My headlight stopped working and even after changing the bulb it still wasn t working so clearly it wasn t the bulb. I took my Jeep in since I have an extended warranty and the service department said it was just the bulb.
I get home and put the other bulb back in and it now works so clearly they fixed more than a bulb but wrote it off as only a bulb so it wasn t covered under my warranty and I had to pay $150 out of pocket for a bulb .
I won t be going back here.

Listen I am not the type to go back and forth with people. And usually that results in me getting taken adavantge of. This time around I went to every dealership in my area. I was at my wits end. I felt that I would not get what I wanted. My friend told me to call Brandon Jeep as a last ditch effort. It was the close of the day and I was in tears picking up my sons. This sweet and gentle voice came on the line and listened to all my wants and needs for a new car. She asked me to give her 30 mins and she would call me back. Guess what she called me back like she said she would. I was ready for her to tell me bad news, instead she told me that she found the car I wanted a year newer and the most important thing in the color I wanted and for the price I wanted! There was no back and forth there was no feelings of being ripped off. I was so happy at her genuine want to make my life and car buying experience better that we bought the extended warranty because Yes we want to do Buisness with them! So many dealers are looking for a quick sale they miss the important stuff. Not these guys they knew that the customer needs to be happy long term! I signed the papers that night and got my car the next morning. If you are wondering who she is find out for yourself! Ask for GABBY!!!

Good people, very friendly ladies at the front desk who are very intelligent. The sales people were helpful and tried to work the deal. I got a great car for a good priceand it was detailed very nicely. Few issues with the trade and I had to fight tooth and nail to get decent price for trade and the car I bought. It worked out fair in the end. I would go back and buy here, but not sure if I would trade in. Kudos to the young lady at the reception desk, Tyler and the other sales lady who helped me in the beginning.

Bait and switch. They posted pictures online of a truck. The pictures of the truck were very nice. Made me drop what I was doing and drive the hundred miles one way to go get it. Spoke with a sales man on my way up there and confirmed that truck was there.. He told me the truck was there but there was one slight difference between the pictures online and the truck. They took the Black grill off and put a crome one on.. Ok I was fine with that. My wife and I get there, the truck was stripped, no running boards, No black headlights that were in the pictures. The pictures showed a tool box in the truck. None of that being missing was said until we got there. Then the subject of price came up, asked how much they would lower the price since they striped the truck. They said none, take it of leave it. We do this all the time post pictures of trucks then change them. Said they already had 4 people in line if I didn't buy the truck so they didn't care about price negotiations. We decided to buy the truck after paper work was done they said we would have to come back tomorrow to get the truck as they just took it in and hadn't gone thro service yet. Said I wasn't driving back to tampa again (200 mile round trip) so deal was off. They agreed to drive the truck a little more than have way to meet us. We Said Ok but at least make sure the truck had a full fuel tank. They agreed. They drove truck down the next day. Delivered the truck to my wife with less than quarter tank in it. Long story I got the truck I was looking for, but never would have driven that far to get it if I was told they striped it first.

On December 30th, 2014 I bought myself a Dodge Charger from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge the dealer manager seller (Tony) showed me the Carfax, which indicates that this vehicle had never been involved in an accident. While I was looking at the vehicle, I noticed the driver's door, the rear fender and the bumper had been repaired. I informed the sales supervisor about what I had discovered and he told me that it is impossible because the car had been bought from one of their branches. I also indicated to him that the trunk does not close properly. After several visits to the dealer, he always gives me a different excuse for not trying to solve my problem which came to my conclusion that I have been deceived and lied because I have evidence proof that the car had an impact on the driver's door in the rear panel and part of the trunk has weld marks.

I cant summarize the anger & disappointment with the service i was catered to with regard to my recent service of my vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment & got an appointment scheduled for 06 Aug 2018 10:40. I reach there at 10.30 awaiting to be addressed i sit in my vehicle. Thomas the service adviser greets me & we go through normal rituals & he tells it would take him 4 hours to get it complete. Also i did mention to him 2 important things 1) My right rear turn signal is gone & need replacement 2) My key fob doesn't work & i confirmed to him that it wasn't the battery as i did come in 4 days prior to check the battery strength & the person in parts told the battery was fine & nothing wrong with that. It could be a software update necessary for $125. I tell him to go ahead with it & sign off. Prior to me leaving him i ask for the complimentary shuttle service which i have used every time without any hassles. He says that he would let me know. The time now is 11. I keep going back to him every now & then checking the status of the shuttle. Guess what i am waiting till 2.45 but not because of Thomas extra efforts but because the normal shuttle guy Pastor recognizes me & asks me why i have been waiting this long. 4 hrs waiting for shuttle service. My day is ruined completely & also be advised during this entire 4 hrs not once has Thomas called me to tell me the status or current situation of my vehicle (There is a twist. Read till the very end). I reach my office at 330 & leave immediately as there is no point & i return at 415. I goto him but he doesn't even seem bothered & i was like that is weird. I am so exhausted by this i just take myself to the waiting are & wait. Wait goes on till 545 when my wife calls into check what is the status on my request as i had completely lost it by then. She asks Thomas who to her bewilderment states that he isn't taking care of my vehicle & indeed it is Jami. My wife calls to tell me this & i am like why didnt he tell me. I walk up to Jemi & she is like the vehicle has been ready all this & Thomas apparently told her i had left on the shuttle. She & Thomas had seen me at 4 also they had my mobile # why wouldn't they call. Jami was like she cant do anything about it now. I ask her if all my request have been attended too not including the normal service. She said yes & tell me the Key FOB is because of battery & it is replaced. but i was like there was nothing wrong with the battery 4 days back. They both were lying to each other i dnt know who. Up steps Richard i believe the service team lead or manager who promptly addresses the issue. & told me he would get back to me ( He has also ..appreciated). He takes me to the vehicle & lets me know he would provide a feedback. Understandable & we leave. Thinking my ordeal is over take few breathes & start the car to find the same message of my tail light. I turn back meet Richard & tell him & he has someone address it. I leave the day completely taken for a ride with nothing to show for & a bad monday to start with. So not only did i have to wait from morning till evening but nothing was even addressed. i dont even know if they look at your vehicle or just drive it out the way we give it. Who would know ???

I first and foremost would like to say that I only gave one star because giving zero stars isn't an option. The buying experience I had was great. But it all ended there once I had to use their service department. I dare any of you reading this to call the service department right now and see if you don't spend 2 minutes with the phone ringing because no one is ever in there! Every vehicle I've ever bought new and had to take into the dealership to keep service records for the warranty has been the same price every service. 4 services later, I have ranged from $310 all the way to $621 for two fuel filters and an oil change. Then, I have a warranty issue in which the water pump locks up and I can't steer the vehicle and have no brakes, I'm on the hook for $185 tow bill and then they wanna charge $465 for a simple service after I was told I'd have it back in a week and it took them 3 weeks!! Stay away from this place if you have a diesel. I've been to another dealership on the east coast that the price has been $343 Both times I got it serviced there. No BS and no games. The hell with the whole lot of them in Courtesys service department. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.

Dealing with discourtesy Chrysler has been an incredibly painful experience. We bought the manufacturer warranty because it seemed like a good idea. Now I'm not so sure. The vehicle needed servicing and we called many times to setup an appointment, with no call back. We finally reached out to the General manager and got an appointment setup. We needed tires and things covered under warranty repaired the manager said things would be handled. That was not the case , they took my money for my tires , of course, but nothing else was repaired that was under warranty . If we weren't paying for it they were not interested in helping us. We finally get there to pickup our vehicle for them to only service the tires. So we decided to ask about the things covered by warranty. That's when our service advisor Ricky Mussenden decided he was done dealing with us, And rudely said that they were closing . We wanted answers before we left and asked can we speak to a manager. Ricky replied rudely "there's no managers currently here because we're closing" we then said we are not leaving until we speak to a manager . He replied saying " that this conversation is esculating so it's over " another advisor chimed in to let us know there is a manager here currently. As soon as the manager came Ricky rudely walked away and said he gone for the day. The manager stepped in and tried to help but he didn't know anything due to wanting tome to get answers so we are still in limbo. However the manager said he would call the following day. However my question is why do I have to call for a manager to get decent customer service? Also why did they have my car for 6 hours just to fix my tires and not be able to inform me when they will ba able to finish all my repairs that are under warranty. I fully paid, so im not trying to get off with a discount. I just want my car fixed properly in a decent amount of time with good customer service. Ricky was very rude and nasty.

Had an amazing experience. I had been looking for a diesel for some time. I was willing to find one a year or two old to get what i wanted in my budget. After all the third party reviews online, and the help of Blake, The Eco diesel is an amazing truck. It has the torque to pull my boat effortlessly. When I am not towing the MPG is ridiculous! I am getting like 27 MPG traded in my 2019 F150 platinum with no hesitation (other than I had just put on the topper so I was out 1K on that piece) that truck i would get like 17-18 MPG normal driving. The dealership was super accommodating. They did not have what I was looking for and in less than 24 hours sent someone to go pick it up over 100 miles away. drove away the very next day.

No issues with customer service, but I do have a major issue with the cost to replace a battery. I was sent a quote with a total of around $258 to replace the battery. I agreed to this and when my wife went to pay it was $295.40. Shop supplies were quoted at $5.42 then when I get the final bill I now see an additional charge $19.55 for disposal. So the cost for the battery is $179.00 and when its all said and done the total bill is double than the cost of the actual battery. I understand how dealership services and pricing works as I happen to work for one. This one tends to come in higher that what other dealerships would charge to simply replace a battery.

I got my old Dodge Neon for Servicing and a couple of recall fixes. The representative recommended a lot of additional work on the car which I approved and got it done from them. I had a 10% off discount coupon which wasn't used by the representative as I was told he already applied it on the account without me asking for it. I can't see it on the receipt. Well that's secondary and I even forgot about that before other problems showed up.
I took the car back home and the next time it wouldn't start. They had changed the positive connection on my battery (as recommended by representative). As per my experience and their analysis, my battery is in good shape and should not discharge on its own. When I called them, I was asked to tow my car in and they will fix it and reimburse tow expense if it was because of something they did. A car right out of servicing stops working and this is the response I receive after spending a good amount at the service center. It was heart breaking and very disappointing. Some assistance to get the car over to service center would have been very helpful. I instead approached a local mechanic and he helped me jump start the car. He said they had drained the complete battery while testing and changing the positive conn cable. Very lethargic work and bad customer service from Dodge Service Center.

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! This dealership is unbelievable when it comes to customer service. I went into them today around 10am get my oil changed and was told that there was a 2 to 3 hour wait. And when I asked Adam a service writer if it would be better if I made an appointment he said no not really. An appointment only means that they write your vehicle on time but you still are behind anyone that was a walk in. Then when I was waiting to move my vehicle to park to speak with the head manager of service department Shay, my friend and I watched a van being loaded onto a tow truck and the tow truck driver rammed the van into the front of the trailer hard enough for my friend and I to hear it over the radio. I was then asked to move my car up by Brian another service writer and when I told him what we had saw the tow truck driver do he said "that's between the tow company and the customer"! I was like Wow this is how you treat your customers! I finally got to speak to Shay about my issues I was having with his department and mind you we have had this same problem with them before. When we spoke to him prior to today he asked us to give him another chance well today was their next chance and the blew it. I told him I will pay for my oil changes from now on. I gave him back his free oil change he gave us last time. I also told him what my problem was this time and was given the same excuse he did last time. And also told me that he just had a meeting this morning about appointments and well obviously his service writers didn't listen as usual. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and that's saying a lot considering I'm originally from California!

The service counter staff said that I had to wait behind all walk-ins, despite having an appointment & confirming in advance that appointments trump walk-ins. They blamed their call center for making the appointment; however, it is their fault they did not honor what was already in place.
If you don't like your own system, change it, don't inconvenience & blame the customer. This is the 2nd bad service experience I have had out of 2 visits to this dealership. Saying sorry doesn't fix things, fix the problem so it doesn't continue to occur.

There were some factory paint issues discovered that in many cases I would think would turn into a nightmare for a customer normally. Many thanks to Robert, Trent, Keith, Thomas and Brandon (finance) who all were involved in the situation and who ultimately help me find a satisfactory resolution. Five star service is a rarity these days but these guys get the high marks for making it a great customer experience through a frustrating one nonetheless. The integrity of everyone involved was impeccable and for these reasons they get this 5- star rating thank you! Not everything in life or business goes right but how you handle it when something goes wrong tells a lot about the company and for this reason as well the management team gets a five star rating. I've seen plenty of companies do the wrong thing when something goes wrong and I am super grateful that this was not one of those experiences!

My wife and I went to dealership just to look at making a possible purchase of a certified SUV. We were greeted by Albert Myrick, who turned out to be a non pushy cool sales expert. Very attentive, friendly and body language showed that he was interested in our conversation and search for a new family vehicle. My two boys are a handful and Albert was as cool as ice, didn't faze him a bit. Made what turned out to be a purchase that day worth the time and of course the money I spent.

So I want to start by saying that excellent sales team, however their service department has lost me for any future car purchases.
They require you to make appointments, so you make an appointment then expect you to have nothing better to do than wait for 4/< hours. I have never been out of there sooner than 5 hours whether for an oil change or an easy recall.
When you complain about the wait the manager informed us oh that appointment we make you book is with an advisor who then puts you in a queue, it s like a doctors office. Well I hate to tell you if I had to wait 6 hours at the doctors office I would no longer be at that practice and I m usually called back for triage or advisor before my appointment because my appointment is with the doctor not the effing advisor. Also they never specifically say oh this an appointment to join a waiting queue that day otherwise no one would ever go there.
I stopped going there for regular maintenance despite the fact that with every other car I have ever had I always went to dealerships for maintenance and while there was usually it was never the entire day or they would give me a loaner.
So if my appointment is with the advisor and my car is going to have to be there the rest of the day you better either be paying my salary or giving me a loaner until my car is ready for personal use!
Courtesy was obviously the wrong name to go with since you have no value of your customers time.
Not only is it the time I spend I there but also the lack of respect from the staff they are rude and patronizing from start to finish if recalls didn t have to be done through the dealership I would never come back.

Great customer service! They went out of there way to make any accommodations necessary to fulfill my needs. My service representative Jami Carty was fantastic! She was extremely polite and kept me informed throughout the duration of my service. I was also able to speak with sales consultant Wade Russell while i was waiting for my vehicle reference the potential for a new purchase. Wade was extremely helpful and allowed me to view several options. Sales manager Brian took the time to put some numbers together for my review with several attractive deals.

I went in to have a couple of warranty items fixed. One was for the side passenger door and the other was for a turn signal switch/relay. I had brought this up to the service department a month ago when I had my van in for service. They had to order the part. When I took it in this week, they had the door part, but not the turn signal part. It's on back order. While not necessarily the dealer or service departments problem, I think there is something wrong with the Chrysler parts system wher parts are not available in a reasonable amount of time. I have had a Chrysler mini-van for 32 of the past 34 years they have been in production. This is not a good sign when parts take too long to get in.
An update is that the passenger side door was not fixed after all. All the dealership did was to perform those things I had to pay for. None of the warranty work!

Went in to purchase a vehicle and we had some hiccups to begin with. Brandon Leiss worked really hard to make it happen, even let us take the car off the lot for a while to make sure we enjoyed it. Which my wife did, a lot. Brandon did awesome and I would recommend everyone who comes in this building to ask for his help. He helped way more than any sales men.

Ginny was very helpful during my routine maintenance and located my service plan without a problem. She kept me posted on its status and got it back to me in record time!!! This is the 2nd time that Ginny helped me with my maintenance and a friendlier more serviceable rep you will not find. I was so happy that she was still there and totally understand why!!!
