I called and talked to Steven with customer support. He gave me the worst customer service ever!!! THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER HE DENIED ME ACCESS TO ONE. He was very rude and I can tell you that this Honda Accord and CRV that I own will be gone soon and im switching companies as Hondas customer service shows how little they really care about there customers. YOUR MONEYS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!!!
