I went to Chrysler on 12/1/16 because I had a dead battery two days in a row. Chris Cantu was the servisor advisor I explained the problem with no appointment he taken the car in. I also asked if they had time to do a recall For trans axle wire harness and a oil change. He said no problem he can have it done. He was a great employee friendly and very caring about fixing the problem. He arranged round trip transportation for me and called my bact by 2:30 saying my vehicle had been completed. Couldn' ask for better service or a better experience at any other dealership. Great job.*****
My appointment wasn't showing up in the system, even though i had an email confirmation, so one of the other advisers handled my service. it was fast. He honored a service discount that was sent to my email. It was probably the easiest transaction I've ever had at the dealership. He took time to explain questions i had about my car services. I didn't feel rushed or like the system scheduling error meant i wouldn't be prioritized.
Heather was phenomenal. She was very friendly and always looked for solutions. She was super helpful in finding my cars warranty, and got 90% of it covered, had she not gone above her normal work I would have ended up paying for all. Thanks Heather !!
This is the worst dealership to purchase a car.I have left several messages for the general manager and finance manager who never call back such poor business etiquette. The dealership will over charge you fees which I'm finding out from my finance company that's been sending me letters every week. Once you pull off with the car they can care less about you as a customer....
Edit: the service of the dealership has greatly improved. The communication with the vehicle has actually become really great between texts, email, and phone. The shuttle service they offer to pick up your vehicle is beneficial as well. You can still expect long wait times for routines services.
Original post: I have used this dealership for routine service as well as trying to complete fundamental recall repairs to my Grand Cherokee. This is a terrible dealership. Even scheduling a head of time I have waited 2+ hours to get my oil changed. When you have a major service scheduled they won t give you a loaner vehicle unless your car is almost new (super low miles). Recently I tried to schedule a major recall repair that could have lead to a catastrophic failure. They wouldn t even attempt to schedule me sooner than 10 days later. Long story short: terrible service, long waits, high prices. Go to the Tampa dealership instead.
Dan was amazing! He got us exactly what we were looking for. He was very patient with our specific requests and wasn t too pushy like an annoying salesperson! We are definitely returning here for another car in the future! I highly recommend this place. ASK FOR DAN!

David Montes and Mitch Turlington in the sales department were great. I wasn t particularly in the market for a new wrangler, however after doing some research I decided to trade in my 2011 JKU. They made the experience a breeze. David Montes communicated with me anytime that fit my schedule. He would take calls from me even late in the evening after the dealership had closed, I wasn t expecting it. We got through it to the exact right deal. I highly recommend them. If you re in the market for a new rig I d go see one of them! Also the I think his name was Bryan in the finance department was great! My only disappointment is that one of my instrument clusters is jammed however, their service department stepped up and ordered the part to get it fixed!

I have to say that Patrick Dawson made my experience absolutely worthwhile! He will keep you laughing throughout the car buying process. Its never a dull moment here. Patrick is a no pressure salesman who actually listens to you & do push you to get in over your head. They even have other workers who will keep a smile on your face with there funny behavior. My kids love the experience and they were even included in the experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. Started out helpful and friendly. I was not happy that they would not adjust price according to Blue book and should have stopped. Was extremely unhappy with the payment set up and the fact that I still have no information on how to know what is covered under the wrap around warranty that I purchased through the financial person. I even had to go up to the dealership (waited over 30 min to talk to Katie) , because my car broke down ( I had only had it for 30 days), she was very impersonally dismissive and made me feel as though my business was not worth her time. I still have no information on the vehicle purchase or in regards to my warranty. I would not recommend this dealership to a friend.
DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my vehicle in because my brake pedal stopped working properly and my vehicle would not stop almost causing a horrible accident. I've brought it in for the same issue two different times. The same problem happened again now the service department says the master cylinder is bad and needs to be replaced at a cost to me. The last time the vehicle was there the service adviser said "all around your brakes are fine" but then they fail at 70 miles an hour. I would think they would fix the vehicle at no charge since they missed the proper diagnosis to begin with. Horrible situation and scary when you have kids in the car..
Awesome experience. I had the finance manager at Lakeland Toyota tell me he would not make a deal with me. The next day I was contacted by Tyler. Tyler and the team did everything they could to get me into a Jeep Renegade that day. The whole process was fair and fast. They were nothing but honest and straightforward. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

When I went to the dealership to finish the transaction and pick up the vehicle, David was equally as great in person. In fact, the entire staff from Finance to the Manager, were simply great. Even the service department (there was a scratch on the taillight lens that David noticed on his own. He quickly had the service team replace the lens while I was there to ensure my Journey was perfect - all in about 10 minutes!)

Total rip off! Telling the customer one price only to have it triple when it was done ! Great rip off tactics ! Your service reps are probably on commission. Some people might be foolish and fall for it but not me !! NEVER again! and i will spread the word about how horrible your service department is !!!!

The wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler there and we were told that we have 4 free oil changes. We scheduled the oil change and my wife takes the jeep there today and they charge her 40 something dollars. What happened to the free oil change? I recommend that you take your business elsewhere! By the way Robert Caitlin who is a finance manager there is a total Jerk!

Ed at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep always makes sure my husband and I leave the dealership happy. Even if we are there for an oil change, and frustrated with the service department, he makes a point to talk with us, see what's going on, and make it right when necessary. Ed Ott knows what customer service is, and does a great job!
I had an appointment for a routine oil and filter change at 8:40AM. At about 11:00AM, my service advisor informed me that my truck was on the rack. About 30 minutes later, it was done. Virginia gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Fast forward to 5:00 this afternoon, and I see a puddle of oil under my truck when I went outside. The "mechanic" failed to tighten the drain plug in my oil pan. I tightened it myself and checked the oil level, but I seriously doubt I will return after this experience.
Service and detail departments are very slow. Been waiting 6 hours when i was told 2 hours tops. When they finally finished, it sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before i said something. They said it's still being worked on. Than i pointed to it through the window and told them it's been sitting there for the last 30 minutes, tell me another lie. You should have seen the stupid look on everybody's face when i busted them in their b/s games
GREAT customer service in the service department! Thomas and the manager on duty were amazing! I came in on an emergency warranty issue 1 hour before they closed with no appointment amd they were able to pinpoint the problem, get the warranty approved and they did an oil change and rotated my tires all in less than an hour so I wouldn't have to rent a car. I will definitely be getting all of my services done here from now on.
I would like to thank Ralf Bramwell for a nice experience. I had previously purchased a vehicle from him several years ago. It is what led me to go back to purchase another vehicle. Wosrt service ever when it comes to the Service Department. It is literally pointless to make an appointment as you are given no priority, I took my vehicle in on an appointment and it sat in the lot for over 4 hours before even being touched and this was just for a oil change and to see about balancing my front tire. Not to include when I dropped my vehicle off, they completely put the wrong info down, they had put a whole different persons name, address, phone number, everything. Every time I called for a update on my vehicle I got told I would receive a call back and never received one until I kept calling and calling and then that's when I get a answer saying that it hasn't been touched ye so I told them not to even worry about servicing it since it's been over 4 hours and it has yet to be touched. Instead of getting it serviced I decided to just go elsewhere.
I want to personally extend my gratitude to Kimo Nagatori, our dealer at the dealership. He was extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile when it came to agreeing on the perfect deal. Furthermore, he sat down with my wife and went over detail by detail ALL the features of our new Jeep Renegade best experience ever, I can't wait for my lease to end so I can join my wife in the Jeep family!!! I will definitely go to Courtesy Chrysler, and I will look for Kimo again to handle my car.
Had a great experience with the salesman Lance, highly recommend him, he did everything in his power even after I explained my situation to him. After an hour or so we were doing paperwork, we were still far off from the payment I wanted to be at, I was then brought a credit application and I explicitly asked multiple times if they were going to pull my credit and if they were, to only pull it once. I was reassured numerous times that my credit was only going to be pulled once. We were unable to come to a deal and at which point I asked again if my credit was only pulled once, where again I was told it was only pulled once and to not worry about it. Come to find out it was pulled 6 times without my authorization, just like the last time I was in here. The salesman are great here and have never had a problem with them but am highly disappointed again.
Very slow service. Service department seems short of help. Problem taken care of, but with an appointment I should not have waited so long. Even checking in was lengthy.

I called this morning since I was driving from Ocala to verify 1) what time they closed in the service Dept. 2) if I needed an appointment. Well the sales guy I spoke to on the phone told me that the service Dept closes today at 6:00pm and I didn't need an appointment. Great! I bought my jeep from courtesy originally and since the Chrysler jeep dodge in Ocala was booked I made the trip just for an oil change (90min drive). Well I pull up in the service dept at 4:57 and a gentleman came out and said "I'm sorry but we close at 5:00pm. So at that point I was very upset because I called to verify closing time, and drove 90 miles. I called the main line and spoke to the manager. Without hesitation he came right over and spoke to the service dept and got my oil changed. Not only was service willing to do it but they did it in about 10 mins. I had my doubts earlier today but I've learned you can't blame the one sales man for the entire car lot and service. Thanks for making it right!!!!
Everything was excellent! I ve purchased 3 vehicles from Mr. Carl Johnson now. He knows how to make me feel welcome and not scammed. He knows me every time, has never forgotten my birthday , and is knowledge about all of the new vehicles. He is the man to buy from. Thank You Carl Johnson. The financial management was awesome as well. Not pushy and waste my time. I bought more this time because he did not push me. The place is always clean and feels comfortable.
After being turned down several times at other dealerships, I was not going to get my hopes up here either. I was in a Kia Sportage which I was not happy with but wanted something more grownup and match my fly. Well decided to try AGAIN, talked to someone over the phone first, then sucked up the fear and uncertainty and went to the Dealership. Talked to Brandon, immediately my heart said it s going to happen , but still remained calm. Originally Brandon and I discussed a 2018 Chrysler 300. Test drove it, immediately fell in love. Started the paperwork, unfortunately that deal didn t happen. So I had to pick out something else, which I did and liked however the Chrysler 300 stole my heart. Needless to say, the banks closed, didn t get a car that night but I was picking up the second choice of mine the next day....so I thought. While at work, I received a call from Ruben Santiago, we discussed how things worked out the night before and he told me to give him shot to work some numbers before I made my final decision. I did, he called be back and told me I was able to get my Chrysler 300, not only did I get my 300, I got a 2019! I was so happy I almost left my job because I was wayyy too excited ! I can t thank Ruben, Brandon, Sean and Ashley enough! I am officially apart of the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Family
I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition, and could not be more pleased. My sales associate, Juan Medina, in particular was great. He was extremely thorough in not only showcasing the vehicle to me, but also trying to find me any and all discounts available. Would highly recommend both the dealership, and Juan Medina specifically.
Shout out to Carl Johnson who took care of me by helping me in trading my car in for a truck. If you need help with an experienced salesman, talk to Carl. After all of the financial paperwork was finished, Courtesy cleans, services, and tops off the gasoline before giving you the keys to ensure complete satisfaction. I drove 300 mi total to get here and I am happy I did! The only downside is I got there at 0900 and left at 1300 so prepare for a lengthy visit (On a Saturday).

My service guy is great keeping me updated on progress but this is the 3rd time bringing my new vehicle purchased here 2 weeks ago. I bought it and it was infested with ants and after three exterminations, 3 car loaners, driving back and forth too many times, I pick it up and there are still dead ant bodies everywhere and it's not detailed. My service guy is making it right now but this hasn't been a good experience.
TYLER NOYES is amazing. First I emailed at midnight regarding a car and got a email right back saying when can they contact me. Promptly the next morning I got a call from Tyler and worked out a time for my husband to come take a look. Tyler was VERY patient with our schedules and time constraints, he also laughed at all my jokes "bonus points". Honestly Tyler was super amazing from start to finish. To be honest we prob would've walked out had we had anyone else cuz I am VERY picky of personalities but Tyler meshed perfect with the Nalley's. As usual, I was treated by friendly, courteous staff. They went out of their way to assist me in a timely fashion during a very busy time. I greatly appreciated the efforts. My Compass is happy again. My only complaint is that my washer fluid was not filled. No big deal. Thanksa
It took over 2 months to replace my soft top Jeep window for my 2018 4door Jeep Wrangler. My first appointment, I called ahead of time and told Brandon the problem over the phone. He assured me, they have a replacement in stock. I come in for my scheduled appointment (30min drive), and waited 2 hours for them to install my new window (which should take about 10-20 seconds). Brandon tells me they are done and the problem is that I ve been installing my window incorrectly. He then hands me pictures he printed out of how to correctly install my window so it doesn t fly out on the highway anymore. It took me 2 seconds to show him where the window was warped and why he did NOT just fix the problem....he simply ignored it. Brandon, who everyone seems to think is educated on Jeeps here, then agrees that he was wrong. He tells me he will order my window, it should be in in 4-5 days and that it will be covered under my warranty. 2 WEEKS LATER, I get a phone call asking why I gave them such a poor review on their survey they sent me. I explained the situation in more detail than I m leaving here, and the woman verbalized she was shocked at Brandon s behavior and a woman should never feel like this going into their dealership, especially a woman who has owned jeeps most of her life and knows what she s talking about. The woman on the phone said she would send this message to someone in charge of Brandon and would make sure my window is ordered. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS PASS and I haven t heard anything from the dealership. So I call and and speak with David and he tells me the window was never even ordered, but he would order it now and it will arrive in about 10 business days. 1 MONTH LATER, I still haven t heard from the dealership, so I call and ask if my window is there. I am told it arrived 3 days ago. I asked if I could pick it up tomorrow, they said yes. So here I am, it s tomorrow, they tell me it is only covered under the warranty if I let them install it... which requires an appointment... otherwise it would cost $215 to take my free window and do it myself. So they then try sending me over to Brandon (yes, the original prejudice jerk who tried treating me like an idiot). I tell them absolutely not. I ll take anyone but him. So I walk over to another person, Genny, who was helpful and put in a work order so that it could be done today. She tells me they have to have me reinstall my old window before they can install my new window. Thank God I actually brought it with me, because apparently I can t pick up my new one without returning my old one (which no one thought they should tell me over the phone). I put my warped window in and show her where it is warped. Then she says it will take a MINIMUM of 2 hours to install my window. 2 hours to do a job that takes 10 seconds. I asked why it would take so long, and was told it s because they have to drive it back to the service section, put the window in, then drive it back....still shouldn t take 2 hours. So why did it take so long to get a simple window in with this place? Why did they keep saying they ordered it when they didn t? Why does it take 2 hours to do a job that should take an uneducated person maybe 10 minutes with the help of Brandon s pictures he can print out? Why did I have to be the one to reach out to get information on my parts status? Why was I told I could just come in and pick it up rather than telling me I had to make an appointment to have them install it? And just to add insult to injury, why are there signs ALL over the place telling employees to wear their masks, but half of them are wearing them under their chins? Once I have my window, I will not be returning to this dealership. I will drive a little further to go to another Jeep dealership where BRANDON is not employed.

My wife scheduled an appointment for last week Friday. We dropped the car off Thursday night. Had a hard time finding the drop off key box so we asked one of the salesman where it was. He helped us get the keys in the drop box and assured us he would let service know the car was there. My wife called after work on Friday after not hearing from them all day, they told her they didn't even know the car was there. Told us they would look at it on Saturday. Low and behold when she called Saturday they said they didn't have time to get to it until Monday. It's now Monday haven't heard a word from them so I called, got voicemail. This is not how customer service works. Very disappointed.
From the time I walked in I was treated like family! My sales agents Thomas and Roan helped me find the perfect truck and their finance team made sure I had the best rates and deal they could get me! They have some of the nicest vehicles and their staff is outstanding! I will Definitely recommend Courtesy again!

Took my car in for an express service. Called 2 hours later and no one in the service department found it in the system. Was put on hold twice to speak to a service administrator and no one picked up. Drove to the dealership, saw my car parked and even at that point they weren't sure if it was finished. So unorganized and unprofessional.
I want to start by saying that my husband and I had a great buying experience from our previous dealer in Orlando. Love both of our cars and had an over all great experience including their service department. We recently moved to the area and I scheduled a service appointment at "Courtesy Chrysler" for my wrangler (which I purchased brand new) because of a broken piece on the center console and also an oil change. Dropped off the vehicle at 830 am. I called the dealer at around 2pm for an update and they literally transferred me 3 times and nobody could locate my vehicle. Did not get an update. I received a phone call at around 4:45 telling me that they would have to order the peice for the center console. I was told to give them about 30 minutes for the oil change. So basically I was without a car for a full work day only to find out I would have to come back again and drop off the car, which makes this difficult as my husband and I both work and I have two small children. Get to the dealer to pick up the car and was told there was damage to one of the wheel studs. It was stripped and they could not place it. They said it was the previous dealer when they placed the bolt back from the last tire rotation (which we had never had) we explained this to the service advisor and the manager. It must've been like this from inventory since we had never serviced the tires on our vehicle. Manager proceeded to tell us we had to cover the damage because of normal wear and tear and if we had done the tire rotation when needed they would have caught the problem. (which was NOT a result of wear and tear) whether it came from factory or it was damaged by the previous service department it would have been a cost that they should covered since it was not anything we could have caused. After a long agonizing back and forth between my husband and the manager Shay Perish, Shay told my husband that he would cover the expense if he left him "10s" on his customer service survey then proceeded to tell him that he needs to change his "attitude". We purchased two vehicles from chrysler because we loved their service and this was a very disappointing visit. Later after leaving the dealer we opened the hood to fill the wiper fluid and noticed they never even put back the oil cap they just set it randomly on the motor. I'm surprised it didn't melt or cause other problems. The service tech that took care of our vehicle was Leon Allen. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this dealer, much rather make the long trip to another dealer than be shamed and accused of not taking better care of our vehicle due to an oversight at the factory or damage at the hands of their very own technicians.
Wish I could give less stars because this is the most shady and unorganized dealership I have ever had to deal with in purchasing, servicing, and overall managing of a car. Bought the car just fine other than the finance guy adding in additional warranties.
First time I take my car into to service, I left with them for 10 hours, to get an oil change and add air to my tires. I come to pick it up and they have not even finished any of the task. I wait for 30 more minutes and finally its done. When I'm handed my keys I get a , "OH did you want a receipt too? Well that will be another couple minutes." Then when I get in my car I notice that my oil indicator light is still on. THEY DID NOT CHANGE MY OIL IN THE 10 HOURS THAT THEY HAD IT! I tell the adviser and he says, "Oh we didn't discuss an oil change but we can take it back and it'll be 20 minutes." I'd rather pay to have my oil changed at a Pep Boy's then to take it back and use my warranty changes.
Months later I go to cancel a service contract and as far as I know everything is fine and I have the paperwork to verify it went well and I'd receive my money back within 6 weeks. Of course that time frame passed and still no refund. I call finance multiple times, leave many messages and FINALLY I get a response and they tell me, "Well it doesn't look like it was ever processed because we can't find anything in the system for a cancellation, but if you'd like to resubmit all the forms we can get you started."
Only thing I can think is, "ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?" This place is ridiculous and has the worst customer service skill set I've ever witnessed. And I work in a car dealership. This is not how you do business. If I could take back my purchase and never even look in the direction of this place I would. I want to trade out of my car simply so I no longer have to deal with this place.
Staff was quick and prompt. Took my Dodge Dart to have its 50,000 mile check up and was happy with the outcome. I received a quick turn around and there was nothing "magically" wrong with my car as it seems is the case every time I go to a mechanic. Also a report of what was done was thorough and professional.
I have to say I'm quite pleased with my purchase and the assistance I received from everyone involved with obtaining my dream vehicle. Even with a few hiccups, they were on top of it to make me happy. I will definitely visit again if ever I am in need of another vehicle. See Chris Chong if you like dealing with a great salesman :)

He was extremely professional and polite, following up throughout ever step of the process to make sure all aspects were handled properly. I am loving the new car, knowing that I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Yes I was just at courtesy Jeep Chrysler eagle with my Dodge Charger they treated me very well they took care of the issue with my car in a timely fashion and I'm very happy with the service there
I had an appointment for an oil change and my advisor was Jami. She was very informative and kept me up to date on the wait time and progress. I also had them look at my tire because it kept loosing air, turns out it needed to be patched but I told her I didn t have the money and asked if she could just mark the tire so my husband would know where to patch it when we could buy one. She said of course and when my car was done she informed me she went ahead and patched the tire at no charge. I really appreciate her kindness! I m currently pregnant and have 2 children so driving around on that tire is not the safest, means a lot to me! So thank you again Jami, you are awesome! :)

I recently purchased a 2008 Chrysler Aspen from this dealership.
I am very impressed by the entire team at Courtesy Chrysler. Ron C. assisted me with the purchase, and it was a worry-free, pleasant experience. Jim O'Neill in Finance displayed a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service practices. Finally, my vehicle had a major problem with the rear end differential. Not only did the service department fix that issue (over 1 weekend, quite expeditiously), they also fixed an issue with my door. Thanks to the service manager Kevin, and also Dwayne and Adam for their fine work. To top it all off, Courtesy set me up with a rental while my vehicle was being repaired.

The service writer has been very courteous, but my truck has been in the shop twice for the same problem and I have to take it in again for the same problem. Seems they can't fix it. Very disappointed.
This us the worst place ever to buy a car. It has been over a month and they still have not sent a check to pay off my trade in. I have called several times to and get this handled. Get bounced around Now they are trying to blame it on my bank. Please stay away from this dealership at all cost
Searched on line for a new vehicle for 2 weeks. Frustrating dealing with that kind of sales on line. Decided to go to dealership and see what could happen. Edwin Seymour took care of me and 2 hours later I was buying a new truck. No hassle, was honest and up front about everything, no gray area at all. If there was something I wanted it was either yes or no and if it was no he had an alternative suggestion. Would definitely work with him again and Courtesy.
Tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that literally just had done, said I didn t have a appointment when I did then got short when I caught them trying to rip me off, they ll send you a text saying you need immediate attention to something that doesn t need to be done to try to trick you out of money, I ll never go back to this dealership or anything by courtesy group....
