Great experience working with Carlos P. at World Toyota. He was cheerful, honest, and helpful. He was quick to follow-up and was very skilled at listening to the needs of the customer and delivering the best product that fell within the expressed parameters. I would definitely recommend his service to friends and family.

This was my first experience at World Toyota. The service coordinator I had was excellent! Chad made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, responsive when needed and very kind. He even walked me out to my vehicle to see if there was anything else I needed help with. The facility was clean and I enjoyed how the waiting area was set up for easy social distancing. This will be my new place of service for my car. Great job!

Salesman was great and fun to chat with, however once I got to the finance room, the man in the room continued to insinuate that daddy was buying my car, which is not the case at all. I should ve walked out at that moment and not gone forward with the purchase, but had already exhausted myself bargaining with the salesman. As a young woman who takes my career very seriously, this was extremely disrespect.

The scheduling of the service was easy enough and the oil change was faster than expected. One of the items they said they checked was the cabin air filter. However the next day I checked it myself and it was filthy. So I really don't know what they checked and what they say they checked but didn't. The quote for the tires was not competitive. Costco was over $200 less with a better warranty. I picked up my car at 8:30am and there was no cashier. Had to go find someone in Parts who had to go get a money bag from someplace. The new remodel is nice for the Service Drive but terrible for Parts. You have to weave through tables and chairs just to get to the counter, if you can call it a counter. It s literally so small there was barely enough room to sign the invoice. Plus there s not even a sign anywhere on the outside or inside directing to the Parts counter. Over a year in construction and who knows how much money spent and still not a sign telling you where the Parts department is located.

UPDATE AUG 2018:
We were in the market for another new vehicle. We returned to World Toyota after having such a great experience during our last visit when we purchased our 2018 Tundra. Mark Capozza and his team always go above and beyond to make sure we are treated like family - and that's exactly what they did! I had the pleasure of working with Terrell Lee who was very informative and knew all the specs of my vehicle - inside and out. Terrell answered any and all questions we had regarding the vehicle. Jason in the Finance department also helped to make the buying process easier! Thank you, Mr. Capozza for again, making this process less stressful and more enjoyable! I would highly recommend Mark and his team to any of my family & friends who are in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience with World Toyota was very positive Mr. Peter B was professional, courteous, kind, hands on and demonstrated his expertise and knowledge of his profession as a Super Salesman. He was patient and answered all my questions without showing any signs of being annoyed. He is very very good at his profession. On a scale of 10 he is a 10 , 10 times over. I don t have anything negative to say about him he is a plus plus. The financial department gentleman was professional as well, explaining everything in precise details in a way that I could understand. Mr. Peter B s Brother that came to pick me up for the ride to World Toyota was professional as well. I didn t feel uncomfortable riding with him, he was a great conversationalist I enjoyed his company. Overall, I give everyone that help me 100 percent GREAT!!!!!!! I made an appointment because I read that there may long wait times. My appointment was for 2:30 and I sat until 3:30 before being help. After that, I waited until 4:30 to be told that the first 30 minutes of diagnostics was free, but after that it would be around $140 to diagnose an issue. They were nice but I won t return to have my car checked out.

Overall a great experience!!

We were in the market for a second car and came across couple of cars available at World Toyota. Hasan, our sales rep was helpful and courteous in getting the car which we liked. The entire sales team and finance were quick to wrap up the paper work and get us out in an hour. Overall a great experience and big thanks to Mark Capozza for addressing our concerns.

Beware: not professionals any more.
Had terible experience with them yesterday. Assistant manager who came and check with you once you park your vehicle was terrible. He quoted me 100 dollars for AC coolant change and 30 for oil change,but later made me pay 225 dollars.

Reason he said was that he did not know that A/C coolant costs that much. He then said he will give discount of 35 dollars but then my bill came to 225. When i checked the discrepany he said element was changed in oil filtering costing 15 dollars additional for oil change and 40 dollars additional for air filters. I asked why was this not informed prior but he didnt know.
Just ripped off money. The service was good till end of last year. But my 2 services here this year have been really bad. Seems like they dont care anymore.

I MUST applaud Mr.Kevin in sales! His personality and ability to relate makes the visit all worthwhile! He's PATIENT, THOROUGH, and down right just a GOOD GUY... GREAT Vibes PERIOD... he walked me through ALL my options and not one time made me feel pressure. This is not what is usually expected... Kevin definitely gave me a new outlook on the sales people of the auto industry and totally eased my anxiety when it comes to purchasing a vehicle!!! Thanks Kevin of World Toyota!!!

Came in to pick up my car from the service department and I was in such a rush that I didn t notice someone spilled their lunch all over my car keys! They are covered in some sticky substance. So thanks for that Toyota. If I had the time I would go back to have someone clean them off for me! :/

Good evening,

I built a great working relationship with Jom Bearden years and years ago when World Toyota was located on Buford Highway. Although l lived in Southwest Atlanta, I worked in Brookhaven for many, many, years. Therefore, I would drop off my 1996 Toyota Avalon in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon after work. Jim provided outstanding customer service as he understood what I needed, informed me of what was required to perform service, including cost and time, and I never had a problems with my car breaking down and leaving me stranded. Therefore, when I no longer worked in Brookhaven, I continued to have make the long drive to the new location have my car serviced where there was a trusting relationship. Now that the 1996 Avalon is now my primary mode of transportation, the heat and air repairs are necessary. I made a few trips, purchased several parts, and let my request be known clearly with little chance of completing the repairs anytime soon. I was grateful to have Chris to takeover my repair project. He displayed a customer first approach and attitude from our first conversation until I drove away. He understood my needs and concerns. I was clear on cost and time. We worked as a team to determine the best way to proceed so that I may receive a safe vehicle in a timely manner and to ensure that I was no longer inconvenienced. Chris is extremely professional and I hope that we will continue a great working relationship as I continue to have my car serviced at World Toyota in the future.

I can no longer count the number of times this dea...

I can no longer count the number of times this dealership has wasted my time on one hand. From day 1- when I went to see a used Corolla that was listed online and it was not ready to be viewed when I arrived at the dealership (this happened 2 times after this) to waiting 30 minutes for a Service Appointment I had made on 6/10 only to finally be serviced and told it would take 1.5 hours for an oil change.

I recommend Precision Tune off of Cheshire bridge. In and out in <25 minutes.

I purchased my car here and it came with free services that I wasn t aware of. I paid for many of them and was not informed until maybe 2 years later by a rep at a different location. They are able to see my free services in their system. Also, I recently took my car in to be serviced and inspected because of an issue I ve been having lately. The rep that checked me in took my car for a little drive and agreed that she felt what I did and that there s something off with my steering wheel. After waiting for my oil to be changed, the same rep told me that the person who inspected my car says that there s nothing wrong with it . . . But there clearly is. I m not sure if I ll be returning to this location.

I had a great experience with Toyota. First time buyer, my agent was Evon Rice. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of me, he said we are gonna have you driving off in something today and they surely did. I did experience some issues with sound and my radio they re in the process of fixing it but I got my car I m happy! Definitely would recommend! Great team of people, great reliable service.

Glad I have a great dealership down in Savannah to work on my truck or else I would seriously considered selling all of my Toyotas.

Me and my girlfriend Janell went to help her see how much her cars trade in value was after completely being over the issues we've been having. What started as a quote turned into getting a car! We didn't think we could ever get a car because our credit is crap. But they were able to work with us with only the car trade in! Our salesperson, Mariam, was extremely helpful. Even when we would get frustrated or scared about such a big decision. I give her and World Toyota 5 stars for such great service and a great deal on the 2013 Volkswagen Passat!

My family has lived in GA for almost 15 years, and two of the vehicles we own now are from this dealership. Their normal service is great, with regular maintenance and regular servicing. But unfortunately today, I am giving this review due to unprofessionalism and lack of cooperation coming from this place. We purchased a 2016 Tacoma a few months ago from here, and just as of over a month and a half ago, we brought it in for a recall maintenance. For the ENTIRE duration of that time, we had absolutely no communication or updates. Every week we chased the representatives online and over the phone, and all they told us was "We will have a manager call you" or "Your parts are still on the way, and we will have someone call you for updates." And my phone did not ring once for the past month and a half. You would think that a big corporate business like this would expedite these types of situations; especially when we are paying for a couple of months towards this car with no usage AND didn't even give us a courtesy car to use while our vehicle was in the shop collecting dust. At this point I'd rather take our vehicle back and have it explode than to give it to a dealership with no sense of priority for their customers; especially for customers who have had to bring their vehicle in for a SAFETY RECALL. We will probably need to wait another 5 months for any of these people to get anything done, or we will just take the car back. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

Great service. It was my first time visiting for a oil change and tire rotation. I bought some touch up paint aswell and the parts worker walked me through how to use it in depth. The people were nice informative and honest. Also you can't beat a free car wash after the service. I will definately be back.

We had great service (non-pressure, courteous and helpful) from Malik M.; their lease offer was aggressively in our favor and flexible in financing terms. It worked out with significantly lower monthly lease payments over 36 years -- an offer we could not refuse! Great experience.

Damion really made us comfortable and kept us informed of the situation with our van. We felt like we really had someone looking out for us. I hope I never need car repair in Atlanta again, but if I do I'll go to World Toyota and will look for Damion.

I was nervous about taking my car in for an oil change while we re still in this pandemic. So it was really comforting to see everyone at world Toyota doing their part! All of the staff were wearing masks. And I would say about 98% of the people in the waiting room were as well.

I was helped by Ryan today and 10/10. Would recommend. Dealing with car problems makes me anxious but he was very personable and knowledgeable and I felt at ease and taken care of. Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Called them earlier today if I need any appointment for oil change, they said we re fine. No appointment necessary. They are slow today. So I went there for my wife s car s oil change. First thing they asked me to pull my car next to trailer and told me someone will meet me. I waited and waited. Cars behind me were being helped but I stayed there for about 10 minuets and no one even asked me if I need any help. Finally someone approached me and asked me to go trailer #2. When I went there, it felt like it was my fault to go there. She told me that she is busy I need to go to trailer #3. So I went to trailer #3 and being told the same thing and asked to go back to trailer #2. At that point I understood I came to wrong place oil change.

Their lack of coordination wasted my time and don t know how many others.

I have been to World Toyota for regular maintenance while I was leasing a 2014 Avalon and now a 2017 Camry. One of the best teams I ve ever come across. They take care of you in a timely manner, and are constantly communicating whether it be updates, changes, recommendations, etc. Alen was my Service Advisor most recently and I highly recommend him. Good guy all around.

On a more recent occasion, Marcus was equally helpful. He took care of my issue and helped me get a better price on my repair. Awesome!

They took a little extra time to replace the recalled parts in my Toyota Yaris, but they did everything right, as far as I can tell, and were friendly. They even spent the extra effort to let me come pick my car up after regular closing hours. I'd consider coming here again if I needed Toyota specific services.

Excellent, fast service. Highly recommend. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed there to get looked at. I called them and they were able to fit me in the same day. When the tow delayed and i called to push my scheduled time back, it was easy. They were so professional and polite. Tow truck got there around 4 30 pm and we were in and out out by 6. This place will be my go to for car servicing from now on!

Not very satisfied with their customer service or ...

Not very satisfied with their customer service or their service department. Let me explain.

I took my 4Runner in for the first service (5,000 mile) which was essentially a tire rotation/check of fluids.

1. After I left, I was sent a text message telling me to text back with any questions. I thought this was a good thing but I sent two messages back to them (my service rep) asking questions, but got no response. So, this system is useless/pointless if you dont respond to customers.
2. I was told the service would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. No problem, I just decided to drop it off and come back later (when they called/texted to let me know it was done - which didn t happen). So, after about 4 hours and not getting a call/text from the service rep, I decided to call them. They said it was done and I could come and pick it up. I responded and picked up my truck. I checked the receipt they gave me and found out the amount of time spent on the vehicle was about 18 minutes. They started on the car 15 minutes after I left and finished within about 45 minutes of me leaving. Good for them - except they didn t call me (or text) saying it was done - I had to call them back - poor customer service.
3. I asked the service rep if he could find out about having something done with my key-fob. He said he would but didn t follow up. Again, poor customer service.
4. Now that I have the truck back, I find that it is drifting to one side, when it didn t do that before.

Even though they are the closest Toyota dealership to where I live, I will not be taking my vehicle back to them for service. My advice when using this service department - use caution and explore other options.

Always got a good customer services, again it was from my experience! Staffs and Reps are nice. I always take my car to check following schedule to avoid unforeseen circumstances so I probably say you got for what you paid. So far, I don't have any complaints for world Toyota yet. Today I got Chelsea who just been working there for 6 months, WT got the right person, good job!

Received a call from World Toyota reminding me that with the care package we purchased I still have a remaining oil change included. The representative helped me schedule the appointment for the following Saturday. After the appointment they charged us the full price and refused to give us the free oil change as discussed on the phone. They said they d review the call logs and get back to us . Very poor management and customer service.

I had the best experience purchasing a car here. Kenny and Mike were amazingly sweet and honest. I was scared that all car salesmen would be pushy and kind of bully me into buying a more expensive car, but that was definitely NOT the case here. I didn t feel like I was selling my soul or was being taken advantage of. They were able to get me the exact car I wanted. I got the recent graduate deal too, which saved me a lot of money. I highly highly recommend these guys, especially if you re a recent grad. I got a great interest rate too. They will take the time to work with you and make sure you are happy with your purchase upon leaving. Very trustworthy people! Will definitely be recommending my friends and family here!
