My experience started out horrible. I had to have my car towed in and come to find out there were several problems. This is obviously a busy dealership as there are not many Dodge dealers around. It was difficult to get ahold of my advisor and my car was there over 24 hours before they could even get to it. Once they got to it and got it diagnosed Jami stayed in contact and let me know what was happening. Thankful that my Max Life warranty covered all repairs. I highly recommend that warranty when purchasing. All in all it was a decent experience.
