I have been going to World Toyota for a year and some change now, and recently I got some work done to my car. Jesse Smith the Assistant Service Manager was awesome! Getting work done on your car is never something you look forward to, but Jesse really cares about his customers and wants us to be happy. His favorite line is, "How can we make it right?" He goes above and beyond your expectations and wants your experience at World Toyota to be exceptional!
