I never leave reviews, but this place is so awful that I must warn others. This continues to be the worst dealership experience EVER. I have left 2 voicemails and sent several emails for a call back from our finance manager, to get a very simple figure from our finance paperwork. This buying experience has made the choice for me that I can never buy from the Chrysler family again. Thanks Courtesy Jeep Dodge Ram for making future decisions on where NOT to go very easy for me. From the start of this transaction it has been an absolute nightmare, from the sales management to finance all the way to the service department. Avoid this place at all costs. Ferman isn't that far from here if you truly want a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram brand vehicle.
