Good value. Prices are in line with the less-edible chains. Friendly service. Tasty sandwich. Having ice cream was a nice surprise on a warm afternoon.

Get the roast chicken (house made) with buffalo sauce on Dutch crunch. Best sandwich in Noe Valley.
Got a kids-size scoop of ice cream but it was a HUGE scoop which was nice. Shop wasn t busy at all, street/metered parking around the area.
Consistent, tasty sandwiches. Toasted and loaded. Plus Mitchell's ice cream!
It was okay not the best. Staff kind of inattentive.
This is my go-to sandwich place in Noe Valley. Toasty subs, Mitchell's ice cream, and prices that won't kill your wallet.
Try the Mozzarella Basil and add turkey (or bacon, or both!) and you won't disappointed.
Their sandwich The Noe is literally the best sandwich I have ever had.
Had the Matt Cain (meatball) on Dutch crunch. It was most excellent
Always a good toasted sub with friendly service; I had turkey & provolone.
Got my first chance to try out subs inc. 4 the first time. Wondering what took so long....Got my vote. #1 in SF. When they say " have it your way". You better belive it. Nothing short of being satisfied. Will definitely patronize this facility time and time again.
Very friendly staff member! Freshly hand made and toasted, delicious!
Great Subs fresh meats and great tasting subs. They have Mitchell's Ice Cream too!
I love this place. Little sandwich shops are the best.
For about $10 the 6" could easy feed two. Huge and stuffed full. Great deal. Lots of different options to try. My favorite place to eat in Noe Valley. I enjoy the table in the window. Adorable.
They have a five sandwich line up of vegetarian subs anybody could eat.
I crave Subs Inc. sandwiches all the time. Am just sad that I never get a chance to swing by more often and that I have not found a better sandwich maker in SF. I think the draw comes from the salty-sour salad dressing used in addition to the tasty house hot sauce. The "San Franciscan" (turkey and roast beef) is my favorite, the only sandwich I usually order.
Its a deli. No complaints but nothing exceptional. If you want a sandwich you won't be disappointed
Really good subs. Loved the turkey and cranberry. Unfortunately no bathroom.
Took about 15 minutes to get a mediocre $14 sandwich, despite relatively few diners. The dining area was in serious need of a wipe down.
Solid neighborhood sandwich shop. They have all the meat, fixings, and breads you'd expect, and most of the extra toppings (e.g. pickles, peperoncinis) are free. The sandwiches are huge! They serve Mitchell's ice cream too!
This place is everything. Always good, excellent service. I come several times a week!
Expensive for subs but fresh and tasty! For a few extra bucks, I would say the freshness of the ingredients is more important.
Amazing subs, great prices and fantastic people -- you can't do any better.
Pretty good. It is a lot. Turkey cranberry melt is delish
Decent subs, but definitely not the "best subs in town" as their door says.
Food was great! Service was great! I had the Cuban.
Good sandwiches and a friendly staff. I like the decor at this shop too
I've only been here once. I got the BLT with Avocado. It was decent for the price -- meets expectations!
Decent sammies but I was told by a jackass clerk pastrami/corned beef combos aren't allowed (after I'd been ordering them for years.)
Really? I mean really ?
Get your act together and stop being idiots.
It's the roast that make these sandwiches the toast of Noe. Mitchel's Pralines & Cream is my favorite wow desert.
Get the TBA! One if the best sub shops I've been to. Friendly staff, fast service, and even art on the walls. Who could ask for more?
I had the chicken gyro, I thought it was great. I didn't like how the bags of chips were expired and stale, I found other expired bags too, they should spend the extra money and buy new chips that aren't expired or near expired. Other than that, I did notice one guy not wearing gloves, hope he wasn't handling the food. But the sandwich itself, which is most important, was very good. I would come back if in the area.
Great toasted subs, an every-day favorite. They also have Mitchell's Ice Cream for a nice afternoon treat.
Subs Inc was recommended to me by friend as a place with delicious sandwiches. and I was not let down. I had a turkey, pastrami with special dutch bread (definitely get this bread). In the end it was a bit pricy, around $11 for the large but worth it.
Delicious and filling sandwiches with many varieties out of the ordinary. Loved the eggplant parmesan with marinara sauce! Prices are a little high but I am willing to pay it on occasion. Sometimes the large sandwiches can be lunch AND dinner. Those ones are worth it to me!
Overpriced sandwiches with mediocre meat and toppings.
