Great experience and they will NO DOUBT GIVE YOU THE BEST DEALS OF ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA I PROMISE!!! I have purchased 3 cars there in 9 months and not 1 wasnt a great deal with many discounts! Dont bother wasting your time at other dealers like I did for over a week of stressfull haggling. I am NOT PAID for this at all and just want to help other people have a fast great experience like I did. Go to Ralph he has worked there 20 years and does NOT pressure you one bit with his awesome laid back attitude.

UPDATE: We bought our Durango is Sept and one of the things that got the deal done was getting heated seats added. They said no problem, marked it up $500 and away we went. Mind you, wife is on her feet all day and uses heated seats EVERY day to help keep her back from hurting. Well, they installed after market heated seats. Don't really care, but they don't work. We've had the vehicle in for service over a half dozen times since Oct, they've had to replace the radio because the seats fried it, and now they are telling us there is nothing more they can do. Basically, the seats intermittently turn off and in a few days MIGHT turn back on. GM offered to SELL us a new Durango with stock heated seats, oh but it's going to cost $10K more because our car is now used. The car they sold us with heated seats...that don't work. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, it went from the best buying experience to the WORST SERVICE experience in my life.

After 3 days of frustration at various other dealers doing the typical games, we swung in here. Carl was the least pushy salesman I've ever met. He was helpful, didn't play games, and got the deal done.

Second vehicle purchased from Courtesy Dodge & we couldn't be more pleased. We found the vehicle that we were interested in online, contacted the sales team and our sales person (David Montes) quoted us a price that we found to be reasonable. We went to the dealership, test drove the vehicle & wanted to go home to think about it. We actually decided on our way home, called David to let him know to mark the vehicle as sold. We went back a couple of days later to sign papers. Everything was ready to go and the price was just as agreed upon. Such a breeze! The gentleman in finance (Shaw) was very well prepared and organized, making the finalization smooth as well. A huge thanks to the Courtesy Dodge team. We would highly recommend this dealership & will be back again (probably very soon for a new Ram).

Since April of this year I have been trying to order the hydro blue 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I was informed on September 11th by RV my salesmen, at Courtesy Jeep Brandon, that the color was available to order from the factory. I then placed my order that very day and was informed it was going to be 8 to 10 weeks before my new blue baby would be here. On October 17th, to my surprise I received a text from RV that said my baby is here and I can come and pick her up. Brandon courtesy Jeep has Phenomenal sales and service, they listen to you and they are not pushy there. And in my opinion, RV and Joey went over and Beyond to assure that we were happy with our selection. Thank you so much for making my dream come true. The Miller's Brandon Florida

Worst car buying experience. Not a good selection of vehicles and staff not knowledgeable of the vehicles that were on the lot. We were passed to 3 different staff members in the matter of 25 min. DAYTON ANDREWS DODGE CLEARWATER awesome! In and out and we found the right truck without the BS!

My wife and I had already visited a few dealers so I knew what I wanted and Courtesy Jeep happen to have that model and color. It did take a long time (over 6 hours) so they could work on speeding things up but everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and I'm very happy with my new Jeep Wrangler Willy's

Customer Service still exists and it shows here. My service was amazing from start to finish with everyone I encountered while scheduling over the phone, arrival for appointment(s) and the completed warranty repairs. My service representative, Brandon was very pleasant to work with and kept in communication throughout the process which never left me wondering what to expect. I was so impressed I even chose to have the team complete an oil change, something that could have waited until I returned back home to Boone, NC to a dealership I wish had service like Courtesy. Thank you for treating my vehicle needs promptly and professionally!

Worst experience i had with the company of dodge. The labor was 3000 dollas for a bad lifter, they had my car for a week. I still haven't received my car. I called to check up on my car all they keep telling me they still working on it. I also try to call the manager never got a call back. I should of took it to the rocket scientist since dodge cant fix a dodge. I wont recommend my enemies to this place.

The following day I went to the dealership to look at it in person. I was informed the vehicle had been sent to auction, Ok no problem. A week later, car is still on the website as available. Horrible website.

We were looking to try an ECO diesel and he looked over the total truck inventory for us with no success. He then took us out in a new big diesel. Nice truck, just too big. We followed up with him this morning and again was a very good experience.

This is specific to the vehicle maintanence section. They are hard working on the front, but it takes way to long behind the scenes. Took 2 hrs for an oil change. They even gave me an "express lane" cone for my car. Doesn't seem to be any different from anyone else. If they want to continue providing service to my vehicle after my free oil changes are up. They need to get this done under an hour. They have a huge garage and not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but something needs to be fixed.

If you are looking for a square deal AVIOD this place.
I'd like to say my first new car buying experiance was great but that's far from the truth. After the deal was signed and the car cleaned ( bought at night in the rain with oak tree pollen and leaves stuck in the hood and trunk areas) I seen that the paint on the car had hundreds of flaws all over it. I brought this to my sales guys attention and he said i would have to wait until monday to speak with management.
The best management will do is re-paint the areas of the car........ unfreaking real..... a new car that needs a new paint job.....

Our salesman Jeff was on point! He worked with me and kept in touch after I called asking about a specific vehicle. He knew we were coming with kids so when it started to rain he moved the car under the roof so the kids wouldn't be wet and cold. He was honest with the price and worked to keep us in budget. For just him I'd give 5 stars. But overall only gave 4 because our finance guy really tried to pressure us to go out of budget on extra warenties and I didn't like that. Honestly felt more pressure from him than anyone else and he was so slow because he kept trying to get us to buy the warenty after we already said no several times. 3.5 hours layer (3 of which was spent with the finance guy) we left with a beautiful low mile dependable vehicle that was not only in budget but fit our family needs to a T. Would highly highly recommend Jeff!

Courtesy? Yeah... not. I scheduled a recall repair. Dropped my car off, left it all day. I had to call then myself to ask if my work was done. Go to pick up my car only to be told that they didn't have the part, so I needed to reschedule. No one bothered to call me and tell me. I mean I drive 40 minutes to get there and they don't bother to see if they have the part? Then when I call to reschedule, I am told that I need to speak with a recall agent. Promised a phone call back by end of business. No one calls. No one bothers to call me back the next day either. I don't have time to mess around and keep up with people and remind them to do what they are promising to do. I have two kids one of whom is in the hospital. Then when trying to schedule again, I can't get in for three days. I need a weekend so I can sit there and don't have to leave my vehicle. And they tell me that it can't be done on a weekend. Because they can't promise that my car will be completed by end up Saturday. Who has time for that? If I didn't need to bring my vehicle there, I sure wouldn't. Most of the people that I speak with our friendly. A few have been relatively rude. I would like to leave a better review but at this point I just can't.

My wife and I bought our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and had excellent service. Joshua Hunt was the salesman that we dealt with. He was never pushy or aggressive and made the buying experience easy and pleasant. He worked with us on the priorities that we had and we were pleased with the vehicle we ended up buying. We drove four hours to buy from this dealership so they must be doing something right. We won t be buying another new car anytime soon but if and when we do we plan to start our search with this dealership.

As a long time customer I have to say the service has always been outstanding. However, I ve notice over the past several visits communication between the service advisor and customer has deteriorated. The straw that broke the camels back was during my last visit for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Routine. Spoke with the advisor paid the bill and went on my way. Approximately 30 minutes later I get an email request to approve additional repairs found during the initial inspection which were significant requiring immediate attention. I was setting in their facility for over an hour and during check out nothing was ever said. Then two days later I get another email saying something to the order since I decline service offered they are giving me a 15% discount. Once they get their act together on communication I might change the rating

Disappointed .. Dropped my vehicle off because my flashed came on and would not turn of, causing also my AC & Radio to not work , telling my I had a Rear Glass door open that I don't have.. and After they had my vehicle for 2 weeks , the tell us they cant figure out what's wrong with the vehicle and the blinking has stopped .

We have taken the vehicle 3 times for the same thing and we are always told we don't know what it is or causing it, but after always removing batter terminal for 3-4 days it stops.. But in the meantime we have to drive around like a rolling Christmas Tree with lights flashing and No AC in this Hot as Hell Summer.. I don't mind not having the radio. But I have been pulled over several times reference to my lights blinking thinking I have a emergency.

Since the It has been 2mos and It has started doing it again 3 days ago and were being told bring it back on Monday , when its Thursday since we don't have a loaner vehicle to give us.

To see if they keep the vehicle another 2wks to tell us we don't know what's wrong with it..

Disappointed in the Mechanics for a Large company to tell me they don't know what's wrong and trying to charge us labor for something that was not done to my vehicle.

During the selling process, the communication was ...

During the selling process, the communication was good and they worked hard to get the figures where we needed them to be. Once the sale concluded, it fell apart. I had to take the vehicle back for the complimentary detail and during the detail, they scratched the door. I sent pictures to my salesman and he never responded after telling me that he would look into it . Two weeks later, I make a call to the General Manager to voice my concerns and he did return my call promptly however, after that conversation, it fell apart once again. The GSM then called me and for lack of better terms, made me feel stupid for even mentioning the damage.

In closing, the sales process not terrible but, the after sale and service is less than desirable. The follow up to issues or concerns and consideration for taking responsibility to those issues, not there. It s put a shadow over my experience with Courtesy so much so that I bought my new Ram 2500 from the competitor.

Repair of A/C required removal of dashboard or partial removal. When I picked the car up there were several large pieces (3" square) of broken plastic on the driver's side floorboard.

This leaves me concerned that the dashboard had not been properly removed or not properly replaced and which will cause problems for me in the future.

Was in and out in about an hour for a scheduled oil change. Staff were wearing masks appropriately that I saw. Not all the customers kept their social distance, though, even though there were sign posted in many locations. Staff put plastic on the seat and steering wheel before taking it for the oil to be changed.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with David R. Montes in sales. This is my first Jeep and I am thrilled with the vehicle - a huge departure for me as I've been driving foreign cars for about 20 years. It was not an easy decision but having David by my side, exerting no pressure whatsoever, by simply being available to answer all my questions (I had lots), extremely transparent and forthright as we discussed options and pricing (I feel we negotiated a very fair win-win), and then going the extra mile by staying in touch before and after the purchase. Not only do I love my Grand Cherokee but I also appreciated the experience of buying the vehicle. Rare that this happens. Guess my instincts were correct when I walked in and noticed how helpful, friendly and service oriented everyone was at Courtesy. Plus the place was hopping with customers. Always a good sign. Love my new 2016 Challenger! But do regret buying it at your dealership. The sale went well but then the finance guy tried to rip me off by not putting the contract with the agreed to price and then tried to sneak extra stuff in. Just today took the car to the Service Dept. to have the new door panels put on that they ordered for me because mine has this white stuff on them that won't come off. I left the car there all day....they had called me earlier in the morning to ask me why the door panels were being replaced....shouldn't you have known since you ordered them? Bottom line, they called me back at 3 PM to tell me the panels wouldn't be replaced today and that I should make another appointment (as if it was fault). When I picked it up not a word was said. I also took it in for my 1000 mile check-up a few weeks ago, they came back so quick with the car it is likely they didn't even look at it...no record in their system that I even brought it in. My advise to you....skip this dealership and their service department...worst I have ever dealt with. I'll drive the extra distance to another dealership that knows how to treat their customers.

I had a great experience at this dealership. My car salesman Chris and a manager named Cuff were honest men and helped me throughout the process of buying my car. When I started having problems with it, they worked with me well after the sale to get the car swapped out and make me a happy customer.

The service department (specifically Dwayne) also provided excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to take care of any issues I had.

The sale was relatively easy.

When the car was picked up was to say amazed that a dealer would let a car go out in this condition.

It was filthy inside, grime, cigarette burns, although I was told it was a non smoking vehicle. You would think they would at least detail the car.

Now the beautiful part, the only key they had for the car was the valet key.

So, I'm out $180 to buy a key and $100 for detailing cleaning the interior.

The incompetence of the employees is astounding. I ve never had such a feeling of discontent, dealing with representatives of a business I ve given so much money to. My vehicle has been damaged during service. Expect to wait a ridiculously long time to receive your vehicle back, and pay an equally ridiculous bill for overly priced labor and parts. The vehicle I purchased from them will have maintenance done elsewhere in the future.

Fair, friendly and professional service with a great attention to detail and follow through at this dealership!

My husband and I recently went to purchase a new Jeep and RV and Alex assisted us with our purchase. We negotiated on the phone and went in late on Monday evening to finish our deal.

Alex stayed until almost 11pm to finish the paper work and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the new Gladiator. The General manager Joey was friendly and kind and really helped us get to a place where we were happy with our bottom line.

RV who we initially spoke to was very knowledgeable and sat with us in the Jeep going over everything from how to work the apps on the touch screen to little secrets and tips!

What really impressed us was the follow through- a lot of dealerships make promises that aren t met after the ink dries and this location was the exception! Everything that was negotiated into our deal was met and exceeded our expectations for punctuality and ease of service.

We would highly recommend visiting Courtesy of Brandon and ask for Alex and RV!

Went in for an oil change and love how it's like a valet once you arrive to get service done. Waiting area was clean with complimentary snacks and water. They even have a kids play area that was clean and sanitized. Waiting time was reasonable and job was performed with no issues.

Tried to sell my van but they weren't willing to give what I need I have a perfect opportunity for Chevy 350 Class C RV for my camping trip this summer instead of using a tent. I'm asking $3,000 but I will go lower than that at this point it only has 84,000 miles on it I put $3,000 in the the front end the brakes new water pump tires battery and other accessories since June and I put a new radiator and front end in four years ago tie rods six months ago so if you're looking for a custom van for traveling with kids or camping or whatever give me a call I'm sure we can work something out the RV I Want Is On consignment and owners ready to sell. He was also consistently available when I reached out with questions and arranging courtesy shuttles. Both of the gentlemen driving the shuttles were also very professional and made my difficulties much more pleasant.

On arrival, there were many cars waiting to be dropped off for service. I had an appointment at 10:00am and arrived at 9:50am. It took 15 minutes for me to finally make it up in the line to start the process of my brake pad replacement service.
I think I made the mistake of telling them I was dropping off the car instead of saying I was waiting for it because at 4:15pm, received a text stating that my vehicle was still being worked on and they would let me know of the status. At 6:15pm, after not hearing anything else from the dealership, I texted them asking for a status update. 5 minutes later received a text that the vehicle was done. Extremely disappointed that it took 8 hours plus for brake pad replacement.
Not sure if they overbooked the services for the day but I feel that it was extremely inefficient. I won't be using your services again. Will go to Jerry Ulm dealership in the future, even though it is a further drive.

When my husband and I first arrived at the Dodge dealership, we were not planning to purchase a new vehicle. My husband wanted to show me a vehicle he had recently seen. It turns out, that vehicle was not for us. Bob Soich approached us and showed us a Dodge Journey. My husband and I had no idea the Journey also had 3rd row seating. Bob did not pressure us and was very patient as we continued to look at various models. He then took us inside to get a brochure and some water (it was extremely hot that day). Still, Bob did not pressure us into buying. He asked several times if we wanted to take a test drive and we finally decided to. On return from the test drive, Bob showed us some different Journeys in back. Immediately, we found "the one". Bob brought Joe LaMotta over to help with all the paperwork, etc. Both Bob and Joe were easy to talk to and made our buying experience a pleasure. Like I said, we were not planning to purchase a vehicle that day, but I'm extremely glad we did!

I am currently on hold for 30 minutes i have 4 kids including a sick newborn i have made numerous attempts to find out when my car will be fixed and if i can get a rental as my warranty that i paid a ton for includes it i have gotten nowhere its ridiculous firkins is a looooot better.

I really hesitated in fact dreaded coming into the dealership based on prior experiences. My preconceived thought was, I m going to be at the dealership for 4 up to 5 hours for a simple oil change. But, I was extremely, pleasantly, delightfully wrong. I arrived a little after 7am and was out by 8:30 am or so. No headaches, no frustrations and no bad experience.
