Beware of Honda practices if you're lucky enough to get one of their brand new vehicles with factory body defects...they're customer service (after months) is horrible. To be honest, it shocked me because the issue is with the 5th new Honda I've bought. My 2016 Civic Touring is now in the body shop for the second time (the first time was at 2500 miles). After having my car 7 days and repainting by brand new car's front bumper, the issue presented itself again in only 7 days. I finally got an appointment with the regional rep, who was extremely rude and acted unprofessionally. I feel he (and the dealership owner) tried to push and intimidate since I had no representation. He tried to tell me my car wasn't messed up (even when I showed him photographic evidence) when it is. I even walked him out to the car and showed him (proving him wrong). He then got mad a told me I had to the end of the day to accept a unreasonable offer when he said earlier I could have some time. He and the dealership then misrepresented the meeting in reporting by omitting facts and misrepresenting truth. Now for the second fix, they're refusing any assistance with a rental and left me stranded at the dealership/body shop.

BTW, the rep tried to tell (even from Honda's "perspective") that someone who buys their cars shouldn't be upset with a bumper coming detached at only 2500 miles...then having to have the new car in the body shop and painted. He also tried to tell me it wouldn't hurt its value. I told him I know other wise and he stated that another buyer wouldn't know unless I told him....wow...ethical...
