I am extremely disappointed with your company. My vehicle has been in your shop going on four days. No one has worked on it. By the way it was an appointment. This is the third time my vehicle has been in your shop. I bought it in June.I need some sort of resolution. No one in this company can provide me a time frame when my vehicle will be ready or even worked on it. Why waste my time and dropping my vehicle off if it's not going to be worked on? Why not actually make an appointment that will be worked. yes, I received a rental and I am appreciative of that. As I have expressed before I work downtown I pay monthly parking for my vehicle that you have in your shop. I now have to pay double parking. I have to pay a monthly parking fee five dollars per day. I didn't mind one day, like I was told. That's what it was going take to get my vehicle worked. That's what I was advised on Tuesday afternoon when I dropped off my vehicle. It is now Thursday no one has touched my vehicle. Tomorrow will be Friday I really hope my vehicle be done. I need someone to contact me back. When will my car be ready? Who is going to keep paying for this parking? I need some sort of resolution. I can understand if you guys are busy but please be truthful and let me(your customer)know when you can actually work on my car. I would have rather kept my car until you guys had someone that could work on it and all of this could have been avoided.
By the way the last time my vehicle was in your shop, your fix to my bumper was to zip tie it. When I purchased the vehicle, I advised you guys that my bumper was loose.
That is not acceptable. What if the zip tie breaks and my bumper falls off while I'm driving on the interstate at 70 miles per hour will you pay for that? Please contact me. My posts are usually positive but after you call and leave messages and no one calls back you have to look for another way.
