It had been over a decade since I purchased a vehicle and admittedly it's not one of my favorite processes. I walked into Courtesy on a Monday not pressed about buying a car, but knew what I was looking for. I owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee before and really enjoyed the car. I was met by Sales Associate, Carl Johnson, who was very kind and helpful and listened to what I was looking to do and how much I was looking to spend. We didn't agree at first and thats when Rob Catlin stepped in and was a great and transparent leader who I feel worked with me to get me the car I wanted with the terms and the interest rate that fit my needs. All in all, once I decided what was a YES for me, the paperwork process was smooth and I took delivery of my shiny new car. I was even offered to follow me home with the new car as I still had my vehicle that I drove there in. Very kind, courteous and a primarily seamless process. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge in Tampa.
