Excellent emergency furnace support from our service tech Renaldo at Arpi's in Calgary!

I woke up this morning at 4:00 am to a furnace that had been running for several hours, attempting to kick in the heat and airflow with minus 20 temperatures outside. The house was a frigid 16 degrees. I attempted to contact our usual furnace installer but was unable to reach them outside of business hours. Upon searching / reading the Google reviews for Arpi's I contacted their emergency after hours support line.

The lady on the phone answered quickly and was up front with their after hours emergency minimum billing costs, took my information and informed me a technician would contact me within 20 minutes.

Within 20 minutes Renaldo contacted me. Renaldo requested I confirm a few things about my furnace for him ahead of travelling onsite to assist. We quickly were able to determine a snow filled air intake pipe for my high efficiency Carrier furnace was inhibiting the furnace from drawing air. He instructed me to remove the snow / ice and the furnace immediately kicked in again and we were able to avoid a service call.

I wanted to send kudos to Renaldo and team at Arpi's for their prompt professional support, helping me to restore heat to our home before my family woke up. We will definitely use your services in the future and I intend to inform my friends about the excellent service we received.
