I was mislead by the service department when I cal...

I was mislead by the service department when I called for an appointment. I was told that they can honor the alignment warranty I had from another Ram dealership. When I should up for my appointment the the service department representative told me that they cannot honor a warranty from another dealership. I was stuck with having to do the work with them because I was already to far from the other dealership.

Also the person I spoke with had a bad attitude. He ask me what issue was and I told him that when I go 80mph the truck vibrates. Fix thing he said was "We don't go 80mph we get fire if we do that" With an attitude. I never told him to go 80 down the highway. I just needed the issue fix.
Overall they were able to get the issue fixed.
