I needed a resolution for the check engine light showing on my sl500. I was directed to David Kohler for service and was warmly greeted and well taken care of. He took the time to explained the situation and what the problem meant. I returned the next day and again had the opportunity to speak with David Kohler prior to setting up the service appointment. He again took the time to explain further in depth both sides of getting work done. I was also able to asked questions regarding replacing or just changing other parts (for enhanced speed, mileage increase, lighting changes, etc.) and he was very knowledgeable in explaining the what's and if's of doing the changes or conversions.
Very happy I was able to speak with and get service set up through him. He is a great asset to Crown Mercedes.
