From Project Manager Craig Dyer to technicians Scott S, William W and Alana B, my wife and I felt like we were in good hands. Even the ladies that booked our annual inspections for 11 years in a row were always cordial and helpful. Today, Jan 23, we expected and got efficient and professional installation. Lots of information shared and explained. Arpi s gets 5 stars.

Arpi s replaced the high efficiency 20 year Lennox G61 MPV furnace that was unusually troublesome year after year (last straw on the 11 year old unit was failing & obsolete secondary heat exchanger). Strange, as Lennox normally has a good reputation. Anyway, replace with a Lennox EL296. Fingers crossed we didn t get another high maintenance princess. Lennox gets 3 stars.
