This is my first visit at World Toyota and Eric was nice, quick and efficient, but mostly honest with me from the start regarding possible charges. I really appreciated that as I am on a limited budget. The shop was big, clean and well equipped to handle the Covid distancing requirements to make me feel safe. I'm very happy with the service and will continue to come herein the future.
Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating from start to finish. I would recommend him to anybody. Unfortunately, his finace manager, Tan, was the WORST person to encounter when spending $20,000 dollars. He was dismissive, didn t have any concern for our time, and above all else was rude, to the extent of raising his voice to my mother. MY MOTHER. Tan was a very big wrinkle on an otherwise pleasant experience put on by Jerry. Tan should be fired now!

Roy Samuel is the salesman I worked with during the recent purchase of my new Toyota Highlander from World Toyota and I was extremely impressed! In my search for a new car, I actually visited several dealerships (Toyota and others), and I must say that the service and professionalism exemplified by Roy was unmatched! Roy was extremely knowledgeable, patient (as I had many questions and was also undecided for a brief period), and most importantly, honest. I never felt mislead by the information he provided (plus I had performed my own research) or pressured to purchase anything I didn t want. It was evident to me that his primary focus was not solely to get the next car sold off the lot ..he had a genuine interest in ensuring that I was going to be happy with my purchase, which I really appreciated. Roy came highly recommended by several family members who had worked with him previously and I can tell you that he did not disappoint. From the minute I walked in I felt at home (maybe because everyone I met with was from the North like me). Hasan and Milton took great care of me and made the process as easy as possible. My wife and I took our "new to us" 2016 Toyota Camry here for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. My wife drove the Camry, and I trailed in our Mazda, so we could take care of errands while the Camry was being serviced.
There was very little organization to the service area of the dealership. Parking was extremely limited. I asked one of the employees where I could park and she directed me next to a lot in the service area. I got out of the car and met my wife at the service trailer. We explained to our service attendant what services we wanted (repeating the services we put down on our online reservation we had made). We returned to the Mazda to leave for our errands only to discover a mechanic had parked a car immediately behind our Mazda preventing us from pulling out. My wife told a mechanic. He returned 10 minutes later with the keys to the offending car and moved it out of the way. He explained the lot we were parked in was for cars being serviced. Why then was I directed to park there? I'm willing to forgive the chaos since this was a Saturday, and dealerships can be very busy. However, what happened next is what has made me decide this dealership is not worth going to.
About a hour and a half later our service attendant called me to let me know the Camry was ready for pickup. We returned to the service trailer and reviewed the paperwork. There were multiple errors. The car was listed as a Volkswagen Camry (picture attached to show how they have listed the car my their database). Toyota should probably investigate Volkswagen since Volkswagen is apparently building Camrys now. Secondly, and most important to me, the paperwork states that 5W-30 conventional oil was put into the Camry. The 2016 Camry service manual clearly states 0W-20 synthetic oil is what the car requires. I confronted the service attendant about this, and he assured me that Synthetic oil was put into the car. It's difficult to tell the difference between 5W-30 and 0W-20, so I can really only take his word that they actually put 0W-20 synthetic in the car. However with all the errors on the paperwork and general disorganization of the dealership, should I really believe this? The service attendant then proceeds to charge me for a conventional oil change. I had coupons for the dealership loaded on my mobile phone, and presented him the one for a discount on a conventional oil change (since that is what he was charging me for). He said he couldn't take the coupon since it was for a conventional oil change and they put synthetic in the Camry (why then are you charging me for a conventional oil change?). The bill states I requested for conventional oil (attached). Never once did I request conventional oil.
The whole interaction left me feeling very uneasy about the quality of service. Did they actually put synthetic oil in our Volkswagen Camry? The world may never know. What I do know is I won't risk getting my car serviced at this dealership when there are numerous alternatives in the Atlanta area.
I love taking my car here for I ve always had a good experience. Today was different however. I m guessing the guys working there work by commission because as soon as I said I only had money for an oil change the face of the guy helping me changed completely. He sighed even. The service to my car was great, customer service was not amazing.
Edit: I waited for more than two hours to get an oil change and air filter change. About halfway through waiting, the service person helping me said it would be 30 minutes or less and I still waited for more than an hour after that. That lack of customer service was very frustrating! If she realized they were running behind and had let me know I wouldn't have been so annoyed. I'll probably go elsewhere next time.
Old review: I have been here several times now for service and oil changes and I've had a great experience every time. The employees are always friendly and helpful and service is fast. They have a big waiting area with magazines and a TV, plus complimentary coffee and vending machines.
Would have been one star, the extra one star is for the sales rep, cos he did his best to help me out, but the finance manager is so rude and manipulative, spoke to me like he was giving me the car for free. Literally yanked the papers off the desk and told me to take the deal or leave it, because I refused to sign, unless at the rate that was previously offered to me by the sales rep, this was after running my credit TWICE! Do your proper research before visiting this dealership. They re not transparent!
I had to wait for approx 2 hrs. I would request to reduce the waiting time.

The sales part of the process was great. Jarrell did a great job and Damien was very professional and willing to work with us.
Detailing on the other hand was absolutely terrible. My 4 year old grandson could have cleaned the car better. I had to come back a different day because detailing was closed by the time we got the car. It was a waste of gas and one and a half hour of time coming back for detailing.
I arrived to my appointment today on time and waited past my appointment time to be helped. Other people who came in after me were acknowledged and helped while I was left still waiting. I expressed my concern to a couple of employees and was told to continue to wait as someone would come to help me. When I was finally helped I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half despite the fact that I had made an appointment in advance. After waiting on my car, I found that the main thing I mentioned I wanted to be looked at and fixed was not. When I brought it up again, I was told to return to the dealership I purchased my car from and have them fix the issue because World of Toyota would have to diagnose and fixed the problem and they in turn would have to charge me for that service. I returned to the non-Toyota dealership I purchased my car from and they told me that World of Toyota should have diagnosed and fixed my car at no charge because my car was new and still under warranty. I then called a different Toyota dealership and they confirmed I was still under warranty. I went back home and as soon as I parked my car a notification popped up that I had low engine oil. I checked the oil level and there was none even though I just had my car serviced a few hours earlier. I then called World of Toyota and spoke to the woman who helped me while I was there and she said she was busy at the time and would call me back but never did. This is the absolute worst experience I ve had with any dealership, and I will not be a returning customer.

Made an appointment to have a potential Toyota purchase inspected. When I showed up they said that they don't do that anymore for legal reasons. I insisted that I had made an appointment for that purpose. The technician went to ask his manager, and came back to tell me he could check fluid levels and tire pressure. That is something I can easily do myself. What a waste of time this was. I found another Toyota dealer who did a 140 points inspection, and gave me a full report on the car. Why World Toyota couldn't do that is beyond me. Now I know where to take my car for service and maintenance: not World Toyota!

TLDR: Bought a used car (traded in my car), it had two major issues within a month of buying (keys stuck in ignition and flooding due to a leak). Everyone I worked with was pleasant, fixed issues in a timely manner at no cost, no questions asked.
I bought a 2015 Toyota Yaris and traded in my 2010 Toyota Matrix. I felt like I got a decent price for the deal but within two weeks my keys were getting stuck in the ignition. I took it in, was given a rental, and it was fixed within a week at no charge to me. Then I traveled over the holidays and came back to my floors soaking wet (it rained a lot). I took it in, they gave me another nice rental car (both times the cars were essentially brand new), and a week and a half later I had my car back. Again no cost or questions asked.
I worked with Alan (Service center), Mark Lawson (salesman), and the manager (thinking it was Richard Terrell?). They were all friendly and worked with me to solve all the issues. I have enjoyed my new used car since!
UPDATE - 2/27/18 - The Manager replied to the post and invited me to contact him. I did, and he arranged all my repairs. While it took me months to get it done, I've updated the review (from 1 star to 4 stars) simply because the Manager reached out and it all worked out. Thank you World Toyota - faith restored.
OLD REVIEW--
After waiting for 3 hours with a lock actuator that would fail intermittent, they reported back to me, that while it's an warranty item (which they didn't believe I had the warranty and had to dig out my paperwork to prove it - #getacomputersystem), I was informed that they could not replace the lock actuator (the thing that makes it lock and unlock with the key chain) until it completely fails to operate. So today here I stand waiting with a business colleague to unlock my door from his side because today it failed. I also left a message for the Manager on 7/21/17 before I wrote this review asking to call me before I wrote a bad review - and I never received a call. I will not do business with World Toyota again. I've purchased 2 cars from them, both new, within 2 days of each other. This is a 2016 4-Runner. Unacceptable service and disregard to my time and effort to try to resolve this. Still - it doesn't work all the time. Attaching the ticket below to show how ridiculous this is - and that they actually typed this.
We won't be returning to World Toyota for routine service. They told me my fluids were low because I had leaks and tried to sell me replacement parts (after-market parts at Toyota prices, no less). My car isn't leaking or burning fluid and the last place the fluids were serviced was World Toyota.
I have a very good experience every time I patronize World Toyota. Dean Ron helped me on this day. He made my experience very comfortable. Customer service at it s finest.
The call center really put these guys in a tough situation but they were able to handle it - someone needs to implement a system so that you can t have 40 people show up at the same time.
Amanda really helped me with my car and service. She was patient with me when I explained to her I had a different type of warranty on my car. She called my warranty company and explained to me what was covered under them. She broke it down for me and explained in detail what she recommended for my car and what was going on with my warranty. I would definitely go again!

I got the 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE - wow! what a vehicle - white, my best color! Discount - right there on the side of the vehicle!!! I got one of the best deals I have ever received. I researched/visited 2 other dealers and they did not have this deal.... Vehicle would have been $5,000 more -yikes! This is not hyperbole - I am way old and have been buying or leasing Toyotas for 20 years and this is the best deal I have ever gotten. Emir was my salesperson - really nice guy, knew his stuff. And the sales manager was also great - how often can you say that? I luv my new Rav4!!!!!
I had to take my car here for a safety recall related to my airbag. The first girl I spoke to on the phone was entirely unhelpful, the second woman I spoke with, Amanda, was delightful but unfortunately she was not there (due to a medical problem) on the day that I brought my car in. The gentleman who helped me was fine, not terribly professional but fine. My car was ready sooner than expected, but my passenger seat was dirty when I picked up my car; I don t know what they did but it wasn t like that when I dropped it off. I do not recommend this place. I will do my best to avoid it in the future.

I went to this dealership hoping I would purchase the perfect vehicle I want instead of settling like I almost did at another dealership. Then comes Alfred my sales guy...he was very professional and definitely knowledgeable of the car I was looking to buy. He explained all the details in and out. Great representation of Toyota. There was no pressure or rush like other dealerships I've been too. Alfred made the experience the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Also his Sales manager Milton was awesome too....they definitely know how to work together keep a customer happy. They were on top of everything with the deal. The end result was I drove off the lot in my beautiful 2018 camry smiling from ear to ear. I will rate my sales person a 10+.....that's how great he was. I'm a Toyota girl so anytime I want a new one....this dealership is where I would be along with Alfred as my salesman!
My experience with World Toyota was great. I did have a little problem because when I traded in my Hyundai, I gave about $60 more for the amount and they paid off Peachstate Federal Credit union $60.00 less. When I called and left a voicemail to my sales person and to the title clerk; no one returned my phonecall to get the money back. I had the exact amount needed to be paid off but they insisted that i pay more just to make sure we have enough to pay off; I work at a dealership and I am a title clerk- and I know that you are supposed to give the money left over back to the customer... So i know how this goes :) but Mariam Davis was a great sales person, and I would recommend World Toyota to anyone.

I was concerned about going to the dealership with covid19 situation. However, i had to stop for the oil change and for some other inspections. Ryan Napier was very thoughtful and diligent. He explained the review results very clearly. He also disinfected the keys and the pens.

This is the 3rd Toyota 4 Runner that I have lease from Mariam Davis at World Toyota. She is very attentive to customer's needs and I felt she went to bat for me to get me the best deal she could. She is a pleasant person and does what she says she's going to do.
I have most often had my Toyota Avalon serviced at World Toyota. The few times I have had it serviced at other repair shops (tires, oil changes, ...)I had regrets.
World Toyota always listen to my concerns and if not, I am quick to ask for a manager. I do not ask for free service, just fair prices. I normally know what I need before I go there and have already priced my service amount.
My service Representative, Wydell, was very courteous and, I feel he really reached out to get me fair prices. I even had a tape which was stuck in my tape player and he encouraged the repair person to try to remove it, which he did (yeah ).
I was pleased with my service and just hope that the other items needing repair, oil pan & hose will eventually have a coupon so that I can afford to get them repaired.

Zirie assisted me in getting my car serviced today. I've always had a good experience with Toyota during my car maintenance visits, but the care I was given from Zirie today was exceptional. He took time to answer all my questions and let me know what additional service would be required in the future. I appreciate this kind of personalized customer service. This was the third visit to the service center to fix a simple problem. I finally got it resolved today and at each stage the price quoted was never the price in the end. Find another Toyota dealer in your area and save yourself hours of sitting in a mobile home used as their customer lounge.

No pressure, the truck was ready for me to pickup, finance guy didn't try and push unnecessary add-ons, we signed the papers and were out the door; they also benefited my wife and I greatly by allowing us to take ownership Saturday (we traveled almost 4 hours) even though our financing didn't arrive until Tuesday; they gave us a FedEx envelope to overnight the check on their dime. John, our salesman, was awesome and also his manager. No complaints.

My car had to go to the collision shop, and they were incredibly helpful and provided me with timely updates about my car. It took a few weeks for things to be completed, but they worked with my insurance company and made this process so smooth for me. They also sent my car to get a service (at my request) and the car was ready and complete by the next day. Highly recommend them due to their customer service!
Friendly service center, everyone seems knowledgeable and aware of their job. They are usually reasonable as far as service time goes and have a nice waiting area. I've never felt like I was being scammed or pressured into anything as I have be with other service centers.
A few months ago my girlfriend took her Toyota here because the check engine light came on. They quoted her at around $2,000 and listed tons of things that "needed to be fixed". I told her we should get a second opinion, and my mechanic quoted her at $280. Her car works great now after my mechanic worked on it, and she saved about $1,700 by not having work done here. Do not trust these people!!

The service at this dealership is always a challenge. Online reservations allow you to pick your service time. Funny because all times show as available. You arrive at the service entrance at your allotted time only to find 9 cars ahead of you. Twenty-five minutes to wait for a service coordinator. All of whom are frustrated and cranky. I was told that four techs were in the hospital. So they were short staffed. Perhaps they need to look at their schedule and adjust the available time slots. Service that normally takes one hour took three. My rating is not for my specific service coordinator. He was just doing the best job he could. It s the overall operation that needs a major overhaul.
Had a safety recall on my vehicle and Chris was very helpful and had my car back to me in less than 24 hours
Update 10/19/19: Came back for an oil change early Sat. morning. The waiting area was clean and they had Chick fil a biscuit sandwiches for breakfast! Corey Morgan was my service manager and he was friendly, helpful and did a great job keeping me updated about my car. I needed a new battery and he was able to look up my TrueStart battery warranty in the system which made things easier. In addition, he provided me with a discount because the wait time was still over 2 hours long! Thank you Mr. Corey Morgan for all your help! I will be coming back for regular maintenance at this shop.
There is a 2-4 hour wait for checking the engine light and air conditioning. Living in ATL seems to make wait times worse.

I have been going to World Toyota to get my Corolla serviced since I bought my car there in 2011. They have given me great customer service, have always explained what my car needed and why and also discussed things I didn t have to do right away, but would want to do eventually. They have never overcharged or tried to gouge me with things I didn t need, like other dealerships or car repair shops have in the past. They have a comfortable waiting area and wash my car as a complimentary service.
I usually don t take the time to write a review unless someone gives horrendous service. Today however, something happened that was AMAZING! My car had started making a rattling noise and I was just about to take it on a long drive and knew I needed to get it checked out. I got to the World Toyota service department around 5:20 pm (they close at 7) They took me in even though it was so late. My service representative Christian, knew the importance of my getting it checked out for safety before my drive. I had recorded the noise my car was making (because you know when you take the car in it will not make that noise lol) sure enough they test drove it and it didn t make that noise. The mechanic actually took the time to speak to me and listen to my recording of the noise. He did complete diagnostics to make sure everything in the engine was good, and continued his search. It ended up being a busted clip on the scoop in front which he fixed. The SHOCKER... my bill was only $6.72. They didn t even charge me for all the diagnostic time they spent on my vehicle or the personal time to listen to my recording of the noise. My car no longer makes the noise and I know I am safe in my travels. Thank you World Toyota, and Christian and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive! (Wish I remembered your name )

Purchased my first Toyota Rav4 (2014) from this location 2 years ago, and decided it was time to trade it in. I spoke to the Sales Rep sold me the 1st Rav 4. Just like the first purchase, her knowledge/ expertise in the newer 2017 Rav4 model was second to none, which her experience meant a lot to me! I was also shown a short video about it's latest safety features, and I was very impressed...after seeing the 2017 model, test driving it, etc, I was sold. I highly recommend this sales rep to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from this Toyota dealer location. And their maintenance dept is second to none.

In past World Toyota was superb! My advice today is to hire mature service provider representatives that actively listen to customers, offer standard services such complimentary carwash, make sure air pressure is equal and replace all caps.
Staff was excellent when I got there! Very friendly and helpful. I would only say that I was bringing car in for recall work and it would be better customer service if they looked up whether or not they had the parts to fix it prior to me asking friends for help to drop off car only to be told to come back and pick it up because parts not in stock. That was not the staff's fault who assisted me though when I brought it in. Those folks were very good.

Pretty fast service and they have a nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Customer interaction is helpful, friendly and informative. Prices seem to be fair. If you leave your car there, they will call you with updates and explain what needs to be done and why and then allow you to accept or decline the work based on the predicted price. They also offer a complimentary car wash so your car comes back to you better than you left it!

BEWARE! The service department told me it would be 45 minutes for an oil change, after an hour I checked and they said it was still being done. It was an hour and a half for an oil change.
I mentioned it to the cashier and she seemed to not care. No apologies, no excuses, nothing.
