I am giving the 5 star rating because of the great customer service.

I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in May and on the 4th of July the ABS wheel sensor light went on and the jeep needed to be towed. I had it towed to CCJDR on Adamo Drive and Jami was assigned to my case. She called me immediately and asked me what type of services was needed.

Jamie was courteous, patient and took the time to explain the process. After the inspection, Jami called me immediately to tell me the diagnostic cost and what needed to be fixed. Also, Jami emailed/text me the recommendations and plus she answered all my questions. The recommendation was to replace the left rear ABS wheel sensor.

Because the dealership cost was outrageous ($495.00), I had the Jeep towed to a friend and he replace the $22.00 part in 10 mins.

Recently bought a new-used Grand Cherokee here. Salesman Paul is a great, young, ambitious guy who will do anything he can for you to walk out with a new vehicle. Highly recommended! Thanks again Paul! The rest of the team is great and fluent. I didn't spend all day here playing the usual games and hoops you have to go through when buying a car. I had work later in the evening and they worked with me and put me ahead to get me out after a deal was made. If I need another vehicle, and they have it, I'm definitely coming back.

I went in for service and also to look at my options as my lease was coming to an end. Just like the last time, Ralphy, my sales rep was awesome. There was no haggling. He asked me what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he got me the deal. It was a great experience, again. Great dealership to do business with.

This is by far the worst car buying experience I ve ever had. This dealership had allowed me to purchase a vehicle from them sign all paperwork transfer tag and title as well as the insurance. But upon my departure I was on a waiting list for a part the was estimated to come in on the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday the dealer called me to tell me that the part was in, as I took the car to services and handed them the key expecting to get the work done on my car the finance manager approached me asking to talk. Then and only then they told me that they made a mistake and my financing was not approved through the third party so that if I didn t have a bank who was willing to finance me that I could not leave with my current car. The dealer then gave me my old car back from my trade in and sent me on my way. I asked if they would be willing to at least give me gas for my commute which I was told that the car has the amount of gas in it as to when I drop it off originally.

Very, very disappointing, I left without the service and will not be back. Wouldn't common "courtesy" be to let me know how long the wait would be when I come in?

We bought a Jeep Wrangler from Carl Johnson about 4 years ago, now that we were looking to trade we came to this dealer specifically to do business with Carl again. Just as before, he was able to give us the deal on a Compass we were looking in for in a very friendly, no pressure environment. We look forward to doing business with him again. Also, Brandon Leiss in finance was great. Very personable and likeable, and great at his job. Brandon made the process painless and we got a deal we can really feel good about. Today was a joke. 30 minutes before an advisor came out and over 2 hours for an oil change with no updates besides they are putting the oil filter back in. 50 minuted later i get to leave. Take your business elsewhere as thisbwas strike three for me.

after 4 different attemps my vehicle still has an oil leak.Don"t these guys check their own work before they call the customer and tell them that all is repaired.I have absolutely have no confidence in the service dept.top it off that the last visit they even lost my only key for the truck,after having my vehicle for six days they returned the vehicle with the same leak same condition..I really feel as nothing was done at all.....NEW 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 1900 miles .the truck has been in the service dept 4 time and I still have the same two drop leak coming from the bell housing.Quite FRUSTRATING.........

I took my Town and Country in for AC issues and Oil Change. Good experience overall. Attentive at following up and keeping me updated. One note, and I validated that is wasn't on the checklist - it would be a good idea to put a battery check on the 15-point check up list... mine died (with reason, over 4 years old and had crud all over the terminals) they next day. But I would go back, Savannah and tech working on the van did a really good job.

Typical dealer. The reason why I hope the Tesla model of selling cars take on. After emailing them my terms they kept on with come in. I did.

I was interested in a White Dodge Charger 2015 base model. The true car value price which they didn't honor was $24,800 from their dealership. I don't know what my APR was cause they don't tell you that but they wanted to charge me $36,280 with everything said and done.

Yes I was trading in a car which they valued without looking at a 2013 Honda Accord with 9,600 miles they offered $16,500 I think. I owe $21k on the car. I wasn't going to play their game my offer total was $31,240 which even with int. is more then fair.

Now be careful they use every trick in the book. One was questioning if I enjoy life since I wouldn't budge on my budget. Honestly so if I don't have your car life would suck? Also with their final offer they come back saying we got a deal for $2 more dollars a day. Over the life of the loan that $2 per day $5,040.

Now with the number that I wanted to pay they said they would lose $2,000. So since your going to "lose" $2,000 you want to charge me $3,040 more? Fact is they play the how much can you afford game. Not once did we go over price of car or trade in value. So if you go to this crooked dealership DO YOUR HOME WORK. They will try to do what ever it takes to get you to pay more.

They will not tell you your APR, amount of car amount of trade in. Heck they didn't even give me my credit score "they told me what it was". My offer was maybe a little off but it wasn't $5,000 off. Since they could not take advantage of me emotionally to buy the car they did not want to deal with me.

There initial offer was $39680 and there final was only 3k off on a car that was $24,800. I advise to stay away this isn't the first time I've dealt with the dealership different sales person same non-sense!!

Just bought a car from Tyler @ Courtesy this past weekend. Talking with him was like hanging out with a friend, very easy no pressure. He got us the trade in value on our super old truck and low price on the 2015 truck we wanted. Shaw in Finance also hooked us up with much lower interest rate than our Bank had preapproved us for! Highly recommend both of these guys and this particular dealership! We drove over from Orlando to Tampa, and got lucky Tyler was who I talked to initially so when we walked in the front door, he had already pulled the truck around to the front door and we just walked right up to check it out without confusion.

Great experience! Gabby was super helpful and very responsive! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience purchasing a Grand Cherokee with her. She made it easy for someone with a crazy work schedule to discuss our vehicle needs. Would highly recommend working with her! Also, she worked with the finance team to have all the paperwork prepped and ready to go when we arrived. The finance team was very professional and get us in and out as quickly as they could!

I wish that I can give this dealership a lower rating than a 1 because Ive had the worst customer experience ever at this car dealership. My girlfriend and I were greeted by a older african american lady that wasn't even in a uniform or business attire, I contemplated if she even worked there but she had a few keys to get into the other cars so I guess she did. I asked her if I could test drive a dodge charger r/t because I was looking to buy in the coming weeks and once I told her that she became very rude as if I was wasting her time bc I wasn't buying that day. Every other word out of her mouth was a swear word and she even insulted my looks at one point. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the next dodge dealership, you'll be much happier you did.

I just had the pleasure, and yes I mean pleasure, of purchasing my very first car ever. I was treated with more respect than I ever would have imagined from a dealership. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot and worked with Rey and Russel on the deal. They were both extremely helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the process. I bought a brand new dodge journey in 2015 with an extended warranty and several free oil changes. Since then i have been bringing it to dodge to get any work done. Let me tell you, I am relieved my warranty and free oil changes are up beacuse i have never ONCE in 3 years had a customer service representitive call to update me. I have to call them. For instance i made an appointment for a check engine light and oil change today at 11:20am. I still had heard no news by 5:00pm. When i called the representitve told me they had done the oil change but no one had looked at my engine light yet. Then he proceeded to ask if i could leave it overnight. I said yes but i would need it back the dollowing afternoon. I was then informed that a service technician might not be availavle for a check engine light tomorrow and i would have to get my car on Monday. Are you kidding me!!?? This is not the first time this has happened in fact everytime this seems to happen i even requested when dropping it off to please keep me updated because in the past i do not reciece any communication for at a minimum of 5 hours. I would highly reccomend going ANYWHERE ELSE besides here.I will NEVER purchase a car here or recieve work done. Completely unprofessional and LACK of communication and consideration is blantely evident.

This is my favorite Dodge dealership out of the three we've worked with so far. The service team is great! I absolutely LOVE how you don't have to make appts on Saturday to get your oil changed. You can just drive up and it's guaranteed that someone happy and friendly will walk up immediately and start getting you squared away. I once went to the one in Wesley Chapel thinking they ran the same way - they do not. You have to make an appt AND it was a ghost town and when someone finally came over, they didn't have that same fun jazzy experience that you get at Courtesy. Well done, Courtesy!

Mike Kelly was an awesome guy and he bust his butt to get me deal that I I said I had to have or I was walking away, and he delivered!!. He wasn't too knowledgeable on ALL the scat pack challenger features, but I understand that he has to sell over 15 make and model in the chrysler, jeep, dodge lineup. The dealer also took care of swapping my tires from my old challenger to the new one.

This is my second time purchasing my car from courtesy. I was pretty disappointed the first time, but I'll put that on the sales rep that used to work there instead of the dealership as a whole. This time was excellent, so good that I'm trying to convince my girlfriend to get us a jeep from there!! They have all the latest and fully loaded models than any dealership in the area, and if they don't have it, then they will get it in a matter of days! I love this dealership and will continue to recommend them and do business with them in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, the most snakey place for sales and service, first they trick me into buying an extended warranty and then my roof leaks on my Jeep renegade which I hear they all do, they won t fix it even though I have bumper to bumper coverage. The worst part about is they had my car for 8 hours and didn t even change the oil. All they are worried about is doing they recall work that makes all the money for their service area. They are a joke. Call your bank and get a loan and stop playing dealers games. No one really takes care of you as they all claim just ask Robert Crawford and Albert who are pro con artists.

There is ALWAYS an issue when going here and they do not follow online service schedules. Appointments are not by times but first come first serve. This is the worst service center at a dealership I have ever been to. Last time it took 3 times for a standard service to be completed. Second day this time for service and recall go to winter haven it s worth the drive.

Buying the Jeep was uneventful, which was great. However, the lack of follow-up on the part of their financing manager Doug, the lack of taking phone calls, or returning voice mails has left me with my head spinning. I'm into the 3rd week, post sale...and I've had to initiate, and press someone in another department to find out why they haven't processed any paperwork yet...only to find out that evidentially, there is missing paperwork now. And yet no one has initiated contact me or is returning calls. There is no other way to state this...Customer Service, Fail. Without question, my sale has some uniquness to it. But it certainly wasn't something out of the norm for you as a dealer. But the lack of any response, and more importantly the lack of the finance manager to initiate a call, and allowing this process to linger is uncalled for. Period.

I would only suggest that they check their detailing job of the vehicle itself when they are getting ready to hand it over.; I'm probably just a little picky but there were some spots left behind from the wash and the door trim should have been cleaned.

They were honest, I never felt pressured, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Sales manager Shaw was also very informative and very engaging. Will definitely refer others to them. I just had the best car buying experience of my life. We started by searching on the internet and sent a few questions to different dealers about their trucks. David Montes was the first one to reply, like 10 min of our email. He worked with us on the price, trade in, and estimated our payments (ballpark). We applied for financing on line and the very next day we walked in and he had our paperwork filled out and waiting. He went above my expectations, making the whole process easy. I would highly recommend him as a salesmen. David - when it's time for me to get a new car, I'll be calling you!

The service deptarmant was aweful! Went in with a problem with my brakes on my 2018 charger. The pedal was spongy and sank to the floor when attempted to stop. Obviously the car did not stop in a timely manner. The contact person was nice enough but clearly did not have a background in auto mechanics. First they had a (possibly lowest level employee) drive my car and said it drove fine. When the contact person called me to advise my car was fine I asked what diagnostic test were performed. They informed me that the car runner test drove it. After I explained it was with the braking not the driving and asked that an actual diagnostic test be performed the contact person said he would give it to his shop forman . The shop forman then test drove it and said it seemed fine. I again asked that a proper diagnostic pressure test be performed on the brakes. I was then called and informed that the forman drove the car once again and said it was fine. The contact person said there was no such thing as a pressure test for brakes and that test driving was the only diagnostic test they would perform. After a quick google search I found a large array of pressure gauges that would attach to the brakes and measure the output. They were found on every site from auto parts stores to amazon. I have been driving my car for 8 months and suddenly noticed a drastic drop off of braking performance which lead me to feel unsafe in it. The service department had my car for a week, drove it 3 times around their parking lot and said it was fine. I wouldn t take a car for free from these people. The laziness and lack of work ethic in the service dept no doubt translates to every other aspec of that dealership. I advised you to steer clear and go elsewhere.

When I arrived to drop my vehicle off, I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone attempted to help me. I instructed the gentleman to include my spare in the tire rotation, outlined the concerns I had, and requested a loaner. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting area so they could prepare paperwork for my loaner. Meanwhile, the cashier was preoccupied speaking with a service technician instead of processing my paperwork. After 35 minutes, they finally got me processed. The following day, I get a phone call the next day stating that they couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle, road tested with no issues. I asked if the spare had been included in the service and it wasn't. They had to put it back in the shop. I got another call stating everything was finished. I picked it up and it clattered on my way home. I will have to take it back for a second visit again....Very disappointed.

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. When you get in line for an oil change, they never acknowledge that you're even there. When they do decide to come out, they don't care to ask who pulled in first. They usually go to the customer who comes inside and complains first. If you ask for a manager, they'll all act like you're speaking a different language and say they're too busy. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPT it's just horrible. I wish there was a closer dodge dealership but there isn't and sadly this happens every time I come to this place. My first review ever of any company they're so bad.

I bought a 2017 Charger last Thursday. I was very impressed the way i wasn't ambushed by a salesman as soon as I stepped out of my car to look around. I don't like being pressured. We had 2 salesmen David and I am sorry but i lost his card and can't remember his name but he is the one that wears the Dolphin socks.. Both were very good to work with and they knew everything about the car so as to explain it. I am so sorry about forgetting his name but the socks will tell you who he is..
