I purchased a new GLC300 W4 from Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin on Saturday & am thrilled! I was fortunate enough to work with Melisa Greenberg & can't thank her enough. Melisa was at all times professional & attentive. She listened to what I wanted & expertly guided me through the process. After purchasing my new SUV, Melisa patiently took me through all the numerous tutorials & invited me back at any time to go over them again. She made the entire process easy & the amazing experience buying a new car should be. There were two reasons I traded in my 5 series BMW for a Mercedes: I love the new technology Mercedes put in their 2020 models; & Melisa Greenberg. Melisa is a huge asset to this dealership. I wouldn't want to work with any other Star Certified Consultant!
