Everything is fine and the communication flows immensely when you are about to change your furnace. The minute you have a problem and ask for a manager to call you, it's complete silence and disregard. They come to check your furnace and when you expect warranty, they not only forget but go on and on about the problem piece wrecking another piece (the ones they replaced 10 months ago). Only to change the story completely to fit their narrative better and you have to pay out of pocket for a piece that never once caused an issue before. I may not know anything about furnaces but I certainly recognize shady behavior when I see it. Also, regardless of what the issue is, I'd assume management would call me to talk. Instead, I waited several days to hear from a lady ( who happened to be very nice and was trying to be helpful despite me not having an ounce of patience) that the manager absolutely refused to speak to me and told her to tell me " no freebies, no discount" when my issue was clearly not about the money but ethics and honesty.

My furnace did end up being fixed and they did honor their warranty but took them 9 days for this solution to be reached AND it even happened because we reached out to initiate the exchange without talking about being displeased and ready to pay. Definitely not replacing our furnace here next year. I like to be heard when I have an issue, rather than be brushed under the rug and being left ACless during a heat wave. I am now wondering what surprise in the next 10 months will bring us. Would never, ever recommend a place this careless
