If I could put ZER0 star, I would do it.. It was my first time to used this money transfer, and I REGRET it right away.. This is a SCAM!!!!!!! They double charged my account, also when my family came to pick up the money the agent told them that the reference # was incorrect, when I called customer service no one answered the phone, i was calling between 9 to 5pm (Weekdays), I left a voice and no one returned the call.. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS money transfer, HORRIBLE SERVICE in the history of MONEY TRANSFER!!!!!!!!! if the money that I sent was for emergency, my family who needs it could have been dead before they got the money!!!!! That's how sucks this Pangea is... !!!!!!!

wrost customer service. No one answers at all. I dint got 30$ referral bonus .no one alive to answer.this is ridiculous

False advertising! They say it's an easy way to send money . Well it's not .
Made a transfer yesterday and my money were placed on hold ! I send all the info they need it to identify me and my money is still on hold . Now in our $200 and my friend doesn't have the funds either !!!

Pangea is the most helpful and understanding money transfer company i have dealt with....My transfers are done instantly and if there is an issue with the receiver you can cancel that transfer and it returned to my account very quickly and the staff is very friendly and helpful...without question.
They are better than any of the others and will be my means of transferring funds from now on.....Thanks Pangea......great job....sf

This is the worst money company I have used, they frozen my shipment even though they instantly took my money out of my account, customer service is nonexistent, nobody answers the phone and calls do not return, now they say I have I have to wait 7 days to get my money back, I will never use pangea again and I recommend that you look for another service

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! Cancelled 2 of my transactions totalling over $200 with no reason and have yet to see any refund and they will not do anything to help. They don't respond to email or live chat and never answer their phones. Been calling all day for 3 days straight not a single answer. Don't listen to the positive reviews if you plan to send more than $50 they will cancel your transfer and keep your money. I am filling complaints to the BBB, IC3 as well as attorney general's office and contacting my lawyer to file a lawsuit against these thieves. If anyone else has the same experience contact me we will begin a class action lawsuit.

My 1600 dollars down the drain , I should have just gone with the xoom or remitly .. My transfer is pending and.. I seriously dont know what to do. Avoid at all costs

I transferred money to philippines but it s been 3 days now and i still havent got my TRANSFER CODE! I ve been calling and emailing them but they are not answering

POOR customer service!i was recently referred and signed up. Needed help in deleting 2 recipients in my acct. Called customer service maybe working from home, I had to ask hello 2 x before this CR answered Yes? . She was on the speakerphone, talking to somebody when she answered my call, doors closing and she asked for my info and told me I can do it myself because she said that there are things that they cannot do. I told her that on their site it said to call customer service if I want to delete recipients. In the end I just said Thank you and next time not to use speaker when she is talking to a customer because she was barely understood!
Deleted the app from my phone and called my sister that referred me and told her I will not use Pangea nor will I refer this company!!

I thought sending money to another country was difficult. This was my first time doing it & my experience with the app was great !!

Customer service is pity. Siemore called to take 4 to 5 hours to answer. Very bad shipping service. I suggest you use xoom

**WORST EVER SERVICE I GOT**
Worst customer service ever. They have sent me a text message to call them to verify my recievers id or whatever and when I called them for like 3 times and they put me on hold for 30 min for each time and nobody answered my call and they finally ended hanging up my call. I would never use or refer this service.

My shipment was canceled because, according to the security system, I detected that my shipment was not safe, and after more than 1 hour I had made the transfer and now wait for the money to be returned to the bank ... up to 7 business days when they in that moment they discount it from the bank ...

I loved it. It just minutes for the money to be ready for pick up and they send a message for my recipient so I dont need to let them know that I sent money. The day I sent money there's a promo that they add $30 more for the actual money I sent and thats awesome.

I really like how Pangea money transfer services simplifies the process of transferring money, just download the app, and follow the instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I don't have any option to give lesser rating...This is like using a local service where no one is responsible. They have no clue whats going on. They simply debited and locked my money. Initially they said its review after that its receiver bank issue. But I am able to make the other transaction to the same bank. Better to go with reliable service rather trying with irresponsible srevices

It is a scam/fraud company. I didn't get $30 on top of that their commission charges are high. Very terrible call centre. IVR is horrible.

Don t waste your time, they called me back one time, asked for my drivers lic picture , I sent it via email. Weeks ago, And I ve tried many times politely leaving voice mails .. and nothing , no response ... no free 30$ either ... Use them at your own risk .. this is obviously a fly by night operation

Okay I have been using Pangea for almost 9 months and I really like their send to Debit Card feature in Mexico it has proven valuable since it is nearly instant if sent before 5:30 EST during the week. I also like their Promo codes and referral program it is nice to receive a bonus.. But Should you have a problem, like for example I had to send to a store to my mom while she was in Guatemala and I needed to correct her name so they would pay out and with other services like Remitely, Sharemoney, Moneygram this can be done no problem per Pangea's customer service the transaction has to be cancelled and done again. Oh and it takes 7 days for a refund to come back...Also customer service outside of email is almost impossible to reach in fact you cannot wait on hold past five minutes you will be mandatory sent to a VM and well probably get a call back the next day...See the issue also they can hardly ever resolve anything and when it comes to dealing with your money this can be a problem. Honestly if it weren't for the ability to send to debit card in Mexico I would not be using them. But anytime I need to send to store I will no longer due to possible issues. They need to have live agents that are reachable and also they need flexibility to make changes because yes they have a great platform that may work 90 percent of the time perfect but when there is issues they need to be able to be responsive in a "live" manner.

I have shipped with panqea but it is already paid 6.99 and fast change from 4.99 to 6.99
And I send to Salvador and you can only send to two banks to Slavador and they have no other options

dont use this service, they cancel transfer under stupid excuses and dont reimburse the money, this is a fraudulent company and plain thieves, they take advantage of the mexicans like me that work hard for every penny that have to send money over there. they use tricks like promising money if recommend somebody. dont fall on this trap, they are criminals, and the google store reviews for the app are just fake. No usen este servicio porfavor , NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO, SON RATEROS Y ES PURO FRAUDE. OJO

Customer care never pick the phone and if they do by chance, just false information. They are just putting money in advertising nothing else....if you are ready to wait for infinite number of days.........go for it at your risk. Because there is no one to take care of your money.......PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

I have initiated a transaction on 17th Oct and as per Pangea, money transfer to India was b/w 0-4hrs and guess what the money hasn t reached to the beneficiary s account yet, I have reached out to the customer service both by email & Call they simply ignore my calls and emails. They have debited money from my account the same day and I really don t know what to do in this situation.

I hope this review helps people to save suffering in dealing with this in professional businesses, I would strongly recommend not to work with this company!!!!!!

Great way to get money to a loved one in a different country try that's fast and easy. The process to do it was clear and easy and I will definitely be using it again.

Terrible. The worst service. I made a shipment to Colombia on 3/6/18 and today 8/6/18 and the money does not appear, they say that it is the fault of the bank in Colombia and the "operators" do not give me a solution, they only say that wait 4 at 6 hours and they call me and tell me to send my beneficiary to see if they give him the money if not, ask for the manager. Which does not seem like a solution to me.
The worst is not the first or second time that this happens to me, but it will be the last.
DO NOT SEND MONEY HERE.

Stay away from it. If you face any issue with your transaction, you are gone. Customer service is worst. Just keep waiting no customer care representative available to resolve your issue. Chat with them even worse, chat representative don't have any information about your transaction and just keep telling the same thing which you can already see on the portal.

I tried to send money today for the first time and they cancelled my transaction. I don t know why they cancelled it and they took my money on my bank account.
