I've had a 2016 Honda Civic for a year now since day one I've been having problems with it turning off while I'm in the middle of driving along with brakes locking!
I have brought it in 4 times for them to tell me they trust the car with their life and that the problem is fixed this is now the 7th time my car has done this I almost got in a car accident right now I have left several messages to Alycia for several days now ...she never returned the phone calls... ive talked to Simon and now have the impression that all case managers are rude and inconsiderate and sneaky . I will never purchase a Honda again..
