Arpi s sent out Vanessa to repair our furnace. She was great - very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to deal with. We were so impressed with her service, especially after receiving unsatisfactory service from a different company, we specifically asked for Vanessa during a follow-up visit. Our furnace is working great now. We would not hesitate to hire Arpi s or Vanessa again.
