I was impressed with Steven s customer service skills and knowledge. He answered all of my questions and explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He communicated with me via phone and messaging throughout the day keeping me informed of the progress and giving me an estimate of when the vehicle would be ready. I also received a vehicle inspection report by message which gave me an overall view of my vehicles health. I arrived to retrieve my vehicle and Steven went over exactly what had been found and the repairs made. He also went over the other issues found in the inspection report and stressed their importance in keeping my vehicle up and running safely. Overall, I will definitely continue to work with Steven at Courtesy Chrysler.

I ve been a customer for a very long time and I always go to see Savanah Freeman whenever any of my vehicles need service. She knows exactly what my vehicles need and is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and always treats me like she s known me all her life. If you need service, no matter what you drive, go to Courtsey and ask for Savanah, you won t be disappointed.

Call to get a diagnostic check they said ihave to setup appointment which I was fine with the closest appointment was about a week and a half away. I took my car in at 8am I got a call saying my window wouldn't go up. I called at 1:30 the rep said a guy was looking at it and would have Steven contact me. I called back at 3 and my personal advisor Steven wasn't able to talk to me but she said she will have him call me I guess she see my number they just transferred my call without even answering because I can hear the phone pick up and then put on hold. Customer service is horrible. I asked Steven Peoples to put himself in my shoes but he wasn't interested in what I was saying. Before I could get a word out he was on top of the answer without fully knowing what I was going to say
All I ask is for a call back. Even if they still couldn't find out what's wrong. So he was like "do you want to speak with someone else" I told him I did. He said he will have someone call me. I just feel like breaking down and crying.

Our family visited Courtesy Chrysler on Adamo Driv...

Our family visited Courtesy Chrysler on Adamo Drive to service our 2004 Dodge Durango. When we visited the show room we were warmly greeted by Jeremy Boone, who quickly showed us exactly what we were looking for. He paired up with Thomas Murman to work on a deal that would match our budget. The 2 of them worked amazingly hard to accommodate our needs, take us on a test drive with all 3 of our young children, and show us as many cars as we wanted to see without any hesitation, all the while providing detailed information about the cars we saw and an INCREDIBLY positive attitude but never too pushy. When we were back in the showroom, they even made popcorn for our children! The whole time we were provided with undivided attention and RESPECT. Towards the end of negotiating prices we met Favio Reyes, the Sales Manager who exhausted all resources to find us an excellent financing deal! By the end of our long visit, we left with a brand new 2015 Dodge Durango, which was exactly what we were looking for. The next day, we were called not only by their customer service department but by Favio Reyes himself to continue to answer questions for us; now THAT'S what you call going ABOVE and BEYOND!

I purchased a new vehicle at this location last year that had issues from the start (from the factory). Fabio Reyes and Thomas Snead sure stepped up to the plate to make sure when I left today that I was very satisfied. I will continue to do business with them because they have great employees that step up and go above and beyond!!
Thanks guys!

Repairs took longer than expected due to some uncontrollable circumstances and miscommunication but Robert made sure I was kept in the loop. He also made sure I wasn't stranded for a week and a half with a loaner! However, I will warn that affiliation with Affirm to help with payments left a bad taste in my mouth. They weren't helpful on the phone and there wasn't enough knowledge to alleviate the situation at the dealership. (Robert even tried talking to them) At the end of the day, I am glad to have gotten the repairs done but it was so stressful.

I recently bought a new Dodge Journey from Courtesy Chrysler in Brandon, and couldn't be happier. Car shopping can be very stressful, but because of our salesman, David Montes, and the Courtesy management team, it was actually a very pleasant experience. Mr. Montes is hands down, one of the most professional and courteous salesmen in the business. Kudos to the entire Courtesy team. I will always recommend you to people looking for an easy and fair car buying experience.

I recently purchased a Plum Crazy 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. Needless to say I m happy with the car. But, the overall experience went beyond my expectations. The Sales team, my main contact was Edward Ott, did a great job through the sales process. I m typically cautious of sales people (no offense) but Edward reassured me there are folks out there who are not out to get you and will work with you on your requests. John, the Finance Manager, did a great job on getting me through the paperwork and keeping it as painless as possible, especially for this type of car. The car was recommended to me by a technician, Jeff Luick, and I m fortunate he reached out to me to let me know the car was available. For this type of car and purchase, I thought I d be sitting at the dealership all day. I was in the door at 9am and on my way in my brand new car before noon. I couldn t have asked for a better team on this purchase. Thanks, everyone!!

This is by far one of the best car Dealerships I ve had the chance to work with. After a couple trips, Corey and Joey were able to make me a deal on a Grand Cherokee I couldn t refuse. They gave me the absolute best price than any other Chrysler Dealer and turned my upside-down lease situation into an equitable solution.

My experience was with Corey Gray and Joey Barbosa. Please ask for either of these gentleman should you want after-hours communication and salesman who will push for a deal for you.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever worked with. Went to trade in my two vehicles on another with them an it's been a nightmare since the beginning. One of the vehicles needed the title transferred prior to and they claimed that it wouldn't be an issue. The paperwork to awhile to get to us for transfer, so I ended up putting the overage on my credit card to push the deal through. They promised they would make it worth my time for helping them get the deal done.

They were supposed to hold the car until after it could be done, but instead shipped the car to auction in Indiana. They then started calling and threatening us (General Manager Josh) to complete the paperwork or else we could drive to Indiana (where they auctioned it at) and pick the car up ourselves. Basically, they sold the car at auction without permission and then threatened us. That car should have never left the lot. It's been over 3 months and we're still dealing with this dealership. If you value your time and your money, go spend it elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and hostile General manager.

Courteous is the only positive I have from my visit. If you have basic services and repairs they are probably fine. They demonstrated no diagnostic capabilities. They demonstrated zero willingness to listen to symptoms and issues in order to get to the core solution. The advisors are trained to just prattle on about anything to try to sound knowledgeable. Replaced two batteries and sent me on my way stating everything worked properly. The underlying issues that caused the failure of the two batteries are still there. They were apparent as soon as I started up the vehicle in their parking lot. They would have been readily apparent to any mechanic (or individual) that started that vehicle. I now have two overpriced batteries, a truck that at least started but that will soon go into the same failure mode that had me tow it to the dealership in the first place. So do I drive it or not? Waste of time and energy and $$'s for me to have visited this dealership. But maybe it bought me a few days to find a real diagnostician.

It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get so...

It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get someone from financing on the phone. Not only that but the employees who initially answer the phone are rude and they sound like they're having a horrible day.

I also set up an appointment to have my rim evaluated and fixed (a week in advance) and when I showed up to my appointment nobody had any idea what I was doing there. It was a terrible feeling. I ended up just driving away!

Your car buying experience may be good the day you buy your car like mine was but you better hope you never have to call or go back to this place.
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

I would give this place a zero star review is possible. I took my Durango in to be serviced that had 31 miles on it as it threw a "ACC/FCW unavailable warning service required" error the day I purchased it! I called and talked to Chris in service who assured me that I would be taken care of and apologized that I had to take it back to the dealership that I do not live anywhere near. I dropped my vehicle off and was put in a loaner as Chris told me "we are so busy we won't even be able to look at it today." I was called the next afternoon and told that everything was good to go and the error was resolved. I picked up the Durango and Chris told me if I had any issues to give him a call and he would take care of it. To my surprise they had to put 38 miles on my brand new vehicle to "calibrate" the front sensor; I wasn't terribly thrilled about that. On my way home what do you know the same damn error comes back! I call Chris and he doesn't answer so I leave him a voicemail. I never hear back from him so I call him again the next day and he says he never received my message. I explain to him that the exact same error came back on so whatever they did was not the solution. He informs me that he will talk to the tech that worked on my car to see what parts could potentially need to be replaced and call me back. I hear nothing for 3 days so I attempt to call and text him since he gave me his cell number. My efforts to get a response from him were unsuccessful. I decided to take my vehicle to another local Dodge dealer who in under 2 hours checked out the issue and identified that a new module needs to be ordered for the sensor. Amazing that I wasted my time taking it all the way back to Courtesy Dodge for it never to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and take it to another dealership! This place is quick to sell you a pricey vehicle but sure drag their feet when it comes to rectifying them!!!!

There were so many issues with my extended warranty company but Stephen in the service department was amazing. He kept me updated on the situation with my Ram from the first day. A rental vehicle was arranged by Stephen and he was very accommodating on getting us a Ram. Unfortunately the extended warranty fell through but Stephen was very professional and still treated us like family. They have definitely earned my business in the future at the service department. With this type of professionalism I will definitely buy my next Ram from Courtesy in Tampa.

Brought our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to service twice because infotainment screen was freezing up and unusable. Was occurring off an on, but not occurring at the exact time of either of the two service appointments. We were told it was a software issue and that they were waiting for an update to "re-flash" the system. 6 months later, still having same issues and frustrated that we've got a useless infotainment system. Can't use Nav system or change the radio, change the AC, work the rear entertainment system, nothing. Took it to Jim Browne today and they confirmed it was a hardware issue. Screen being replaced tomorrow. Lesson learned.

Came in on 8/24/2019, after speaking with the sale...

Came in on 8/24/2019, after speaking with the sales department and setting an appoint to return my leased Jeep. I was there for about 30 minutes, and not one person could help me. They all said they were to busy or didn't know how to do a lease return. Finally, the only positive thing during this experience, was a new Sales Rep named Jason Bilodeau, said he could help and he would figure out how to do it.
So we inspected the vehicle and filled out all the paper work that was needed for the return. Handed over the keys and said he would drop them of to the person who handles the return. I stood there and watched him turn the keys over to another person before I left.
The next week, I made 2 phone calls to Ally and Courtesy to find out if they had communicated with each other to schedule the inspector. Found out through Ally, that Courtesy has never reached out to them about the car being returned or giving the odometer statement to them. So I call back multiple times, each time with a rude receptionist, that doesn't know who handles lease returns.
It is now 9/5/2019, end of day, and still I am being passed around to different people, who each tell me they don't do lease returns and they will find out and give me a call back. This includes the Sales Manager, Shawn. I have tried to reach out to the General Manager, who never seems to be in the dealership every time I call.
So, almost 2 weeks later and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot, with no progress in returning the lease. Unbelievable! The best part is, they have signs that say "YES" all over their store. Yes, to helping, Yes to addressing concerns, yes to everything. But all I have heard is NO! Terrible Dealership!!!!

You can't make this kind of story up:

You can't make this kind of story up:

Today I had to take my 2016 Ram 1500 into the shop because of a computer fault recall. When the lady at the entrance of the service department ran the diagnostic she told me that I also had a faulty fuel sensor that would not allow other features like cruise control or the the remote start to work. I asked if it was covered under the warranty, she said yes...but that new vehicle warranties are only for 36,000 miles and I was at 36,900.

I calmly let the lady know how displeased I was that they would split hairs over something like that on an already pitiful warranty; I have only bought Japanese or German vehicles in the past, and never had issues this early or at an expense to me within the first four years. After the recall was fixed, the lady gave me back my invoice with a handwritten customer service number. She told me maybe they could help me out since my I was just out of warranty and the vehicle is only 2 years old. I drove home irritated, and when I pulled up to the house I saw I had a voicemail from the dealership. The technician had left the $3295 diagnostic device plugged in.

What a piece of poetic justice.

Also, never again buying a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep.

My normal Service Advisor Jami great and this has NO reflection in her. The previous Advisor I had while she was on vacation during my last visit SUCKS. I decided to have a couple of repairs done feom my previous quote which was only 1400 miles ago. Needless to say that my current quote was almost double on 1 item and and close to $100 more on the other item. It is very hard for me to try and continue to give you my business. Your Xtime needs imprivement because I couldn't open it up via my phone and I had to wait to get home to review it.
I can give Jami a 5 Star rating but not the dealership.

I just returned from a 2,000 mile trip in my Chrysler 300. I am a 73 year old male who has owned many, many vehicles in my lifetime. My vehicles have been high end Caddys, to low end Toyotas and everything in between and I must say this 300 is the most comfortable car I have ever driven without a doubt. As a salesman, I drove a lot of miles in the 60's, 70's, & 80's. Now retired, I don't drive like I used to but I wanted to take this trip and find out how good my Chrysler performed. In a word--
FABULOUS!! I averaged 34.3 MPH for the entire trip, which for a car this size I think is excellent. I was telling my sales representatives here at Courtesy, Frank Diaz & Kimo Nagatori how pleased I am. Will be buying another Chrysler when my lease is up...........LOVE it!!!

came to dealership based on the recommendation of a friend who had just purchased a RAM 1500. I came to dealership with the expectation of the usual hassle. What I did not anticipate was the dissrespect.

I purchased a 2013 RAM that was a trade-in. I was told it would be Certified, detailed, and ready the next day by 1:00. I called at 1 to check and didn't receive a call back

When I drove to dealership at 2:30, the truck wasn't ready. After 3hrs of waiting, I was given a long story about the backup in the detail area. It's 7pm as I write this review and I still have not received my vehicle.

I would recommend against this dealership to anyone. Not only were they dishonest, but do not value customers or the concept of repeat business.

Update: June 29, 2020

After dealing with this dealership for 5 years, they still never cease to amaze in their total lack of customer service. Today I had to purchase an additional key fob for my Ram. The key fob was over $230. I had no problem paying but when I received the fob, there was no key in the slot for the manual key. When I asked about the manual key... which is part of the actual key fob, I was told it was an additional $35. I love my Ram 1500, but despise the dealership.

I came in for a recall work and the service person was great. She told me of a firm ware update and asked if I wanted it done. I agreed and left my car. 2hr later the work was completed **NOW THAT WAS FAST** for Sat appt.
The only problem I had when I went to pick up the Truck was that she had in error also checked that I wanted a oil change. But when she came up to the desk she realized that she made an error and removed the charge - No fuss no problems. Been a long time since I brought my truck to the dealership for work. I am thinking of using them again for the next problem that is over my head. Thanks for the great service.

Purchased my jeep last April with 5k miles on it. ...

Purchased my jeep last April with 5k miles on it. Drive shaft broke off on it with 8k miles. They took care of it as they said it was still under warranty. Unfortunately the repair took 2 weeks to complete. Driving the jeep another 9k miles the same drive shaft that was repaired had broken off again. Called the service department and talked to a supervisor (who was extremely rude and just wanted to talk over me) and the manager to have it repaired and was told that I was pretty much out of luck and would cost me a few thousand dollars to repair due to an aftermarket lift kit that was installed prior to my purchase. Service also explained to me that this is due to the drive shaft not being the correct size. The same exact one that they had repaired the first time. So after spending 34k dollars with this establishment, in one year I have not had my Jeep for 4 weeks due to repairs had 3 tows 2 cut drive shafts, recut exhaust system, geometry bars installed all to ensure it doesn't happen again. After talking to the service manager and being told he would talk to used car sales team, never even recieved a call back and was basically hung out to dry. Really bad business, please take into account before purchasing a vehicle here because once they take your money you are on your own.

Solely based on customer service.

Came here today with high hopes. Horrible service, every representative had a disgusting attitude.

The representative in the Parts department was complaining about how nobody had brought alcohol in today. Another employee was complaining on how he had already regretted coming in to work today and what a waste of time it had been thus far.

Who is enforcing standards here?

What a horrible experience! Kimo and his sales man...

What a horrible experience! Kimo and his sales manager provide false information. They say they will honor a price and then renig. I said the main thing I was wanting was not to have my time wasted and they spent 2 and a half hours just to say they could not honor a price they already said they could. They also say they don't do hard credit pulls, but that is false advertising as well. If you are buying a car, go somewhere else.

As I can see by the response below, the GM has the same ability to comprehend and communicate as his staff. I didn't say that I was not expecting a credit report to be run, and that was not the problem with the deal. I was TOLD they were going to soft pull my credit, since I never filled out a credit application, and they hard pulled it. Since the deal was not finalized and they lied about the number, it never got done, it was a waste of an inquiry. Being lied to by an organization is not commensurate with my expectations and does not promote loyalty to a business. Maybe instead of attempting to justify bait and switch tactics, take accountability for employee mistakes, deliver on promises, ameliorate customer experience, and course correct those individuals who fall outside your values. Rick, next time why don't you not lecture customers who have had bad experiences instead of apologizing, accepting responsibility, and attempting to repair the relationship.

Had appointment for AC. Was never seen that day or the next! Waiting 4 days for my car. It was a warranty replacement and I feel like I was left behind cause I was not paying cash for my car to get fixed. I was charged the deductible and yet still no AC working! So had to bring back 1 hour after paying and waiting 2 days! Now I have to wait over the weekend and be in a rental that I told them I didn t feel comfortable driving but that doesn t matter to them. I will remember this when buying a new car! I was not happy about how this went down! And will rethink about taking my car back to them. I love dodge! But not that service I got: no one cared that I was waiting days for something I had an appointment for! And it still wasn t fixed! Horrible!!
