I have to give a huge shout out to Arpi's (through Costco) and the excellent service I received a few days ago when they installed central AC. Kirk, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process before the actual install. Vanessa and Ethan, the installers, were extremely professional and courteous; they were highly knowledgeable and did one of the cleanest installation jobs I have ever seen. Vanessa and Ethan went above and beyond in all aspects and truly left the job site better than they found it! Thanks for the great experience. I highly recommend!

Leon has been fantastic every time our furnace goes down. (We seem to have a lemon of one). He has gone above and beyond each time fine tuning and checking other parts in hopes to prevent further issues. Call center has been friendly and very accommodating to get a tech out quickly.

Got my HVAC installed. I feel it was done well and quickly. Honest recommendations regarding which AC to buy and the installers were very knowledgeable.

Only lost a star as I had to look into the bylaws myself as I didn't feel the recommended location made sense. Turns out I was right. Otherwise the AC would have been installed in an undesired location.

Extremely professional. Explained everything. Cleaned up. They even helped me with a wasps nest. Talk about going above and beyond! We got a new water tank, furnace and AC. We are happy with the pricing and service. Even the city inspector said they were a company with a great reputation. Highly recommended.

The technician was rude to me, at first I'm holding my temper because i have baby (18weeks old) but the when he was being rude again and raise his voice to me I confronted him, so after I confronted him he said sorry and became nice by the way he talk and educate me a lot about the furnace, thermostat etc. and before he left he said sorry again. Apology accepted but is this the way your technician treat your clients? If i didn't confront him he will stay rude until he finished his duty? What if your client first language is not English how can they defend their self with a rude technician?

Good thing the costumer support she was so nice to me,the one I talked to in the morning and afternoon. And thanks to Damien for understanding my feelings, i think his the manager.

Fantastic service from calling to make the appointment through to having our ducts and furnace cleaned and a full furnace inspection. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. We will continue to utilize this company for all our furnace needs!

We finally decided to break down and get central AC installed in our new home. John Clouston from Arpi s came out and gave us a quote for the AC and for a garage heater.
Price was right and he could set up at a convenient time for us.

We thought to have some maintenance done to our furnace and water tank heater. After doing some online researches, I contacted Arpi's, because they offer 30 points check and cleaning, bundle price for both furnace and water tank, and can be done by a same tech in one visit. The communication was smooth, price was reasonable, and technician Scott Stanway arrived as scheduled. Scott is very professional. He did a great job on both devices. And he is very knowledgeable and polite. Along working, Scott also talked to us about maintenance, replacement and installation, etc. We also received a detailed report thru email. It was a very pleased experience. Thanks.

URSA is a non-profit organization that works directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. We have been working directly with Arpi's since 2012. They complete all our plumbing and HVAC needs for all our residential group homes.

We had a recent service call on our furnace and used Arpi's. Overall the experience was very good, the tech resolved our issue quickly and did with a thorough safety inspection to ensure we were within all safe operating standards and levels. The only negative was when I booked the call I was not made aware of a two hour service window so after 45 min of waiting I got a bit aggravated and had to call in to dispatch to see what was happening. That aside, I would recommend Arpi's, the tech and service provided was excellent.

Habte was excellent. He was right on time, took time to perform the service. He went extra mile to clean all spaces around the furnace. Even more satisfying, he took time to give me tips on how to prolong the life of the equipment and operate it safely.

Very personable technician; thorough and knowledgeable

We had our very old furnace and water tank replaced last week by the fantastic crew from Arpi's. Wes led the way with his team and completed a difficult and lengthy removal of the old furnace, which had to be cut apart in order to remove it from our home. It was a very long day for them and the end result is a beautiful new furnace, water heater and venting system. Our furnace room has been transformed, a thorough clean-up was done and we were given a tour of the new equipment and a complete run through on how to use it. Thanks to the great crew at Arpi's for a job well done!

Habte was on time and very knowledgeable about his work. He went over the proper furnace and ventilation maintenance our house needed to maintain good air quality. We will be back to use their duct cleaning service!

James arrived early, used PPE, was professional and courteous. Additionally, we had some questions about our HVAC, James took the time to explain how the system works and how to create better efficiencies with the system. Also - booking and billing was made very simple.

Called Arpis this morning, spoke to dispatch and they sent someone out within 2 hours. Upon James Conor s arrival he let me know he was gonna check out my furnace and proceeded to tell me the issue. He advised he could get the part asap and have it fixed by end of day . I gave him the go ahead and 5 hours later we where up and running . Gotta say was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of work . I hope I don t need them again but if I did these guys are the first company I d call and definitely ask for James .

I bought a furnace through Costco and Arpis came to install it. The guys were very polite and professional. Tim and Cale ran me through everything and did a great job! 5 stars

I had Arpi's come out and give me a quote and then install a house AC unit. From scheduling the quote to the follow up on any questions on the quote they did an amazing job and included anything that would be required for the install in the quote including reworking existing ducting to digging out of the pad for the actual unit to sit on outside. On the day of the install the team showed up right on time and was ready to go. They were quiet and efficient during the installation process and didn't bother me at all during the day. At the end they took the time to show me everything that had been done, how to run the AC unit and what needed to be done for winter time and answer any other questions I had. They made to sure to clean up any dust caused by the installation before they left.

Fantastic service - Arpi's was able to book us in within a couple of days for a top-to-bottom furnace check and tuneup. Vanessa was super-professional and thorough. She found and adjusted a couple of things that likely will improve our furnace performance and longevity, tested a bunch of stuff relevant to our house safety (including CO detectors!), and was patient with questions. Everyone with a furnace should get this tuneup and check.

Terribly rude. Their drivers need to learn to drive, not ride others' bumpers and have s little courtesy for other drivers.

I called in and Arpi's had someone on site within the hour, the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour My furnace was down and it is winter so I'm appreciative of the quick response. The office was attentive and the repairman Seth was polite, helpful & just Awesome, explaining what was that was not working and what was done to repair it.
All in all, a great experience.

We had a furnace, air conditioning and water heater installed by Arpi's. We first met with Kirk who listened to all of our concerns and helped us find the right solutions. He has a no pressure sales approach which was refreshing considering the competition. When we finally decided to take the plunge we had William and Dave as our installers. They did a great job making sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it, even staying late. We did have an issue that I am sure Arpi's will have fixed very soon. I would highly recommend Arpi's. They have a great sales and installation team. We have had great service with our old appliances and expect we will receive the same level of service going forward.

Extremely costly and not honestly. come to only estimate the situation costs about $372.75 and then told me that there are few parts need to be repaired, so I said ok, go ahead pls to repair them,the technician who came said they will call me and give me a quote. then I had waited for 2 days there was no body called me back as they said my boiler needs to be repaired ASAP. so I called their service manager to get a quote,he didn't know my case. he said he will call me back. I didn't received any call from them neither next day,so I called him again,at this time he still didn't have any quote for my boiler repair in his hand. Final I was told by them said they don't have those parts of my boiler brand, they don't carry them. That means they are unable to fix it. I was so frustrated at that time, I'm just wondering if they are unable to fix it why didn't they tell me at the first, they should asked me what brand of my boiler I have on the phone when I was first calling them or when the technician first came. the technician should knows it if the receptionist does't know. they charged me almost $400, then told me they don't have that brand parts. I feel awful! they are not honest! I felt so unfair at the moment, I called their manager but he wasn't very friendly on the phone!
oh! totally disappointed about their service!!! if you can not fix the brand of my boiler, just tell me at the first. that charge was totally unfair for the innocent customers like us.

Adam was Arpi s service guy that came to our home to fix our basement furnace. Excellent communication and a great representation for Arpi s. Adam explained the entire job that was done in detail and recommended having both furnaces maintained ASAP to avoid anymore problems.

We recently purchased a furnace from Arpi s, which was installed recently, and from start to finish the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Craig Dyer was fantastic for overseeing the install and Matt and Will went above and beyond what we expected for the installation. They all worked hard, explained things clearly and were courteous. I highly recommend Arpis.

ARPI's technician promptly responded to an emergency in the house. They wrote explicitly the work done. I appreciate their work done. In future I will call if work need to be done at home.

Clint and his crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. They were courteous, efficient and worked for 8 hours to replace our furnace and hot water tank. After the installation, they cleaned up and ensured that we were familiar with our new products. I would certainly recommend them for this type of work.

My mother just had surgery and isn't mobile, so she asked me to take care of everything at her home while your service technician, Hatem, was there. Not only is he kind and caring, he was so thorough with his work. Even though my mother wasn't doing well, he brought me to the furnace and walked me through everything that he did step by step. We were so pleased with the service.Arpi's is lucky to have Hatem. We'd recommend him to our family and friends anytime.

The technician, Hab, was assigned an emergency call out to my house on a cold Sunday. His response following my call was quick - thank goodness. He methodically worked through the issues and successfully and quickly resolved the problem. Good to this point. My frustration is that a control panel was the culprit - this same panel was replaced 3 years earlier by Arpi's I wonder if Lennox (furnaces) is building into their control panels some form of obsolescence - their warranty is only 12 months. It felt difficult having to pay a few hundred dollars to replace a 3 year old control panel. None of this is Hab's doing - my frustration is with Lennox and the control panel salesforce.

Arpi s just replaced my (2) thirty year old furnaces with new Lennox EL furnaces and WiFi tekmar 564 smart thermostats. Great job by Kirk and installers John and Rob.

Previously found a problem one month after furnace 30 points- a loud noise when blower kicks in- and Arpi s sent another tech and he patiently examined a lot of parts and spots and identified leak from a previous silicon/tape which was causing a loud whistling noise.

I'm so glad Arpi's had sent Vanessa to help diagnose and deal with our home thermostat! She was very knowledgable, respectful, and efficient! She explained our options in detail, and even offered suggestions. When i had more questions after she had already left out home, she even took my phone call to answer my questions in detail and nicely. I tried to book her in again to install out new thermostat, but she was booked up for the week because she is pretty popular with customers (according to Arpi's). So we had another technician come in sooner, and he was also very good.

The technician Habte did an excellent job of the furnace maintenance. We also needed a filter replacement for the humidifier. He also took a lot of time to answer our questions and explained in detail. We also needed a part to be replaced in the furnace which he showed us why we should have it changed so the furnace runs well and there s no bigger issue in future which made sense. We are very happy overall with the service.

i am a tenant in a house where arpis was dispatched out to fix my furnace they were so pushy to sell me a furnace i had to kick them out i just wanted my damn furnace fixed. my uncle swore by you guys because of the time you have been in our city. wrong decision. stay clear of these crooks. i had to call another reputable company who came out and fixed it no questions asked and no pushy people.

We recently had a furnace installed and have needed a few tweaks to get it running optimally. The team at Arpis (and Jason and Jeff specifically) have been second to none in ensuring that our service requests were handled thoroughly and expediently. Our furnace is running great and I would like to highly commend their dedication to their work.

We had our Goodman Air Conditioner installed by Arpi's. We found the crew at Arpi's to be highly courteous with skilled technicians and knowledgeable staff. Arpi's will be our first choice for all things heating and cooling related. Great service, polite snd professional technicians...recommend them without hesitation.

We booked the duct Cleaning, thinking that they know their product. Cost is above than normal, and the service you get is awful. We have four duct that stopped blowing out air and in one room, it's getting more air flow. We called in after, to report that and the receptionist was rude. She didn't have time to even listen to our problem and hang up. I would not recommend it to any one. Save yourself some trouble and find a cheaper and better duct Cleaning company.

Arpi s supplied and installed our high efficiency Lennox furnace and accessories in 2009 and has since provided our annual maintenance service. Dave P. was our certified technician for 5 years and knew our furnace inside and out and when he left Arpi s in 2017, we were disappointed and uncertain of who might be assigned next to maintain our furnace. Well, Vanessa Lam is our expert craftsman. The past two years, unfortunately occasional breakdowns were inevitable, but due to Vanessa's timely and knowing care of our furnace, she has indeed ensured our furnace performs optimally. We hope to have her for the life of our furnace.

My heating system was on its last legs. I had Arpi's come in and replace my old unit with one of the new Lennox furnaces.
The staff I dealt with were efficient and friendly. The gentleman doing the estimate covered all details of the work to be performed and pricing.
The two technicians, doing the installation, did a fabulous job. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

John and Cam did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up after they were done. I can't complain about the service it was top notch. I'm happy with the install and the interactions with the salesperson(mike), project manager(kirk) and the technicians(John and Cam). It is a little pricey though.

We contacted Arpis for a quote on central air and a hot water tank install. The initial email said we would hear from someone as soon as possible. We finally did hear back almost a week later (this should have been our first clue). When the salesperson came out he spent maybe 10 mins walking around and took a few photos, no measurements and didn t go over any details whatsoever with us. He just stated we would have our quote by 8am. It s a week later and we have yet to see a quote. Needless to say we have gone with someone else. Word of advice - don t waste your time, there are plenty of other companies that were far superior right from the start!

This summer is going to be hot so I decided to buy a new air conditioner from Arpis. I was very impressed with the young men that came to my house to put in the air conditioner. Tim and Kale were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My furnace room was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. Arpis is the way to go for air conditioning.

I woke up shivering one Saturday morning, in the middle of winter, during one of our horrific cold spells, only to find that my furnace has stopped working!
My neighbour recently had her furnace cleaned and checked by Arpi's and she spoke highly about their service, so I didn't think twice about calling them.
The customer service agent that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and sympathetic to my scenario. She had one of her team members in the field quickly call me back and arrange a time to service my furnace. He showed up at my door an hour later and was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. He was kind and professional and went out of his way to say hello to my son and my dog, since he in our home.
I was pleased with the immediate attention to solve our issue and the professionalism of the staff I was in contact with. A high level of customer service can be hard to find these days and Arpi's certainly hit the mark!

Overall, I had an excellent experience right from the start. Got an excellent quote from Craig Dyer and explanations as to why I should go with the suggested unit. He did not try to up sell things which were not required unlike the other competitors. The quote I got from Craig was by far way cheaper than the other 5 companies. When it came to installation, John and Terry were professional, friendly and educational. They made sure the work area was clean as if it was their home. They made sure everything was working and even fixed a problem I had that I never knew off for free.
I would definitely be a return customer of ARPI s because of these three gentlemen!!
