I want to thank Arpi s for a job well done on The installation of my new hot water tank and high efficiency boiler system. When I called I talked to a very friendly receptionist who set Me up with a sales rep Dave who came out to Redwood Meadows for a free quote and was very knowledgeable about the product he was talking about. Dave was very professional and did what he could to accommodate me with the financial assistance. When I decided to purchase the system Dave (even tho he was on holidays) set up a date for his team to arrive.
I want to thank Jesse, Allen, and Kevin for an outstanding job!! All were very professional and polite individuals who answered any and all the questions I had during the installation. These 3 went above and beyond and without any hesitation to accommodate me on any suggestions that were brought forward. The installation took 4 days which was on the quote and I m not one for change with the new technology but all is working the way the system is designed.
Arpi s you have a very strong Professional team and would highly recommend your services. To any one out there who reads this Arpi s was fast to respond!!! I started my quest in June and the team was done in August!!
