Arpi's installers were easy to deal with and very friendly and accommodating. They showed up on time for a 2 day job of furnace and air conditioning and even with a couple of minor hiccups during the install had it done the second day. When they left you would never have known the were there. I did get arpi's and reliance to come and look at the job and all I can say is don't bother calling reliance. If you want to be happy at the end of the job call Arpi's.

Arpis just finished replacing my two furnaces. The whole experience was great. Their price was good, equipment supplied good and installation was neat and tidy. I appreciated that the installation was begun and finished exactly as planned and the final price was exactly the same as the initial estimate. Craig Dyer came out to do the initial estimate and clearly explained the equipment, process, audits and permits required. The installers (Rob Green and John McLaughlin) were friendly, professional and did a very nice neat job in what must have been a fairly cramped space. I will rest easy knowing I have the new furnaces as the old ones were 29 years old and I was worried about them failing on a cold winter night.

A bit of a technology error - I wanted to post a review of my Arpi's service yesterday: Tuesday, Feb 19, 2019, but somehow this review from a previous Arpi's visit came up - no matter, it's all good. Yesterday, I phoned at 8 am to book an appointment to fix some pinhole leaks in the electric water heater. Arpi's was here in 30 minutes (lucky). He was done in 30 mins. Happy again with Arpi's ... now you can read the review from last year (below)...
The service was prompt, Darrell (plumber) was very good. Arpi's has been very good for our regular AC and furnace maintenance as well as plumbing. Arpi's was prompt - was able to come out same day!
Another week gone by, and had to call Arpi's again...this time for furnace which was acting up. Clayton (who fixed our AC last summer) came back - said the furnace had dirty sensors so the flames were not working (furnace blowing cold air). In half an hour he got it fixed. Annual maintenance service call ($170).
The installation was very well done and promptly, with every effort given to keep the heating and hot water outage to a minimum, work crew was very polite and obliging kept the work area tidy, and on completion of the job left the house inside and out as neat as it was when they came. Would highly recommend Arpi's for home installations.
Right from the service call to furnace replacement I always felt I was in good hands. The delivered what they promised so far so good with the furnace.
We put in a consultation request via CostCo for a new Lennox air conditioning unit and were referred to Arpi s. We ve used Arpi s in the past for service related items but didn t know they were affiliated with CostCo.
From Kirk, the person who came out to do the on-site survey and give us all the details to John and his partner who did the installation inside and out; it was a fantastic experience. We had every single question answered and put at ease in terms of what would be done, how, where, and why. Lastly, considering the COVID19 situation, they were very health and safety conscious as well with masks, coverings, sanitizer, Lysol wipes, etc. John gave us plenty of tips for the AC unit before leaving and also gave us a heads up on minor adjustments to the furnace as well. Excellence experience overall, and wouldn t hesitate to use Arpi s in the future. Thanks guys!
I have been working in the HVAC industry for about 11 years, although I've always been a sub contractor, the times i contracted through Arpi's were always wonderful. They have a very skilled and knowledgeable team, and I have learned a lot from them. In my experience they always do every job with great attention to detail, and always made sure I was at my best. I can honestly say if it weren't for Arpi's I wouldn't have the skills I have today. So I would just like to say thank you to the Arpi's team.

This is a follow up to my previous review. We have walkout bungalow. Our house is 25 years old. Due to new City regulations we had to disconnect in floor heating (we could use a special boiler with existing piping but it would be huge $$, so we decided to abandon this idea) and ARPI installed a 90k BTU furnace instead of 55k original BTU. The new furnace does very nice job on the main floor, but it became a bit too cold in the basement. As a follow up Kirk suggested few very simple and economical alterations in the basement air vents, and those made basement much more comfortable. Very nice job.
I want to thank Arpi s for a job well done on The installation of my new hot water tank and high efficiency boiler system. When I called I talked to a very friendly receptionist who set Me up with a sales rep Dave who came out to Redwood Meadows for a free quote and was very knowledgeable about the product he was talking about. Dave was very professional and did what he could to accommodate me with the financial assistance. When I decided to purchase the system Dave (even tho he was on holidays) set up a date for his team to arrive. I want to thank Jesse, Allen, and Kevin for an outstanding job!! All were very professional and polite individuals who answered any and all the questions I had during the installation. These 3 went above and beyond and without any hesitation to accommodate me on any suggestions that were brought forward. The installation took 4 days which was on the quote and I m not one for change with the new technology but all is working the way the system is designed. Arpi s you have a very strong Professional team and would highly recommend your services. To any one out there who reads this Arpi s was fast to respond!!! Unbelievably perfect! Kirk, the contractor, came to the house, explained everything well and we made a plan. The next morning, there was a family emergency and I left my home in the hands of Brock and Mike, two very capable, professional and personable young men. I checked in after noon and met Leon, also confidence inspiring. I arrived home after 7 PM to a quiet, new furnace and Brock and Leon having let my dogs out for me! I recommend Arpi s to everyone!!! Ryan did an excellent job fixing our issue with our air conditioner. Unfortunately, Knights plumbing company replaced our furnace this year leaving our furnace on the factory setting causing our air conditioner to not work properly. Ryan was instrumental at problem solving the issue. I woke up this morning at 4:00 am to a furnace that had been running for several hours, attempting to kick in the heat and airflow with minus 20 temperatures outside. The house was a frigid 16 degrees. I attempted to contact our usual furnace installer but was unable to reach them outside of business hours. Upon searching / reading the Google reviews for Arpi's I contacted their emergency after hours support line.
The lady on the phone answered quickly and was up front with their after hours emergency minimum billing costs, took my information and informed me a technician would contact me within 20 minutes.
Within 20 minutes Renaldo contacted me. Renaldo requested I confirm a few things about my furnace for him ahead of travelling onsite to assist. We quickly were able to determine a snow filled air intake pipe for my high efficiency Carrier furnace was inhibiting the furnace from drawing air. He instructed me to remove the snow / ice and the furnace immediately kicked in again and we were able to avoid a service call.
I wanted to send kudos to Renaldo and team at Arpi's for their prompt professional support, helping me to restore heat to our home before my family woke up. We will definitely use your services in the future and I intend to inform my friends about the excellent service we received.

I had a furnace installed by Arpis and I was very impressed. The workers (Tim and Kale) were very polite, professional and knowledgeable about my new furnace. It was a very pleasant experience all and all.
We purchased a high-efficiency furnace from Costco. Mike answered all my questions at Costco and was available over the phone when we had more questions. Once purchased, we were connected with John, our project manager. He went to the house to see the space and find out if anything else needed to be done with the installation. The Costco package covers a basic installation, but our set up required a couple of extra things, which he patiently explained. He included some optional extras in his quote as well. We had to book an Alberta energy evaluation before we could get the furnace installed. John explained the process and gave us the name of a company that other clients have used and been happy with. You have to book the evaluation first so the auditor can see your old equipment. It's a full house energy audit, so they check the efficiency of your home and make recommendations. VerdaTech is the company we used and it was very quick and easy to book the appointment. It took about two hours and Marco said we could install a new furnace that same day if we'd wanted to. He gave us a number that Arpi's would need in order to get the rebate paperwork processed for us. We had David and his helper, Kale, installing the new furnace for us. David called and let me know he was about to leave that morning and how long it would take to get to the house. It was great and helpful to get the heads up from him. It looked like a lot of work and they seemed very thorough and efficient throughout the day. They explained what they needed to do and made sure the order was correct before they began work. They had to core through the concrete out the side of the house, remove the old furnace, etc., and at the end of the day, everything was clean and organized. They even closed off a vent we no longer needed. They were friendly and patient with questions, and got it all completed around 5 PM. We received the warranty information via email, as well as information on booking a city inspection for the furnace, which we did right away. We're very happy with the team and how seamless the installation day went. We would definitely recommend them!

I would just like to commend one of your technicians that came out on a call to my elderly Mothers house to fix a problem with her furnace on Nov 13th. She had no heat and her house was so cold. When I originally called Arpi's the lady I spoke to was so great. I had already called two other companies that were all booked up and were not taking even emergencies. I didn't know what to do but she said no problem I will have our on call technician call you and she explained there would be a emergency charge which I agreed to as we needed the furnace fixed as soon as possible. A gentleman by the name of Myles Learning called me and said that he was on the way to an emergency but Mom would be his next call. That it would probably be about two hours and that he would call when he was on his way to her house. He called me and it was almost to the two hours he had told me. I then received a call when he had diagnosed what the problem was and also said that he would do a point inspection to see if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed. He called me back and he kept me up to date on every step of the way. He fixed the furnace and mom had a warm safe house again. It was a relief that it could be done sooner than the other companies were giving me for options. Myles was amazing Mom has onset of dementia but she really did remember how great and kind Myles was. I thank you Myles for going that extra mile to help my mom out and you gave me peace of mind that she was ok. Myles also left her the Arpi's phone number and said he would come back and replace the furnace filter every month just to call and book. I work in the service industry as well and companies need more people like Myles. Thank you so much Myles you rock! Thank you Arpi's for hiring only the best. Prior to purchasing an A/C, I had quotes from several companies and compared the different pro's and con's. Generally they all compared in priced. I ended up purchasing through Costco using Arpi's with a Lennox system, because of the 1- year warranty. Costco had a promotion, where this unit would then be the most cost effective of all the quotes I had received. Apri's was fantastic from the quotation I received from Kevin, to scheduling the service with their Admin team, and finally the installation from Joe. They booked me in, in a timely manner. Their installation team was thorough, clean, and professional.
I would happily recommend Apri's and the Lennox line of A/C units.

Arpi's was recommended by a close friend who had A/C installed recently and I can see why. Kirk did our inspection and provided our quote. He was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Vanessa did our installation and she was super friendly and kind. After the installation was complete, she was very thorough with the walkthrough and did not rush through anything. When they left, my basement was spotless.

Arpi's is the best when it comes to plumbing and furnace problems. Our last technician not only solved a plumbing issue but followed up with us a week later to make sure it was still working fine .. who does that? We've never had a problem with Arpi's over 15 years of service calls.

Very impressed. I just had my furnace replaced. Two kind young gentlemen (David Wilder & William Weinrauch) were sent out for the installation. Various companies told me it would be a difficult install as it required 3" venting through finished space and terminated above the garage pad. Not only did they complete the job on time but the workmanship and attention to detail is great. I'm happy with the furnace and the installation. Also they cleaned up after but tand mechanical room looks cleaner than before they arrived, Thanks!
We had multiple dealings with Arpi's and all of them were good. During the cold snap, our furnace stopped working. They quickly arranged an appointment. Seth found the problem quickly and fixed it in a way that got our furnace working but gave us the chance to decide if we wanted to replace the furnace or work on a bypass. We really appreciated being given the time to make the choice.
We decided to get a new furnace. Rob came out to give us a quote. He was very informative both about the products and about possible government rebates. Though he is in sales, we never felt pressured on the choices.
After making our choices, Wesley and Matt installed our new furnace and tankless water heater. They were professional and explained everything that was happening.
In short, we really enjoyed our experience with Arpi's from start to finish. We are really happy with our new products and we would highly recommend the company for anyone looking at getting their furnace serviced or replaced.

I arranged to have a service and maintenance inspection by ARPI S industries on my 25 year old Laars boiler. After very courteous service from the office, Jason Paul was dispatched to do the work. He performed a thorough inspection and service of the boiler explaining step by step what he was doing. Very knowledgeable. Habte arrived in a snow storm only to find the worst furnace condition he's seen in 10 years! He is no cleaner, but it was so bad, he spent close to an hour cleaning it just to complete his inspection. Over an beyond expectations! He was thorough enough to explain some components and why its imperative to keep them clear and free of debris. You wouldn't believe what came out of there, let alone the dust! The dust was soo bad! I am only renting in this house but am extremely grateful to have such good service! Thank you Habte!

Arpi s replaced the high efficiency 20 year Lennox G61 MPV furnace that was unusually troublesome year after year (last straw on the 11 year old unit was failing & obsolete secondary heat exchanger). Strange, as Lennox normally has a good reputation. Anyway, replace with a Lennox EL296. Fingers crossed we didn t get another high maintenance princess. Lennox gets 3 stars.
Tim and Cale did a great job. I don't like the exhaust pipe coming out of the hose. It is very unattractive. Other than that the work was awesome and I am happy. Just don't like the exhaust.

Installers were here on time. Put drop cloths down. I had to shovel stairs at side of house from massive snowfall to make way for delivery to basement. This was very difficult on my part.But the guys went out and shovelled even more of the snow I could not do. This was very nice on their part. Installation took not as long as predicted and their clean up was great. They took extra time to set up thermostat and install program on my cell phone which I really appreciated because I wasn't sure how to do this. Although it has only been a few days, the furnace so far works great. I have heard the thermostat may short out during storms as it has no surge protector and will be thoroughly disappointed if it does so. I have AC for the summer and am anxious to see if furnace does a good job distributing cool air throughout.
Dave and Jesse did a great job installing our Combi boiler/ tankless water heater, they were very respectful of our home and kept everything very neat and tidy, even though they had a very tight space to work. We love the new boiler, and it also comes with 10 years parts and labor warranty, which means we won t have to worry about anything for at least 10 years. Thank you Arpis for a great job, we would definitely recommend you all our friends and family.

I recently had to call Arpi's about the pilot light on my water tank. I had tried to relight the pilot myself but as it turned out I wasn't doing it correctly. From the time I called the office to the time Sam showed up at my house was less than 3 hours. Sam was extremely professional, showed me the step of holding the pilot light down for 10-20 seconds to purge the system, and relit the tank immediately. He is a very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly plumber who made sure I was happy, which I am! I am very pleased with the service from Arpi's and would recommend then to anyone!
I used Arpi s to replace my hot water tank. The technician that did the installation, Darryl Barbour, was very professional, and did an amazing job. We purchased a new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank from Arpi's in February 2014 and have since had the furnace serviced by Arpi's this February 2015. Throughout the installation process and more recently the servicing of our furnace we have found that all Arpi's personnel from the point of sale to maintaining the equipment are knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Any questions are answered and explained to my complete satisfaction. They also take great care to make sure they leave your home in the same condition that it was in before they arrived. If I had any regrets it would be that I did not discover Arpi's years ago and save myself many a headache!
Had a new furnace installed. Technicians were on time, clean, and efficient. Install was completed 1 hour early. I had great communications with both Arpi's and the actual site technicians. no Hiccups at all. Everything requested was delivered. No problems with the city inspection.
We called at 6:30 am, waited for a regular hours call at 7:27 am (I was told 7:30) to avoid after hours charge. A technician was scheduled for between 8 and 9 am same day. Erwin came at 8:18 am and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem (new circuit board). He made sure to answer all questions and suggested additional precautions (wifi water and freeze sensor which, in my opinion everyone should have if you're away from home for any length of time!!) and ensure we had a CO2 detector. Extremely pleased with the service provided each and every issue we've had.
Our furnace was installed by Arpi's in 2002 and after we bought our house in 2013 we called their number that was posted on our furnace and haven't called anyone else since. They won't sell you anything you don't need. Our tech is friendly, skilled and very knowledgeable!

From start to finish it has been a great experience. The project manager was through when the project was quoted and was upfront with the scope of work and explained where we might encounter issues so that there was no surprises. He answered all of our questions and was able to provided us the best possible information to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.
The technicians that came for the install were extremely professional and the quality of workman ship was excellent. They left the work space cleaner than it was at the begging of the project. Answered any questions we had gave us a walk through on the new product before they left.
Would highly recommend them in the future to anyone.
Everything is fine and the communication flows immensely when you are about to change your furnace. The minute you have a problem and ask for a manager to call you, it's complete silence and disregard. They come to check your furnace and when you expect warranty, they not only forget but go on and on about the problem piece wrecking another piece (the ones they replaced 10 months ago). Only to change the story completely to fit their narrative better and you have to pay out of pocket for a piece that never once caused an issue before. I may not know anything about furnaces but I certainly recognize shady behavior when I see it. Also, regardless of what the issue is, I'd assume management would call me to talk. Instead, I waited several days to hear from a lady ( who happened to be very nice and was trying to be helpful despite me not having an ounce of patience) that the manager absolutely refused to speak to me and told her to tell me " no freebies, no discount" when my issue was clearly not about the money but ethics and honesty.
My furnace did end up being fixed and they did honor their warranty but took them 9 days for this solution to be reached AND it even happened because we reached out to initiate the exchange without talking about being displeased and ready to pay. Definitely not replacing our furnace here next year. I like to be heard when I have an issue, rather than be brushed under the rug and being left ACless during a heat wave. I am now wondering what surprise in the next 10 months will bring us. Would never, ever recommend a place this careless
