My AC went out on my Jeep Liberty and I took it in to the dealership for inspection/repairs. I was greeted by Rick M who is the primary reason I am submitting this post. Maintenance expenses are never fun to pay, however, Rick made it easier to accept. He was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to address each one. He explained that it would take a few days to repair since they had to take the entire dashboard out to replace the evaporator (among other minor repairs). He then arranged for a complimentary ride home and the next day arranged a "loaner vehicle" for the weekend. He kept me posted on progress and called as soon as the car was ready late Monday. After picking up my truck I noticed the Bluetooth was not working correctly and a few dirty smudges on my interior lining. Without hesitation, Rick once again welcomed me in and got the issues resolved. Bottom line, Rick is as honest, forthright, personable and professional as I've ever experienced at a dealership and I wanted to make sure he, his boss, his peers and his customers know how much I appreciate having him manage my services. I feel I am in good hands and you earned my future business. Thanks, Rick!
