I was in for 5k maintenance on my 2019 Toyota Sequoia. They had me in and out in an hour with no cost. The updated customer waiting area is quite comfortable, and the coffee was hot. This is my second vehicle at World Toyota, and I remain a satisfied customer!

Purchased 2018 Rav4 Dec. of 2018. Sales representative expressed a factory remote start could be added to the vehicle. The color I wanted was at another dealership so I would pick it up a day or two later. Turns out a factory remote was not added but instead added a cheaper third party remote start which voids my cars warranty without my knowledge. After having my car repainted due to an accident, the battery was unplugged and reconnected (standard practice) the car the keys stopped working, the door locks stopped working, the radio has stopped working, and my dash has a warning stating the hood is open when it's not. Corporate said there was nothing they could do because of the third party install by World of Toyota. In order for them to help, Id have to return the vehicle to "factory status". That has been done and the third party remote start removed by World of Toyota. After a lot of run around. World of Toyota has been zero help and claims they can not figure out what my car is stating the hood is open. This model of Rav4 supposedly doesn't have a hood sensor. Its under warranty and only has 20,000 miles on it. I've filed 3 corporate complaints and yet to have a call returned. Corporate says there is nothing they can do but keep calling World because it's their responsibility since they did the 3rd party install. World isn't standing by their vehicle or the service. No help at all. I've even called the general manager and I'm still waiting for a call back. . . . . DO NOT USE THIS TOYOTA DEALER.

Purchased a car here from Shelton, he was willing to work within my budget and get me a good price on a 2018 Camry SE. He also let me test drive two different models, and was very funny and polite through the entire process. Everyone stayed about an hour after closing time to help me finish the deal. Kudos to the whole group, including George in finance!

Noa was great, however I had several concerns and issues. I appreciated the complementary car service to my office, and the driver was somewhat polite to another passenger and me, but rude and short with a Latina woman, yelled at her to give the closest cross street on Buford Highway even though she gave the street address and name of the apartment.There is too much racism and immigrant hatred these days, I will not frequent a business that tolerates it. OK, I filed that opinion away. Then when I picked up the car which needed new tires, my debit card was one World did not honor, so I said I could write a check. I was told you don t accept checks. Even though I have used one there before and Noa told me it would be OK. At that point, I was so irritated that I would have walked home. However my check was eventually honored. And to crown this somewhat unsatisfactory experience, one the way home, just as you were closing, the tire pressure warning light came on. I reset it according to the manual. The light has not come back on, but maybe a light came on over my head. Maybe I should find another place to have my car serviced. Perhaps you could give me a reason to return to your service department?

Took my new Toyota for the 5000 mi service today. I was there at opening to drop it off and they drove me to work. The service was compleated in record time, I could have just waited and still been at work on time! My service coordinator J Pitera was very nice and he even had the car detailed for me since I wasn t picking it up until after work. I was very impressed with the entire experience

I dropped my car off today for service, my appointment was at 11AM and they took my car in at 12pm! When I bought the car I was told clearly that if the warranty repair took more than a day I would be provided a loaner car. The rep there told me I can t get a loaner and even if I did I d have to pay out of pocket cause he doesn t know if the warranty even covers that. Seriously?? It s mentioned on their website that loaner is provided if the repair or diagnosis takes more than a day!! This is really not the service expected after buying a 2018 Toyota Camry!

If I could give a negative star I would. So I just bought my car a 2015 Kia Sorento 3 months ago from World Toyota. The person Johnnie who was helping was not the friendliest and seemed to have an attitude with me during the process. It took over a month and multiple phone calls to get my tag because they somehow forgot to do the emissions so I had to go get that done and then drive all the way back to the dealer to get the tag. Very inconvenient. I will never go back to that dealership again for a car.

Very disappointing visit today (12/30/16). I purchased my car from this dealership in November of 2008 and I was looking forward to purchasing my next car from them when the time comes. I have faithfully had my car serviced here and I've referred others, over the years, because of the great customer service that I always received. I live in Douglasville, GA and my drive is well over 35 minutes. Unfortunately today marked my last visit.
I pulled in the service area and I stood outside of my car waiting to be acknowledged. I was the only customer waiting for about six to eight minutes. I observed some employees assisting customers, some employees standing around talking in small groups and some employees were looking down at their cell phones.
Two ladies pull up in a car behind me and before they could completely exit their vehicle, they were greeted with the warmest greeting. My presence was never acknowledged.
In disbelief, I got in my car and drove off.
I could have easily played the race card, because I'm black and the two ladies were white.
I don't know what the problem was and I know that the situation can't be changed. I just hope that whomever reads this will address the staff to make sure that this never happens again. All customers should be treated equally. This was a very humiliating experience for me and I could've responded in a different manner and caused a scene, but that wouldn't have solved anything.

I made the mistake of purchasing my 1st car here. Damien was my financial guy. He added things to my contract that were not explained or willfully left out. He also charged me for a service that I never received as evidence by no documentation and I was supposed to receive an accessory kit. I did not leave with a copy of my paperwork, in fact still do not have a copy of my paperwork and I purchased the vehicle 10/18/19. His finance manager Richard Terrell gave worst customer service imaginable after calling and trying to reach him for days. He denied that anything was wrong with the deal. These people will find a way to get over on you if you re new to financing, young or a woman.

General Manger Copoza was able to fix the errors. But with the customer service I received and all the stress, I would not recommend coming here.

Prompt service and detailed explanation of services and cost. Great customer service when you make it to the service center. Transparent too. They told me about the recall of my car's airbags and even about free oil change and tire rotations that I have. Clean waiting area and restrooms. They also seem to abide by Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Not very great help from associates when you call them on the phone to make or enquire about an appointment/courtesy lyft drop-off.

Had a fantastic car buying experience at World Toyota thanks to the outstanding service that Mark Lawson provided me and my husband. Mark truly went above and beyond not only at the point of sale but, most importantly, afterwards. He made sure all my questions were answered in a most timely and professional manner. Truly VIP service. I'd also like to thank Jason Strong for treating us like family. Undoubtedly would buy from World Toyota again thanks to Mark and Jason.

My wife and I purchased our first new car here this weekend. Our salesperson was Roy Samuel. Roy really made the experience a pleasure. We showed up with no appointment, and he was happy to show us as many cars on the lot as we asked to see, and to take us on several test drives. Roy is very kind and truly works hard to find a vehicle that is right for the customer. As first time buyers, he did a great job keeping us informed about the process with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealer and especially Roy for a pleasant buying experience.

Everyone at World Toyota was kind and made the car buying process so easy. They gave me the time & space I needed to wander the lot looking around. No predatory sales people. Once I decided on a vehicle, the entire sales process was smooth. Once I purchased the car, my salesperson Jarrell, walked me through all of its features and helped me to understand exactly how to use it which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend World Toyota to anyone who is looking for a car.

I went for an oil change and tire balance for my 2014 Toyota Camry LE and they forgot to reset my maintenance light (gave me feeling that did they even do oil change?), I had to visit service again on next day to get the maintenance light reset. The representative didn't knew how to reset so he asked his colleague and he explained him how to do instead of coming and doing it. He tried several times(restarting car and doing all sorts of changes on the odometer) and finally gave up and called technician to do it.

My service adviser told me that synthetic oil lasts for 10,000 miles but they put sticker on my windshield for next service after 5,000 miles.

There was only one shuttle available and it took more than 35 minutes to drop me at my office which is only 6 miles from Service center and there was no traffic.

I do not recommend World Toyota wonder how they have such good reviews!

Excuse me, but even though the attention was good in terms of respect and cordiality, the service of the vehicle was not so, they left the dashboard in service mode, one of the covers of a badly placed rubber, went with other expectations in the service but they were not attended, I hope I do better next time, additionally I do not have any support to know what they did to the vehicle, they only told me to sign here and your car is perfect. Thank you

I have been in the market for a new car from past 2 months and I must say that, I am very pleased with the customer service at World Toyota. The sales person I have worked with, Derris Marshal is undoubtedly the very best sales person I have come across so far. (This is my third car)

He was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. Most important he is not pushy, rude like the other sales people I have come across in other dealerships, which made them lose my business. Overall I had a very great car buying experience at this dealership and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends.

I would also like to mention that the service I have received from Joe in financial/business department was exceptional. He made sure, I am aware of all the options offered to a new car buyer. But at the same time he let me make my decision on what to opt for and was not pushy at all.

I like the way they segregated the roles here and how the Manager had his e-mail and CELL phone number listed on the back of business cards to let him know if the service is below excellent. Great leadership and good team at World Toyota.

Extremely impressed with the service we received from buying a used car. Valine (not sure how you spell her name) was not pushy and had everything ready for us to look at when we arrived. Richard Wong was awesome. We weren t ready to commit until we though about it one more night and he assured us he would honor the cost we talked about the follow day. He even made sure to reprint us and sign the sheet to help ease my concerns.

I've taken my car here for scheduled service multiple times over the years, and they don't listen, overpromise, or mislead pretty much every time. Most recently, I went in for 30,000 miles, after rescheduling for an earlier day. I was quoted a wait time of 1.5 hours. I told the advisor that I had a coupon for a wash and vacuum and cleared the back seat. She told me that my tire rotation and alignment would be $100 instead of $150.

I waited 3 hours. They only vacuumed the front seat of my car. While waiting, I received an email offer for 50% a tire rotation and alignment, valid on the day I'd originally scheduled my appointment for. I asked my service advisor if she could apply it, and she assured me she could. When she brought the bill, it was for $150. I showed her the email, she said she would fix it, and only took off $50, the amount she originally told me she would charge, not the 50% discount in the email. As I was now an hour and half later than I expected to be, I just left.
Also, EVERY time I'm there, they tell me that I'll be sent a link to a survey and they need me to give them 100 or they'll be in big trouble. No other company treats their staff that way, and this Google review is the link they refer to. It's not a survey and there's no way to "give 100."

Don't go to World Toyota. I have gone there three different times to turn in my lease and their "Leasing Specialist" is never there. I even tried to test drive a potential new lease and we were ignored for 45 minutes before leaving and test driving cars at another dealership. I DO recommend Gwinnett Subaru - they were friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and better quality. I left with a new Forrester for less than I would have paid for a Rav 4. I kept my lease in perfect shape and made my payments on time. I have only ever driven toyotas and I was planning to keep it that way and now they've lost my business.

Andrew and Amanda were great to work with. Quickly got to my car, let me know what issues needed to be addressed then and which ones to consider for the next service visit. Thanks to them and the service department my 15yr old Prius has 224K miles and still running strong!

Hands down the best! I was having issues with my car before taking it to World Toyota to figure out what was wrong with it. Eric Matson my rep was very helpful, a great listener and dedicated to ensuring that when my car was returned to me that there would not only be answers to why I was having problems but more importantly a solution! Unlike other places in the area that were quick to bandaid to get you out the door or get you in a brand new car, Eric and his team were committed to figuring out what was wrong. He made sure the master tech saw my car and did thorough testing. About 2 weeks worth! Him and even one of the techs would call me to give updates and explain next steps so I remained aware of what was happening. All in all I still have my car, the cost to fix was well under what I expected to pay and I finally know what the issue was! Thank you World Toyota! Eric and the techs you have are phenomenal!

He was super helpful, very polite and respectful. He offered additional services by presenting them as needed items but did not push them. Very quick turn around and enjoyed him walking me to the main lobby waiting room and then returning to get me when the work was done. I was on the phone and he politely waited for me to finish my business call before escorting me back to collect my vehicle and make final payment. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience because of the Toyota Service representative. I will ask for him personally again on my next visit. Thank you, Mr. Daenzel Samuel.

The service was infuriatingly slow. The facility was not COVID-19 safe. The service representative (Glenn) was not friendly and continually coughed. Social distancing and masks were not enforced for customers nor employees. Employees were regularly seen without masks or were incorrectly wearing the masks. The waiting area did not appear sanitary/clean. I did not feel like my time nor business was appreciated/respected. I will never return to this facility to get my car serviced. I would recommend NOT going here to get your car serviced. Overall: very dissatisfied.

Had a perfect experience with my vehicle purchase!! Many thanks to my Sales Manager/Finance Manager, Jarrel Joye!! I saw the vehicle online at 1PM on 4/27. I was in the dealership signing my sales agreement at 4PM that day. Quite an amazing display of customer focus and execution!! Even more impressive in the fact that I was buying a used Subaru not a brand new Toyota. I did have a surprise when I came to pick up my vehicle and was told there was only 1 key fob. When I brought that to the attention of the dealership Mark Carpozza, General Manager, stepped up and provided me a 2nd key fob. I know that Mark has many, many activities and issues to deal with but he made my issue a priority and quickly resolved my problem. I know that I was treated as a valued customer and have great confidence that World Toyota will consistently deliver a 5 star experience for you too!! Thanks so much!!

In my three dealership experiences on my life, this has been by far the best one. Not only because I found the car I ve been wanting/looking for, but also because of the effort each person I came across with during my purchase was amazing. The sales manager Colin was the absolute greatest. The salesman Terrell was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the finance manager was very helpful. Such a great experience. Even though as we are as a whole (the world) going through a pandemic they were still able to have such hospitality and I loved every bit about buying my 2020 Camry TRD and I WILL buy another car from World Toyota.

Most Unreliable Service Center - Don't trust their advice. I used to take my car here for more than 3 years. It started eating up Oil and based on Toyota - I was under Warranty to get it fixed. I spoke to them and got Oil Consumption test done (2 times oil change- paid from my pocket). They passed the test -DONT KNOW HOW and now again, having the same issue. But now, my car is our of Warranty. Called Service Center to seek help - No One Care - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TRUSTING THEM. THEY FOOL CUSTOMER

They sold me a car with 25K miles and within 10K miles the tires were completely balled. When I came back and asked for a discount on new tires they refused. Karma will take care of everyone involved, would never recomment this type of treatment to anyone

World Toyota is the best dealership with a truest top notch service department. I never wanted to use a dealership s service department because too often you had services done that were not needed or were pressured to do things that were not needed. I love World Toyota s service department and will use them for my car as often as possible.
The people who work there are awesome.
They get an A +. from me.

Really bad experience for my wife. Said that she needed to change her tires and then kept her waiting for several hours to finish job without giving her updates. If she knew it was going to be so long, she would have asked for a loaner. After waiting 3 hours, she finally asked how much longer and since they couldn t give her a time, they finally agreed to give her a loaner. However, they didn t have one at the shop so they had to send her over to Enterprise. But when she got there, they said that she needed to pay for it rather than it being provided. Then there was more back and forth again until it finally looked like she would be able to get the loaner. Of course, right after the loaner was finally going to be processed, they immediately came back and said that the car was done, now more than 4 hours after she got to the dealership with a scheduled appt. If she was informed that it was going to be this long, she would have probably decided to get the tire done at another shop where we would have had more time to think about what tire to get rather than getting a close out Yokohama tire that they were trying to get rid of.

Leased from here and when they lost the second key they told me to come back in two weeks to have one made. When I came in as agreed I waited for 3 hours only to be told that they had given my key blank away to another customer. Then I was told I either had to wait 4 more hours or come back in two days. So no I m not spending my whole Friday at your dealership! The least they could have done is cover the gas! Every mile on my car counts since it s a lease!! Read the World of Toyota service center reviews before choosing to buy or lease a car here.

I stopped in for routine (5k) maintenence.The scheduling process was very easy. The service department facility is being renovated. The customer trailer was nice, clean, and offered free coffee and popcorn. My service took about an hour longer than expected. The place was very busy, and the customer trailer was almost full capacity the entire time. I was comfortable the entire time. The staff is very warm and concise. Thanks!

His 2 action items were very reasonable and necessary. I am looking forward to a better and improved service department facility.

If you are trying to buy a car there when the sale...

If you are trying to buy a car there when the salesman is offering 10 bucks to close the deal, DO Not Accept. That is a fair and unbiased judgement based on the service we received there.

Tried to buy a car there the other day, when we cannot agree on a price(which was well-above reasonable, for later we bought the same car at some other store for even 1k less), the manager came out, grabbed the quote straight out of my friend's hand, folded it, and said this was it, and if we cannot accept, we would not get the same price. Then without shaking hands or whatever, just left us there and walked in. Truthful account. So now you want to save some money and keep just a little piece of dignity, you know what to do.

Have been to multiple Toyota dealerships and this is the worst dealership by far. Was called in for an appraisal through KBB which showed a value of 50% higher than what they offered me for a lousy appraisal.

During all that, the attitude they had was like they were doing me a favor (making a donation) by buying my car. Seriously? No thanks, I would rather stick with the Toyota Dealer I have been with. So much for shopping around.

Could give negative stars if possible.
