What kind of company hire abusive management? Honda does. RMI is their security. Some supervisor from graveyard White is his last name. Abusive white man. A retired cop taking his job to far.

I bought my new Honda CR-V (made in 2015) in August 2015, less than three years ago. Two weeks ago, it suddenly broke down. The water pump seized so that the belt was broken. It was unexpected Honda car has such problem. It's only 29,000 miles.

These people are absolutely horrible. I have a 2011 Honda Pilot with bad piston rings. They settled a class action suit in 2013 for this very issue. I have been back and forth with them for a year, jumped through multiple hoops and they continue to give me the run around. They have not honored their commitment. My wife and I have owned 5 Hondas over the years and I will never buy another one. These people are an absolute disgrace !!! Do yourself a favor, buy a Toyota instead !!!

My family member purchase a brand new vehicle from Willet honda south in Morrow, Georgia. He explained his situation in detail. They stated "we can help you". He drove away in a brand new honda civic. Two weeks later the finance manager Brandon called him and told him to bring the car back or they would REPORT IT STOLEN. WHAT? Is that legal? Filing a false report, is that what your dealerships do when they are incompetent. We found out later they never got the loan approved.

Called American Honda in Torrance, California about the Takata airbag recall. Explained that I felt worried because I have to be on the road everyday; 1.5 hours to work, 1.5 hours back home, along with whatever other errands a family man needs to do during the week and I use my car A LOT.

Spoke to a Melissa with their call center. Very apathetic. Could have cared less, stated that they were not offering out loaners and was going to put me on a waiting list for the part. Started off ok but immediately became short and pointed with me because I showed frustration about my situation. When I asked, wouldn't even give me a managers name to contact or her employee ID or any sort of identifying info. What type of call center DOES NOT give its employees an ID and says they wont let you speak to one of their quote "many managers". She actually said that, gave me some nonsense about them all being in meetings and do not let us speak to them... What?!

So I am basically talking to a ghost named Melissa who says that I need to wait by the mailbox. There is no ETA on the part that my vehicle airbag needs to function correctly and not kill my wife, my dog or me if we forget and accidentally sit in the passenger seat. Honda needs to get their S#!t together.

American Honda agreed to fix issues with my paint per recall, however when issues arose they have been completely unhelpful. They went as far to say that criteria for them to honor a legitimate claim with genuine Honda parts was 1) that I must own more than one Honda???
2) that I must maintain a service relationship with a Honda Dealer...is that not illegal or unethical? Why would anyone maintain a relationship with any dealer if they have not been treated well

Be aware!!!!

Bill Hav at Phillipsburg Easton Honda continues to do horrible videos making fun of women. Referring to a car as a panty dropper and also taking donations for a car giveaway which never happened.

I called and talked to Steven with customer support. He gave me the worst customer service ever!!! THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER HE DENIED ME ACCESS TO ONE. He was very rude and I can tell you that this Honda Accord and CRV that I own will be gone soon and im switching companies as Hondas customer service shows how little they really care about there customers. YOUR MONEYS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!!!

My review is based on my experience with Acura Client Relation . I had the experience of buying two cars from Paragon Acura and two cars from Acura of Ramsey . The prices were good and the service when service consultant Kevin worked then for paragon acura was amazing . I recently had a problem with another car of which I called Acura Client Relation and was treated so badly by a case manager by the name of Katrina . Acura instead of moving forward has moved back . To have someone like Katrina representing acura is simply outright wrong . She is very disrespectful , rude and very unprofessional . She stated that since I did not buy the acura she would not speak to me but when the owner of the acura was on the phone with me at the same time she clearly refused to address me and also stated she still will not talk to me even thou this issue involved myself as well . This is a family issue and when one family member calls to inquire especially when they have the owner of the vehicle at hand on the phone , the other party should have the courtesy to acknowledge the family member on the phone . It does not matter at this point , Katrina refused . We as customers should be treated with respect and katrina failed miserably to treat a customer right . She needs to step back and learn the basic 101 customer appreciation program for acura . You treat a person the way you would like to be treated . Acura has declined with both service and their cars . Katrina assumes she has done a favor to us or she does acura customers a favor but in reality if acura's customer's never bought cars there will be no purpose for katrina having a job . Treat customers with respect and the right way , and yes Katrina your call is being monitored but just to let you know you are the one that was indeed rude and unprofessional . Its a shame that you carry the acura name , acura stands for prestige and class , well that is what it use to be in the past but it has declined and Katrina shows this lack of class . She should not represent a company like Acura , very sad indeed .

Honda has unbelievable horrible customer service. The mfg takes no responsibility for thier vehicles- they leave all up to the dealerships that extort money from you . I was a Honda loyal customer have 2 of them was going to by a third, but not with this type of customer service.

Beware of Honda practices if you're lucky enough to get one of their brand new vehicles with factory body defects...they're customer service (after months) is horrible. To be honest, it shocked me because the issue is with the 5th new Honda I've bought. My 2016 Civic Touring is now in the body shop for the second time (the first time was at 2500 miles). After having my car 7 days and repainting by brand new car's front bumper, the issue presented itself again in only 7 days. I finally got an appointment with the regional rep, who was extremely rude and acted unprofessionally. I feel he (and the dealership owner) tried to push and intimidate since I had no representation. He tried to tell me my car wasn't messed up (even when I showed him photographic evidence) when it is. I even walked him out to the car and showed him (proving him wrong). He then got mad a told me I had to the end of the day to accept a unreasonable offer when he said earlier I could have some time. He and the dealership then misrepresented the meeting in reporting by omitting facts and misrepresenting truth. Now for the second fix, they're refusing any assistance with a rental and left me stranded at the dealership/body shop.

BTW, the rep tried to tell (even from Honda's "perspective") that someone who buys their cars shouldn't be upset with a bumper coming detached at only 2500 miles...then having to have the new car in the body shop and painted. He also tried to tell me it wouldn't hurt its value. I told him I know other wise and he stated that another buyer wouldn't know unless I told him....wow...ethical...

I recently purchased a 08 Honda Civic that I am to...

I recently purchased a 08 Honda Civic that I am told is out of the warranty period for the paint recall. The local Lucas Honda dealer told us to go to a certain paint repair facility they utilize to get an estimate and that they would then submit to Honda District Recall Mgr to see if he would honor the recall on my vehicle though the Honda recall system indicated it was not under the warranty protection.
I am the third owner who recently purchased the vehicle from a previous owner. I knew of the recall for defective paint application on Honda vehicles where Honda shortcut the painting process to avoid EPA fines. The proper painting process was essentially circumvented improperly to avoid further fines. This meant a business decision to improperly paint cars to avoid continued fines. I have no idea whether or not the previous owners were notified of the paint recall though it is apparent on the vehicle roof and trunk that it has been like this for some time. I can only assume they were not. All I know is that the car was eligible to be repainted under the recall and I guess Honda is counting on missed notices by customers to save them some of the recall expense and headaches. I was told by the dealer service rep that the District Honda Recall Manager was denying painting my vehicle under the recall program. The effected areas were clearly not painted to the proper thickness (a mil reading was taken which shows conclusively that the paint was improperly painted). I have bought two vehicles from Honda before but with their lack of good faith to remedy a paint problem they created, I will not be able to consider their products in the future. I wonder how many others Honda is hoping will miss the paint recall notice so they can save themselves money by not remedying an issue they created.. This is clearly a problem that was on the car for some time but for whatever reason (which I assume was lack of notice) was not taken care of although it had been in several times to Honda dealers for maintenance and they never told the previous owners of the paint recall issue.

Their Customer service team need to learn a word "Responsibility".
I bought a used high mileage Civic LX 2012 in 2015 from a Honda Dealership, and there was a issue that require Bulletin instrustion service (not a reacall), you guys don't fix it before sold it to me, until I finally expereience this issue myself. ** Bulletin instrustion is not Recall, so normally car owner will not know there is a problem existed. **

All I ask is provide me a Audio update CD disc to fix the issue (I don't mind if I have to return the disc, if you want it back) BUT NO! Out of Warranty, bla bla bla, go to local dealer, but they will charge you. The local dealership want to charge me $48 for a simple software installation work, that even a middle school kid can do it. They try to end my converstation and kick me out from the talk.

You guys selling something with problem, and I have to pay for the problem that you made. MAKE ANY SENSE?

American Honda, Learn how to do business honestly with respect from your HQ in Japan.

I recently bought a Honda Fit 2016 and the starter has already given out. It is unbelievable that I'm already having problem with the car. I'm starting to regret my decision of buying a Honda. No offense, I just speak the truth.

When I reached 42k miles on my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid, the dashboard display panel went blank rendering most of the safety features lost including the reverse camera, turn camera, Bluetooth functions, gas consumption indications, radio and clock functions etc.. When I contacted American Honda headquarters I was told that I need to take the car to the service facility and as I have passed 36k mileage I am responsible for costs associated with the repair. I tried to convey them that the fault has to be an inherent malfunctioning or corruption of the Honda s electronic system components rather than extraneous wear that can be attributed to my use of this vehicle. Honda dealer charged me $70.61 for the diagnosis and replaced the defective Center audio display , at a cost of $446.37. Though I paid for the repair out of safety concerns, I strongly believe losing electronic system modules at 42k is premature and indicates a defective component for which American Honda should be responsible. American Honda declined to bear the cost of this repair. Should I buy a Honda or an Acura in the future? I think the answer is obvious.
Honda's 36k warranty indicates their lack of confidence on their own products. This is when many other auto manufacturers offer 70 and 100k warranties.

I will never purchase a Honda again..

Not worth any stars at all or any of my time to wr...

Not worth any stars at all or any of my time to write this review. But I have had to get this off of my chest for a while because it is making me sick (literally) due to inducing stresses that it has caused me.

My issue did not start at the American Honda Motor Company, it was only further exacerbated when I reached out to them for help and for customer service.

As an 11 year Honda owner with moderately good service through and through, I was loyal enough to get back into another Honda vehicle. It was a long time coming that I upgrade and after 11 years of driving my 2007 Honda Civic, I upgraded to a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. A dream come true, only to turn into a nightmare less than 48 hours after driving my brand new truck off of one Honda dealership lot and into another Honda dealerships service center for what I find out later was a transmission problem that was potentially caused at the manufacturing plant level and went unnoticed. But I am not a professional at this, I only go by what the representatives tell me in all of this.

Long story short, the vehicle was repaired, not without being in Honda s possession for 3 1/2 weeks though. With a car note due soon for a vehicle that I had not been physically driving. After some questions and concerns that I brought to every level of Honda, I finally reach out to corporate and there was where my dilemmas reached a catalyst.

Worst disservice to a customer I have ever had. Even for a representative to have the audacity to tell me that I was unprofessional after she consistently answered every single one of my questions with a NO. After a resolution was made, I do not feel like a whole lot was accomplished and that my voice was truly never listened to. Or that it was even worth my time to endure such unprofessionalism and disloyalty to a customer than just take my losses and move on with myself.

I no longer look at Honda in the same light and would never recommend their vehicles or their customer services to anyone ever again.

I needed a special honda tool to repair my ABS system. My car is a Del Sol '95. They said the tool was obsolete. I explained that the tool was available on the east coast at a Honda dealer. I asked if they could have the toll transferred out to the west coast to a dealer, so they could make the repair. All I got was a Sorry, no can do. Plus it took over three months to get the answer.
No one was willing to go that extra mile from the techs to management.
Customer service at the corporate level is a thing of the past.

I'm sharing this post from my friend who bought a defective car from Honda of Denton. The steering shaft was completely rusted and there is a significant oil leak. The steering shaft could have caused a fatal wreck. And when she went back to the dealership they refused to deal with her and give her money back. I'm asking all my friends and family to share this post so that hopefully they won't be able to do this to any other customer! My friend is not a rich woman. She needed a car to enable her to rescue dogs and trusted these people to not sell her a lemon or a death trap. This should not happen to anyone and I am in the process of writing to Honda about this franchise. I'm sure it will matter to them what their reputation is in Denton. This is a shame.

Folks, please think twice when you plan to buy a new Honda vehicle. Our recent experience in purchasing a new 2020 Honda HRV demonstrated that this American Honda Inc. is no longer trustable, as they now allow the substantial defective vehicle to pass the quality control and put into the marker for sale. More ironically, they are totally irresponsible for the mistake they made, and have very bad customer service as well.
We recently purchased a new 2020 Honda HR-V from Russell & Smith Honda in Houston, Texas. However, on the first day we drove out and found that its A/C did not work. We immediately called and sent it back to the dealer, who later found a big hole in its A/C system, demonstrating that this car substantially defective when we purchased it. Therefore, we went back many times and discussed with the dealer about this problem. We also contacted American Honda customer service many times to ask for a solution. Finally, we got a call from their customer service and said Honda cannot do anything about it as the defect is covered under manufacture warranty . The sales manager of Russel & Smith Honda told us that he was trying to contact with their engineer at higher level in Honda for a solution or some compensation for our loss. Unfortunately, the answer we got from him is that they cannot do anything about it .
Folks, this can happen to us and happen to anybody else. We have been loyal customers of Honda for 16 years, and definitely will not purchase another Honda vehicle. Please learn a less from us.

So dissapointed in my new 2011 Civic. Had been a Honda owner for YEARS. AC compressor failed, drivers visor broke , wheel bearings, foggy headlights, key fobs always breaking (very expensive), blistering plastic and cracking rubber around doors and windows. And, I do all required maintenance like clockwork. Soooo dissapointed. Bought two new Elantras. Broke my heart to do so. Come on Honda.

In addition to an air bag recall, I was told that I needed a very expensive a/c repair on my 2008 Honda CRV. The car had been under an 8 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty until 3 months ago. The car only has 57,000 miles on it, so I asked Honda HQ to help with the repair bill for the a/c. Their service, and (lack of) response, has been very disappointing. The C/S rep (Kathleen) did not return phone calls, and was almost no help whatsoever in keeping me informed of what, if anything, she was doing to help between myself and the local Honda dealer. I am really disappointed in Honda. I will never buy another one of their cars again.

So I bought my first Honda in 1971, a cb450. Recently my 2008 gl1800 Goldwing had a recall for a rear brake lockup issue. 120 miles after getting the recall fixed the problem went from the rear brake to the front brake and the wheel momentarily locked at 60 mph on a two lane black top. The bike and I survived but that day I went shopping for a new motorcycle. After waiting two weeks for my dealer to get this sorted out with corporate Honda, I called Corporate and found out that Honda Corporate personnel are even more likely to abuse you and blow you off than your local dealers, all of whom are going down WAY down hill. Three motorcycles and seven cars later I wouldn't even deal with Honda/Acura for a lawnmower.

American Honda Corporation and Mario the Regional Manager don t care about Honda owners. Have a 2016 Honda Pilot and had to replace all six fuel injectors at a cost over $1,100.00. Honda Corporation knows this is a problem and will not accept responsibility. Mario wouldn t give us his bosses name and refused to send us a reply in writing that they denied our claim. Will never buy another Honda and will never recommend Honda. Mario you are a poor representation of this corporation. Again, requesting to speak to your boss that you refuse to provide information on . I can be reached at nast234@hotmail.com

Acura is currently selling 2019 and 2020 RDX's with a "known brake noise issue". Unable to get any response on an expected timetable for resolution other than they are reviewing it. Given that they have yet to find a long term solution for the 2019's, I am not optimistic. If you are interested in a brand new "luxury" vehicle with extremely squeaky brakes, then the RDX is for you.

Honda dealership is great. But when it comes to the actual corporation they have no value for the customer. I got a 2016 Honda Civic fully equipped and I took my brother as well and got the same car as me , so technically we bought two at the same time and within the 3rd moth my car Started to get system errors , brake system problem, abs system problem , anti-lock braking system problem, tire pressure monitor system problem and much more. I took in the shop I would say 7 -8 times and was at the shop of total of 35 days at the shop and the problem was still there. So I called Honda corporation and made a claim. The gentlemen that took my case did not call me back or anything. So I got an Atterney because I didn't know what else to do. I was missing work couldn't take my son too school. It's been almost 7 moths and Honda still giving a hard time.I trade in my previous car I was down $4,000 and I was fine with it because I though I was getting a better car. Till today with down payment and car payments I've put close to $10,000 and Honda is just trying to give me $4,000 back. This was my first new car and gave me the worse first car experience. So if you get a car from Honda just make sure it's not a lemon because I assure you they won't treat you the same way as if you where a new customer. I would never get a Honda car ever again.

I wouldn t recommend Honda to anyone. Why buy a car from a company that is dishonest when there are so many other car manufacturers out there. If you buy a Honda with no issues I suppose you would be okay. But if there is anything wrong with the car they will act like a bunch of street thugs instead of taking responsibility.
I purchased a certified pre owned CRV and within 6 months it started to make a terrible grinding noise on startup. I took it to the dealer and had to fight to get the part replaced. A part called the VTC Actuator that distributes oil. They did finally change the part but in six months it was making the same noise. I took it back again and was told the part has an issue that they can t fix. They changed the part again and in six months it was making the noise again. At this point I called corporate because I was coming close to my warranty end. They were so extremely nasty. They told me there is no recall, no course of action for me, no extension on the part coverage and not even a list I can get on to find out when the updated part is created so I can pay out my pocket for it. Just like they didn t Manufacture the car at all. No responsibility. They told me that Honda has determined that the noise (which is created by the oil not being distributed to the engine correctly) is a normal function of the car . Shakeil in Customer Service also told me if I didn t like it I should get rid of the car. As if that is so easy with a car loan you have not paid off and a car with a defect!

All said and done, as a young widow raising her child alone, who bought a Honda because so many said they are reliable vehicles, I would have been better off saving my $19,000 and buying an older car from the side of the road. It would have had less issues and stress!

I own a 2018 Honda CRV ex-l 1.5L 4,500 mi. The heat/defrost does not work properly I have to drive the car to get it to work and there is a gas smell on the oil dipstick. Honda sold 2017 and 2018 with the Dream Engine and knows there is an issue with the engine as many are complaining of the same issue. Canada and China have fixes and 5 states in the north have been issued fixes meanwhile I sit in Arkansas with the same issue and no fix! So i'm supposed to drive my $30,000 car with gas in the oil adding wear/tear to a brand new engine !!!! NOT acceptable! They tell me it's not a safety issue- try to drive a vehicle with an unclear windshield and besides the point I would have never spent my hard earned money on a vehicle with a known engine problem! Honda is not standing with their customers on this vehicle they are shielding themselves from a poor design and thousands of people are driving a vehicle that has an inferior engine for the price they paid!!! I want my $$$$$ back HONDA!!!

i am disgusted by Honda corporate for not honoring their paint recall on my 2008 Mugen si. after spending 10k from DCH Honda in Paramus nj for a new engine...after Honda did not even attempt to fix my car...I am now told that a paint recall that was done horribly by Barron Honda on long island will not be honored because my car is not under warrenty. the first time my paint was "fixed" aka barron Honda got paid for a full repair but did not do the proper job..now my paint is chipping/flaking away. are you serius Honda ? is this what you call cutomer happiness? this is disgusting. I was pissed th first time I found out I needed a new engine. Turns out that engine hod 0 problems seeing as my friend put that engine in another si. I hppe everyone sees this because it is straight out theft. Dear Honda corporate do your damn job and honor your factory screw-ups. I did not mess up the paint timer in the factory. if you do not help I wi see you in court

I went to the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Hunting...

I went to the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Huntington Beach Dealership today on 8/13/2020 for a routine oil change. I usually have a great experience with helpful staff, however I was SHOCKED with how a "sales manager" named AMIT CHOPRA handled my situation.

I called the sales department because I knew the service center was closed. The last time I had called the sales department they were very helpful, however this time it was the complete opposite. Once I explained to AMIT CHOPRA what had happened, he told me that there was nothing he could do and that I would have to either drop it off this evening or drop my car off tomorrow morning.

I explained to AMIT CHOPRA that because I work in the healthcare field and have been working nonstop throughout this covid-19 crisis due to being short staffed, I asked if there was anything that could be done as I have to be at my work by 7 a.m., which is the same time that the service center opens. I was asking general questions to see if there was anything they could do to help me out because it is crucial that I make it to work as I have to see my patients.

I was getting frustrated because not only was he ignoring my questions, but he was being very condescending and rude to me saying, "What do expect me to do about this? The service center is closed and I don't have the keys, should I just go in there and fix your problem?" Because of his rude tone I had to fight back because this is something the dealership made a mistake on. I did not do this to my car.

AMIT CHOPRA refused to acknowledge my situation and proceeded to YELL AT ME saying" What do you want?! You want to take my personal car then? Take it!" At another point, he stated in another condescending tone, " Ma'am, I'm on my knees begging you for forgiveness" which was such an inappropriate and unnecessary statement. I couldn't believe that someone like this is working at a certified Honda dealership. If he is yelling at me and treating me with disrespect over a small issue, how is he treating other customers?

I had to write this review against AMIT CHOPRA in order to protect others and to make it known that this individual is treating customers this way and does not even try to actively listen. How is someone like this a manager at a certified Honda dealership?!

If he had just calmly told me the answers, I would have been fine. But because he relentlessly continued to be rude and put me down on the phone, I asked to speak to his manager. He then proceeded to say that he was the manager and there's nothing I could do about this situation.

I can't believe this is the standard Honda has for their employees. I have been loyal to Honda and it's been the brand that I stuck by because of the customer service and quality. After this experience I'm not even sure if I can or want to ever support Honda's brand after experiencing this. How does someone like this become a manager? This was by far the WORST experience ever.

Thank you AMIT CHOPRA for showing such hatred during these difficult times, and for making a healthcare worker feel put down and disrespected amid covid-19. You have truly shown how ugly people can be. I don't understand what I did to deserve this type of harassment and psychological stress.

Nov 27th 2019 my 2019 Ridgeline transmission failed, after getting a remanufactured transmission from the factory, now I'm without a vehicle for 2 more days while the Honda dealership "re-glues" my hood back together. (Second factory warranty.)
I've called customer service and was referred to page 8 of my warranty. Well maybe Honda needs to re-read their own page 2.
This is my 4th Honda, and will be my last.
2003 Accord has had 5 air bag replacements.
2008 Civic the paint failed,
2019 Rigeline is getting re-glued back together, and I'm without a vehicle.
Thanks Honda.

I have no ill will or bad favor with Mistlin Honda in Modesto, my disappointment lies solely with American Honda Motor Co, Inc.. I have owned 5 Hondas, 1990 Honda Civic Used, 1994 Honda Accord New, 1999 Honda Civic New, 2006 Honda Civic New, and 2016 Honda Civic CPO. I turned on my car about a month ago and the dashboard was giving errors for what felt like everything with Honda Sensing. Lane Departure Assist, Breaking Assist, Collision Warning Assist. I took the 2016 Honda Civic Touring that I purchased from Tracy Honda as a CPO in 2017 to Mistlin Honda in Modesto, Ca. The service advisor told me the repairs would be $3,200, for the Honda Sensing, and to fix the A/C which had stopped working. I was told the Camera in the windshield needed to be replaced, and the A/C had a leak and lost all ALL of its coolant. With Covid 19 I haven t even been driving this car sense March so it wasn t something I was eager to address however now that s its 100 degrees out in Central California the car isn t usable without it. I have owned this car for 3 years, bought it as a CPO and because the car failed on its own, I am now out $3,200.00 on my end for the honor of owning a Honda. I bought Hondas because of reliability; this is a disgrace on American Honda Motor Co, Inc. part. I will be sharing my story with anyone and everyone I know both online and in person. Shame, Shame, Shame.

What good is brand loyalty if the company you are loyal to has no customer loyalty? American Honda you really need to work on your customer service. I was a Honda lifer and now I will shift my attention elsewhere. All of my Honda's will be sold off and replaced with other brands. Goodbye Honda. Seems Honda does not care about your business or the loyalty of their customers. Do not fall for their false claims of being the " Helpful Honda People" its simply not true.

My Poor service with a local dealership Below:
So after several visits and working with the sales staff on obtaining my 2017 TLX AWD we settled on a number and documents were signed for a vehicle they found for me at a sister store. I picked out what was supposed to be a beautiful black copper car with espresso interior. Good thing I had them put in the contract that if the vehicle was not in perfect quality the contract would be void because upon inspection of the vehicle the vehicle was not up to new car quality standards to say the least. Even though having all day to pre deliver prep the car I was expected to be happy receiving a car which had massive swirl marks, water stains, sediment in the paint and trim, what looked like road tar on the lower rear passenger door and smudges on all the windows. The most insulting part was the manager Tim ( I believe that was his name ) simply looked at the car and said "what seems to be the problem with the car" my jaw dropped. I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and to be greeted on a purchase with such a degree of lack of pride in a product and integrity I was left simply sickened and terminated my business with south Bay Acura. My parents were also picking up a used RDX that same day, of course we didn't bother with that transaction after such treatment. Buyers please do not settle for inferior service. Your money is worth more that this.

American Honda HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purch...

American Honda HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a 2019 LX Odyssey last week. Didn't think I needed to check and see if the armrests on the second row seats were included. The corporate website clearly shows armrests on the second row seating. When I spoke with the South East Regional Customer Service manager she informed me that Honda is within it's legal rights to have incorrect ( fraudulent) information about their vehicles. She was rude and dismissive. She referred me to the dealer that I purchased the car from, they are trying to figure something out, which I think is unfair since they don't manufacture the car or publish fraudulent images of what is or isn't included in their cars. You are probably wondering why it is that I am so concerned with armrests? My husband had cervical spine surgery recently and is experiencing a profound disability with his arm strength and motor function. Because of this it is very difficult for him to ride for long periods of time without arm support. BTW he is 6'4" and cannot ride in the front passenger seat because of his weakness and lost mobility of his neck. All I want is ARMRESTS .....
