We purchased a new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank from Arpi's in February 2014 and have since had the furnace serviced by Arpi's this February 2015. Throughout the installation process and more recently the servicing of our furnace we have found that all Arpi's personnel from the point of sale to maintaining the equipment are knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Any questions are answered and explained to my complete satisfaction. They also take great care to make sure they leave your home in the same condition that it was in before they arrived. If I had any regrets it would be that I did not discover Arpi's years ago and save myself many a headache!
