Let me just first say that the customer service representatives that answer the phone are all wonderful and have a great attitude. You should give them a big raise because I am almost certain they take a lot of calls from unhappy customers. Beyond that experience, however, everything goes south. I've had to deal with your service department on three separate occasions, and for each one it was extremely unpleasant. In all cases I was told that a Service Manager would get back in touch with me within a reasonable amount of time. Not only did this not happen, but I ended up having to call back multiple times, having to explain each time my problem, to finally get an answer, which was not satisfactory.
This is customer service 101...following up with your customers. Finally, if this were not a recall issue, I would never even bother taking my vehicle to your service department in the first place. My local mechanic does a much better job and makes me feel like my time is valuable. So, you want my business? You can start with following up with your customers.
