Hotel with good facilities quite large and good service

The food was delicious and the interior of restaurant was very attractive.

The hotel has quite amateur staff at the front desk. Food is good though. Rooms are quite bad in terms of maintenance.

Overall good..but quality is low as compared to other places

Barbeque nation is the best for service and quality of the food.

Excellent breakfast and clean room
Good budget price online. Situated in the mall.

Visited for a brief while in April 2017 with friends. Spent about 15-20 mins in the lobby and the coffee shop. The ambience is nice and elegant while the crowd was good as per Varanasi standards. The lobby, restaurants and washrooms were absolutely clean and well maintained. It's a good option for eating out as well as stay when one is in Varanasi. Located next to JHV Mall in the Cantt. Area, it has ample open space for parking and drive through in front. Recommended.

Really good hotel have ample amount of space and rooms are also cozy and spacious. The staffs are well behaved and respectful. Food was excellent too. I am very impressed. The Hotel have two different restaurants and 2 bars too (one beside the swimming pool). Spa and gym is also available.

I stayed for a couple of nights in Feb 2020. The room was clean and spacious. Their gym equipment is a little old but you can look out to their beautiful outdoor pool area while on the treadmill. Their breakfast selection is ample with a rotating menu of great quality and taste.

Great services, caring staff and flagship hotel of Varanasi after TAJ

Superb hotel food etc actually everything is good property is superb.

Worm welcome, good facilities, nice room, lovely food but maintenance & service needs to be improved.

Location is excellent. But not the facility. Hospitality is also to be improved. They wont care about guest arriving reception area or restaurant. Not worth the price and they quote themselves as 5 star. I rate it as 3 star hotel.

We were at Tadka Restaurant at Ramada Plaza for a Lunch.Their Vintage Vibes and Veteran Ambience welcomed us.They are one of the few places which is serving you the best lunching experience here at Varanasi.
Food~
We started with the Chowk Ki Thandai which had the basic Traditional taste of Banarasi Thandai.
In our Starters we had~
Paneer Chakori Kabab,
Dahi Kasole,
Mutton Gallori Kebab and
Tomato Dhaniya Soup.
Moving to that extremely Amazing Meal we had.We tried their Two Signature Dishes that was~
1.Junglee Bamboo Biryani:This one was prepared after putting the Rice and other ingredients for atleast two hours in the Charocoal.
And
2.Murg Matka: This one was the basic chicken prepared in a very unique way in an earthen pot.
Instead of these dishes,We had~
Dal Manbhavan Tadka,
Paneer Takatin,
Mutton Nalli Nihari and
Satte pe Satta(Bread Basket).
We ended up with the very Lip-smacking Dessert that was "Malpua with Rabadi Roll".

Tadka Restaurant has all the antique and beautiful ambience and interiors as you expect in an Vintage Hotel.I loved the Chandeliors there too much.They also had a Pool area there,So make sure to spend some time at their Pool Area too.
Overall,It was truly an amazing Experience to be there at Tadka!!

Been there for a conference... Not a usual Ramada kind of hotel.. a bit congested I feel.. food was very very average...not sure was it for conference only or generally too.. well maintained.. haven't seen any room standards but..

ITS A VERY GOOD HOTEL, NICELY LOCATED. I STAYED THERE FOR TWO NIGHTS FROM 28TH JUNE 2015. I BOOKED THREE CLUB ROOMS . THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY ALLOWED EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL OUR COMFORT. ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND HAVING ALL MODERN OUTFITS AND TOILETERIES. BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS AMAZING HUNDREDS OF VARIETIES.
CLUB LOUNGE PERHAPS WAS UNDER REPAIR BUT THEY PROVIDED LOT OF SNACKS , MOCKTAIL , COLD DRINK AND TEA/COFFEE AS PER REQUIREMENT IN THE LOBBY FREE OF CHARGE( FOR CLUB ROOMS). ONLY ONE MORNING THE HOT WATER IS MISSING MAY BE DUE TO SOME LOCAL BREAKDOWN BECAUSE OF RAINS, BUT BUCKET OF HOT WATER WAS QUICK .
THERE IS GOOD JHV MALL IN IT WHICH HAS ALSO NUMBER OF FOOD OUTLETS AND MUTIPLEX
THUS IT WAS VERY PLEASANT STAY AND WE WILL LOVE IT TO THERE AGAIN WHNEVER OPPORTUNITY COMES AND MORE OVER IT REASONABLY PRICED
I DO RECOMMEND IT TO THE PEOPLE VISITING VARANASI

The price is fair the hotel employees are very good, the food for breakfast is good,it doesn't have the ambiance of 5 stars hotel.

Yes i went to this area but I didn't see this place

Very comfortable place to stay.
One star less for the higher staff's attitude ( manager level at the reception and in the restaurant) they really need to work on their communication skills with the guests they are very rude at times.
Lower level staff is very humble and sweet.

The big problem with this hotel is that I need a lot of renovation because otherwise the category and price would have to be waived.

Great location. It is a part of the mall so if u have kids, they will love it. The staff is courteous. Breakfast spread is really good and they take care of everyone's needs. Mr Sawan served me delicious hot and crisp paper dosas every day! The pool area is also very nice with sauna and gym. Great property!!
