My experience with Keller Williams realtors was a nightmare. The realtor was condescending to me. I sent an email and text notice stating i would like to get out the buyer broker agreement contract and he held me hostage refusing to release me. I tried to call the office and the recording stated the number is no longer in service. Um what must i do to end this nightmare.
Brett Scott and the team at Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road are amazing. I have worked with Brett on multiple occasions for myself and my family and he has always been dedicated, thorough, and most importantly the calm you need to offset the stress of home buying! Brett genuinely cares for his clients and will work at all hours necessary to get you to the closing table! I cannot recommend him enough for your realty needs!
I also had the pleasure of working with the team at Supreme Lending at this location. I primarily worked with Kenzie Flood and Laurie Bullock who made mortgage magic happen on a short timeframe. I certainly recommend their services as well.
James and Rachel Farren are not only the best in the business but are some of the best people I know. We bought our first home, sold our first home, and then bought our dream home with these realtors.
1. They treated us like we were buying a Million Dollar home, and in reality our first home was around $200k and our second was around $300k. They don t care so much about how much money they are making as much as they care about the person or family they are fighting for in the process (their clients) and putting their clients in the best possible home available.
2. I don t think they have the ability to do this for everyone, but just to prove their view of business and how they see people before they see the $$$ in their pocket they took us out to a nice dinner a couple weeks ago just to talk about our lives and our future family that we are wanting. After hearing our story, they went home and discussed how they could help us financially in our adoption process. Let s just say they gave us a significant amount of money out of their pockets. SIGNIFICANT.
My wife and I were blown away and were brought to tears because of James and Rachel s choice to be generous to others.
Lastly, I don t think our story is the only story of generosity that the Farren s have shown. The people are the best. Legends in our book. They ve made a huge mark in my wife and my story, along with the future of our family, and we are forever grateful for them.

I am seriously concerned about agent TIANA VAUSE she is showing signs of being off of her bipolar meds she s personally attacking innocent people and small children for no apparent reason clearly her life has become unmanageable and overwhelming as she continues to rage upon the innocent even after politely being asked to stop ..she is out of control !! I would look elsewhere for an agent at this point TIANA VAUSE can not be trusted at least until she gets her life in order and meds right .
