At the same time they will run your credit many times and at the end of the day I had not received the best finance option available as they had already processed my loan though a subpar lender when I came back to pickup the vehicle and acted like it had been finalized and there was nothing they could do. Also had to wait over a month for my negotiated $500 refund check. Can t help but feeling like they hoped I would forget about it as when I called to ask where it was they hadn t even processed it yet. Two days later it was ready. The finance manager could have offered to mail it personally yesterday but instead I was told I could wait until Monday or come pick it up as the person that drops off the mail had already left for the day. It was only 3pm. Try harder.
