I recently had to call Arpi's about the pilot light on my water tank. I had tried to relight the pilot myself but as it turned out I wasn't doing it correctly.
From the time I called the office to the time Sam showed up at my house was less than 3 hours. Sam was extremely professional, showed me the step of holding the pilot light down for 10-20 seconds to purge the system, and relit the tank immediately. He is a very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly plumber who made sure I was happy, which I am!
I am very pleased with the service from Arpi's and would recommend then to anyone!
