helpful. I especially appreciate how efficient he is when I drop the car off between appointments - he always gets me in and out quickly and is very accommodating with any requests. He returns my calls quickly and is topnotch and professional. When I needed a new car he referred me to Cory in sales. What a fantastic referral. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cory was immediately helpful, kind, knowledgeable and every bit as responsive and professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions and his patience was endless. He came across as trustworthy and genuine, patiently answering any questions I had, despite needing to juggle multiple customers at once on a busy Saturday. CJ also jumped in to help with questions when Cory had multiple customers needing his attention and they seemed to work very well as a team. Ultimately, I walked away a very happy, satisfied customer. Without a doubt, they have my business for any future car purchases and service. I hope Crown holds onto these three! I wouldn't go anywhere else because of the professional service I received from Cory, Dave and CJ.
