I would just like to commend one of your technicians that came out on a call to my elderly Mothers house to fix a problem with her furnace on Nov 13th. She had no heat and her house was so cold. When I originally called Arpi's the lady I spoke to was so great. I had already called two other companies that were all booked up and were not taking even emergencies. I didn't know what to do but she said no problem I will have our on call technician call you and she explained there would be a emergency charge which I agreed to as we needed the furnace fixed as soon as possible. A gentleman by the name of Myles Learning called me and said that he was on the way to an emergency but Mom would be his next call. That it would probably be about two hours and that he would call when he was on his way to her house. He called me and it was almost to the two hours he had told me. I then received a call when he had diagnosed what the problem was and also said that he would do a point inspection to see if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed. He called me back and he kept me up to date on every step of the way. He fixed the furnace and mom had a warm safe house again. It was a relief that it could be done sooner than the other companies were giving me for options. Myles was amazing Mom has onset of dementia but she really did remember how great and kind Myles was. I thank you Myles for going that extra mile to help my mom out and you gave me peace of mind that she was ok. Myles also left her the Arpi's phone number and said he would come back and replace the furnace filter every month just to call and book. I work in the service industry as well and companies need more people like Myles. Thank you so much Myles you rock! Thank you Arpi's for hiring only the best. We know where to go when we have future furnace issues.
