I laughed to myself when I had to backspace the pre-written message just now. This place is absolutely horrific. Not only did it take 6 hours for them to not even start on my car with an appointment at 10 a.m. one time, but I also called just now at 3:25pm and the lady on the phone told me that I could come in for an oil change as long as I make it in before 5. I get there at 3:48, and they tell me that the cut off was 5 minutes ago. I absolutely cannot stand this place, and I would not recommend anyone buy here or service here. If I had the choice of walking everywhere I went for the rest of my life, and buying a car here and dealing with those people, I would choose walking.

Very easy to deal with and no sell's add on's tried like other places ( BUY THESE LIFE TIME WIPER BLADES FOR ONLY $100). It's Florida blades to not last long (3-6 months).NOTE TO SALES'S PEOPLE: when some one comes in telling you their auto is in service and want to look at a new $20,000.00 auto do not hand them your card and tell them to walk 100 feet to see them!!!!!!!!!!

I visited about a week earlier and had been speaking with Derek Gonyea who is THE reason why after all the dealers we visited that I returned with my wife to this dealership--Courtesy Chrysler.

The day we purchased our 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel, Derek was with another customer so he brought another salesman (Austin Penman) in to assist. Austin was new and just as good to work with. These guys are young but absolutely fabulous to work with--they don't push or guess--as both men answered our questions and never once tried to push or play the typical sales games.

Once we made the deal things got even better when they brought in their finance guru, Nabil Brohmi, who actually got us a .30 points better rate than USAA. When he told us he could I was pretty doubtful but a few minutes later he had a credit union loan setup and that was a nice bonus.

Admittedly, I'm a pain in the backside customer in that I've been building hot rods and doing custom fab most of my life so I demand quality and usually catch the games in play. The fact is I loathe dealing with sales people in general but these three proved me wrong and earned our business (and respect). We'll certainly tell our friends about them and the great service we got at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa.

I dropped my car off at 8:30AM on Wednesday May 20th for an oil change and 3 items that needed some repair. The service writer Ginny took care of me right away even though I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. She also provided me a loaner vehicle since they may need my car for more than a day. To my surprise my car was ready for pickup the next day. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership. The reason is I have a great salesman Carl Johnson who always takes good care of me. The other reason is the service department. I give this dealership an A+ for sales and service.

With the Covid crisis i was attempting to purchase a jeep via safe methods and text with a salesperson. Easily the worst experiance I've had customer service wise in a very long time. The sales person was short, condescending, and rude. I don't have much experiance buying cars but I've got much better services and offers else where. When I showed local Tampa Bay comparables that were significantly cheaper and asked for a better price. It was stated that this is our price and that's it. This is not a brand new vehicle its used and they refused to do anything other than show me the price online. Currently working with one of those comparable jeeps right now and the salesperson there has been more than accommodating and pleasant.

Where do I start...I searched for 6 months, trying to find just what I wanted. I searched all around my area and could not find what I wanted at a price that was agreeable. I live in the Panhandle of Florida. Panama City to be exact. I finally found my Dodge Charger R/T that I wanted. It wasn't in Bay County. The one in Panama City was WAY over priced. I finally came across Courtesy Dodge when searching online for my car. I rented a car and drove all the way to Tampa. I did some preliminary negotiation prior to making the trip. You know what? I ended up saving 7K on the price by going to Courtesy. The great thing is that it did not end there. The dealer I dealt with was David Montes. He was professional, courteous, and I will say he is exactly the type of person you would hope to do business with. He was not overbearing or pressuring. He helped me get exactly the car I wanted. There is more; David was just a phone call away when I had questions right after getting hit with Hurricane Michael. He was there to help. Here it is a year since my purchase and David is STILL helping me with any questions I have. Now THAT is customer service. I made sure I gave a full review when Chrysler sent me the post purchase survey. I hope Chrysler passes it along to him. Folks here in the panhandle could learn a thing or two from this stellar dealership & their professional, knowledgeable staff. Buy again from them? You bet I would.

Well just tried to buy a 3rd car from this dealer on the last day of the year and was let down. Sales manager didn't even come to talk to me and my wife nor did we not even get numbers to even look at, all we got was can you put more down. Got the feeling that the sales manger just wanted to go home. I'm dure another dealer will take the time to help me buy a new car.

My experience started out horrible. I had to have my car towed in and come to find out there were several problems. This is obviously a busy dealership as there are not many Dodge dealers around. It was difficult to get ahold of my advisor and my car was there over 24 hours before they could even get to it. Once they got to it and got it diagnosed Jami stayed in contact and let me know what was happening. Thankful that my Max Life warranty covered all repairs. I highly recommend that warranty when purchasing. All in all it was a decent experience.

I had an appointment to repair a recall on my Jeep. My wait was minimal and was offered a ride to and from home (work). Great company and conversation both to and from work with the driver. Great service experience. No issues!

The sales staff has no customer loyalty whatsoever. After purchasing 3 cars from this dealership, I promise to never purchase a vehicle from this place AGAIN. I will get my service and leave. No issues with service.

Came for a quick lube lube and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Decided to go to Jerry Ulm instead. Never coming here again for service! Reduced to two stars. Do not recommend.

Went to Jerry Ulm Jeep in Tampa. Service employee out less than a minute. Took my car in the shop immediately. Express service! Shame that I need to go outside my local area to get excellent service!

I am extremely disappointed with your company. My vehicle has been in your shop going on four days. No one has worked on it. By the way it was an appointment. This is the third time my vehicle has been in your shop. I bought it in June.I need some sort of resolution. No one in this company can provide me a time frame when my vehicle will be ready or even worked on it. Why waste my time and dropping my vehicle off if it's not going to be worked on? Why not actually make an appointment that will be worked. yes, I received a rental and I am appreciative of that. As I have expressed before I work downtown I pay monthly parking for my vehicle that you have in your shop. I now have to pay double parking. I have to pay a monthly parking fee five dollars per day. I didn't mind one day, like I was told. That's what it was going take to get my vehicle worked. That's what I was advised on Tuesday afternoon when I dropped off my vehicle. It is now Thursday no one has touched my vehicle. Tomorrow will be Friday I really hope my vehicle be done. I need someone to contact me back. When will my car be ready? Who is going to keep paying for this parking? I need some sort of resolution. I can understand if you guys are busy but please be truthful and let me(your customer)know when you can actually work on my car. I would have rather kept my car until you guys had someone that could work on it and all of this could have been avoided.
By the way the last time my vehicle was in your shop, your fix to my bumper was to zip tie it. When I purchased the vehicle, I advised you guys that my bumper was loose.
That is not acceptable. What if the zip tie breaks and my bumper falls off while I'm driving on the interstate at 70 miles per hour will you pay for that? Please contact me. My posts are usually positive but after you call and leave messages and no one calls back you have to look for another way.

Absolutely worst service I have ever received at a Dodge dealership. This dealership is robbing their customers blind and think it's alright to do so. Charging $200-300 more for labor than surrounding Dodge dealerships. On top of that it takes 8 days to do a front alignment , new fuel filter and an oil chance on a diesel truck. Were supposed to get the truck back Tuesday, then Thursday, but the service person decided to leave early and not call us back to tell us our vehicle is still NOT done, finally we are able to get the truck back Friday. I rather drive out of my way than give my money to this place of business ever again.

My AC went out on my Jeep Liberty and I took it in to the dealership for inspection/repairs. I was greeted by Rick M who is the primary reason I am submitting this post. Maintenance expenses are never fun to pay, however, Rick made it easier to accept. He was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to address each one. He explained that it would take a few days to repair since they had to take the entire dashboard out to replace the evaporator (among other minor repairs). He then arranged for a complimentary ride home and the next day arranged a "loaner vehicle" for the weekend. He kept me posted on progress and called as soon as the car was ready late Monday. After picking up my truck I noticed the Bluetooth was not working correctly and a few dirty smudges on my interior lining. Without hesitation, Rick once again welcomed me in and got the issues resolved. Bottom line, Rick is as honest, forthright, personable and professional as I've ever experienced at a dealership and I wanted to make sure he, his boss, his peers and his customers know how much I appreciate having him manage my services. I feel I am in good hands and you earned my future business. Thanks, Rick!

We went to check out the new 2020 Chargers and the sales manager Marc introduced us to Chris. It was less than 2 hours from closing but Chris took his time and let us test drive 2 vehicles. 3 and a half hours after they closed, we drove away with a brand new car with a great deal. Initially I contacted Gabby Gutierrez in internet sales and then had follow-up conversations with her supervisor Jonathan Welty. Every question was immediately answered. After making my decision on a purchase, my wife and I arrived at the dealership where we sat down with Chris Chong to finalized the purchase paperwork. Antonino Gargiulo, General Sales Manager visited us several times to make sure that all of our needs were being met. Then Brandon Leiss helped us complete our financial package.
Everyone was very friendly and professional and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We want to thank all involved for a job well done!

Buying a car can always be a stressful experience. I have been looking around for the type of vehicle I have been needing to fit my busy and transient lifestyle. I am a jeep owner and love the quality of these automobiles. I was wanting to trade in my wrangler in search of a more sporty utility vehicle. I found Courtesy auto group online and inquired about a vehicle that I didn't end up buying when I saw it in person. I spoke directly to Curtis ( Internet Sales team) and we arranged a time to meet yesterday. When I walked into the dealership, everyone was so welcoming and customer service was impressive. Curtis went above and beyond to fit my needs and their inventory presented me with a perfect fit. Curtis worked so hard, and I felt he was very professional, kind and accommodating. Appointment meant nothing. Vehicle diagnosis did not begin until afternoon even with a 9:40 appointment. Diagnosis took entirely too long. Repair quote was rediculous. No wonder why people dread taking vehicles to dealerships.

I HATE this dealership!!! I moved to here and this is the jeep dealership close to me. Thank god I bought my jeep somewhere else because I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership because they are so rude all around. I have had to come here a ton of times in a short period of times to do issues with my jeep which is only a year old. They are so booked up that even if it's an emergency they say yeah well thats all we have. I had to have the service advisors manager get involved last time because they wouldn't fix the problem which since that they did replace a big part of the vehicle. Now I called to ask a simple question and the guy on the phone was rude and honestly couldn't even respond to my problem just told me to take it in which I plan for a different problem and now this problem that happened today I asked him if they had anything sooner of course they don't have appointments for a few weeks. I will never buy a vehicle here in till they do a big turn around. Everytime something goes wrong with my car it frustrates me because this is the place I have to take it.

just wanted an idea on how much I can invest on a new vehicle. a salesperson approach me and introduce himself and said can I help you. so I explain what I wanted and my budget. I looked at several 2015 jeep Cherokee found what I wanted we negotiated on the price got a good price and drove home on my new 2015 Cherokee.
just to mention I got a good welcome from everybody very friendly environment. I'm very happy with the sales persons, selection of the dealer and vehicle. I will recommend Courtesy Chrysler to everybody.

My wife and I bough a wrangler here four years ago. We came back to see Carl, who sold us the wrangler, about purchasing a compass. Once again, he was knowledgeable, polite and was able to cut us the exact deal we were looking for. We drove down from Tallahassee to specifically work with Carl Johnson again. Ask for him, he is the man to make you the deal you want. Brandon In finance was also extremely helpful. His laid back demeanor made it easy to be comfortable. He was also very informative and made sure we got all the answers we needed. We will definitely be doing business with both of these guys again!

I worked with Tommy Sisk and Mark on trading in my immaculate 2016 Dodge Dart for a Ram 2500 4x4 turbo diesel, and let me tell you... the process was easy and hassle free! (Your credit issues are yours, not theirs, remember that.) They took care of me from start to finish and treated me like family. And talk about deals! My new beast was marked down 10 grand! Whaaaaaat?! I know right!

Do your homework. Know what you can afford. Know what your trade in is ACTUALLY worth before you stop by. I m telling you, this crew will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase! I was mislead by the service department when I called for an appointment. I was told that they can honor the alignment warranty I had from another Ram dealership. When I should up for my appointment the the service department representative told me that they cannot honor a warranty from another dealership. I was stuck with having to do the work with them because I was already to far from the other dealership.

Also the person I spoke with had a bad attitude. He ask me what issue was and I told him that when I go 80mph the truck vibrates. Fix thing he said was "We don't go 80mph we get fire if we do that" With an attitude. I never told him to go 80 down the highway. I just needed the issue fix.
Overall they were able to get the issue fixed.

Incredible service! I had a recent negative experience with another courtesy dealership; however, the individuals at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa were the total opposite. Well son just purchase a jeep at there sister company Q Auto and 4 month later and 12 different problems and very high financial rate and TWO Factory recalls and almost 200.000 miles and as you see Q Auto Closed all of a sudden and this note on the door. Thay just open that building. So we even attempted to purchase. From Q but thay lost this sale before we could even get paper work we needed. So now nearly made it to this Courtesy and spoke to them about this. And would only give him $500.00 on a truck that there sister company sold him and would not NOW even help him and get him into something he should of been showed not a Factory recalled twice vehicle. I have had my car 5 years now and I am still treated like a part of the family. I never leave reviews, but this place is so awful that I must warn others. This continues to be the worst dealership experience EVER. I have left 2 voicemails and sent several emails for a call back from our finance manager, to get a very simple figure from our finance paperwork. This buying experience has made the choice for me that I can never buy from the Chrysler family again. Thanks Courtesy Jeep Dodge Ram for making future decisions on where NOT to go very easy for me. It had been over a decade since I purchased a vehicle and admittedly it's not one of my favorite processes. I walked into Courtesy on a Monday not pressed about buying a car, but knew what I was looking for. I owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee before and really enjoyed the car. I was met by Sales Associate, Carl Johnson, who was very kind and helpful and listened to what I was looking to do and how much I was looking to spend. We didn't agree at first and thats when Rob Catlin stepped in and was a great and transparent leader who I feel worked with me to get me the car I wanted with the terms and the interest rate that fit my needs. All in all, once I decided what was a YES for me, the paperwork process was smooth and I took delivery of my shiny new car. I was even offered to follow me home with the new car as I still had my vehicle that I drove there in. Very kind, courteous and a primarily seamless process. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge in Tampa.

I received excellent service from the sales team and staff at the dealership. Every employee that I could see was wearing a mask the entire time I was there and the dealership was very clean, unfortunately most of the Customers coming in We re not wearing masks potentially spreading the virus making my experience as a customer unsafe. I am very happy with the purchase of my new grand Caravan, But I am extremely disappointed in Dodge removing one of the most essential and important safety precautions to the vehicle, No spare tire or Jack. I had asked about it while looking at the vehicle, but was not told until after I had purchased, that the vehicle no longer has This necessary Safety feature. The tire inflator that is provided Is grossly Inadequate in a emergency situation.In a email Yesterday I asked that I be provided as part of my purchase the spare tire doughnut and jack that would fit my vehicle. It is not safe to drive my vehicle until I get a spare tire, If the dealership declines my request, I will do so on my own At my own cost, as Dodge has intended it to be. I don t believe that this in anyway should reflect on the professionalism and excellent service I received at the dealership. This is just my personal view, and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Avoid this place unless you absolutely have to go here. If you do, don't get help by a salesman named Josiannel Barbosa (a.k.a. Joey), I guess he doesn't believe in the process of negotiation. If you do you're given an attitude and told you're being irrational after a couple days of back and forth number crunching. If you don't like my price point, don't continue to call me on a daily basis. It is really that simple. Pretty sure my next vehicle will be a Ford now.

Great prices. Great sales team. Low pressure buying. At the same time they will run your credit many times and at the end of the day I had not received the best finance option available as they had already processed my loan though a subpar lender when I came back to pickup the vehicle and acted like it had been finalized and there was nothing they could do. Also had to wait over a month for my negotiated $500 refund check. Can t help but feeling like they hoped I would forget about it as when I called to ask where it was they hadn t even processed it yet. Two days later it was ready. The finance manager could have offered to mail it personally yesterday but instead I was told I could wait until Monday or come pick it up as the person that drops off the mail had already left for the day. It was only 3pm. Try harder.

I mean i can honestly say every time i have to take my car to this dealership, i dread it. But since it s near my work place it s convenient .... I had a big issue a year ago when i purchased the car.
Then I would say a week ago when I took my car to get an oil change, I drove up to the service section and mind you I had an apt I believe was at like 10ish. Two to three cars pull up behind me and they service those cars, I had to get out of my car and walk inside to ask someone to come service me since I ve been waiting and they took two cars that came in after me. That was my issue last week.
Now this week i had to take my car to get serviced for the transmission, I take it Tuesday the 26th. My boyfriend spoke with a service advisor and they explained to him it was going to take two days to diagnose the problem and they ll give me a call. It s now the 28th and I have not heard from anyone at all in regards to my car. I call late in the day and speak to someone they tell me that they ordered the parts and if they don t get to it that day it ll be done by the 29th which is today. But someone will call me back on the 28th to let me know. No call back on the 28th, so I then again call today and speak to a mr. He stated that he couldn t locate the tech, he ll call me back when he does. Yet again no call back after 3 hours, I call in at around 3ish and speak to a ms. She informs me they re still working on my car to call back around 4 pm to give me an update if my car is going to be done by tonight. I call back at 4:30 pm and speak with a mr he then states that the car isn t going to be done tonight it ll be done tomorrow. I m tired of being given the run around in regards to my car, thank goodness I am able to arrange transportation this week. Because they didn t have any vehicles to be rented out either. I m just supper annoyed over this situation and how every time i have to take my car there there s an issue. Not once have I not have had an issue with this place.

Made a service appointment thinking that my car would be serviced day of appointment. Dropped off in that morning for a minor repair. Instructed them thats the only working vehicle and needed to pick up my daughter at 7:30 from college. Was told they would keep me updated. Then there were crickets, I called them twice for them to tell me my car hasn't been looked at and they would call we with an update. What's the point of making an appointment if they booked too many and can't even get to my vehicle. When questioned staff I was told that the appointment wasn't to get my car looked at but an appointment with an advisor to go over warranty and so forth. Well for one they never discussed the warranty and two was told the computer appointment system schedules 20 appointments in an hour and thinks they are all for an oil change. Seems to me they need to change there appointment scheduling system. I was then told you are not the only one that complains. So my question is how many complaints does one need to fix there system. I have used multiple dodge service centers and have never had one so disorganized. This is not the first time I was treated this way. Shame on me for giving you a second chance. We are looking to buy a new Jeep within the next couple weeks, guess we will be taking our business elsewhere. Never have I had an appointment for one day to be looked at the next day. So much for trying to plan taking a vehicle for service. Plan for dropping your vehicle off one day and they not get it back to you for several days. You have lost all my future business and would not recommend you.
Update: employee promised he would call before he got off at 7pm. Well way to follow through, one should never make promises they can't keep. Saga continues.
